About: All my life I have owned and worked with many pets; I currently live in a home with 6 animals. Four of them have been/are on tons of medications and strict diets so anything around that realm doesn’t phase me! I can be chill for lazy animals or hyper with an active animal; the ranges are endless with me. I have an extreme passion and love for animals! I strive doing what is best for the pet and pet parent. Our furry babies matter so much and should get the most out of their time with us! I currently have a very open schedule and can work around most times! I don’t mind little stop ins or longer stays for a while if you need to be out of town. I’m down for it all! I respect people’s homes and property as well as their sweet furry friends! I am flexible to whatever schedule and routines are needed to keep the place safe and everyone happy!
About: I’ve been taking care of dogs my whole life, dogs of all breeds, sizes, and care needs! I have in depth experience with positive reinforcement training based in dog psychology. I will make sure that your pet is sufficiently exercised whether it’s walking, hiking, playing, or training! I am off work everyday at 3pm and have full weekend availability. Whether it’s a short walk around the block or a longer hike in the Pinnacles, I’m available! I am comfortable using various types of harnesses and leashes, treats, clickers, and other training tools to ensure your dog’s success. I love every dog I come across regardless of their temperament, and will treat your dog with the same love and care that I treat my own!
“Paige did a great job taking care of our two cats. They have completely different personalities and eating styles. Getting one of them, Charlie, to eat is a challenge. Paige was persistent, kept us updated, and was successful. We appreciate Paige's fine care of them and will use her in the future.”

About: I've taken care of our family dogs, cats, pets, and farm animals since the age of 7. We're an animal lovers household here at Walk and Sit with Maggie. We specialize in small to medium dogs for drop-ins, walks, daycare, boarding, and sitting needs. When Maggie is not napping we walk in the morning between 6am and 9am. Lunch walks are from 11am to 2pm with evening adventures at 6pm to 11pm. At Maggie's home we are fully secure with video monitoring, garage play area, and fenced back yard. For additional exercise we leash walk at the park and visit off-leash areas. Customer approved adventures prior to travel.
“Natasha was great with my cat, she even was able to add a day, which meant the world to me. Traveling is stressful enough! My girl is pretty picky, so I was happy, they could make friends . I would recommend her in a 💓 heartbeat. . .”

About: Every pet I look after receives my compassion and full attention to detail. I understand that each pet has unique needs, and I tailor my approach to ensure they feel comfortable, loved, and safe. Whether it’s providing extra playtime for an energetic pup or offering calm companionship for a shy kitty, I treat every pet like they’re my own. I pride myself on open communication with owners, ensuring you’re always in the loop about how your furry friend is doing. You can trust me to go the extra mile to make sure your pet feels truly cared for! I currently have a few days off during the week to take care of your pets and fulfill their needs. If you have any questions message me! ☺️ Your pet’s safety is my top priority. I go above and beyond to ensure a secure, comfortable environment for your furry friend while you’re away. From keeping a close eye on their activities to pet-proofing the space, I take every precaution to protect them from any potential hazards. About: I’ve taken care of pets ever since I was a kid. I come from a family full of pet lovers and have lived with several animals in our house ever since I was little. I’ve raised and cared for both puppies and kittens to even taking care of senior pets and their need. I’ve pet-sat for friends, neighbors, and family ever since I was around 10 years old. I love animals and it is truly my passion to work with animals! I’m currently unemployed and on summer vacation from college so I have almost perfect availability and more than enough time to make your pets happy!☺️ I live in a pet friendly apartment, with a safe huge grass and forested area for pets to play and use the restroom. I am open to meeting any needs for a pet that their owners instruct. Anything from required feeding times, more frequent potty breaks and walks, and even giving medications to animals as well!
“Samantha did a wonderful job! She took on our pup at the last minute and made sure she felt cared for while we were away. Samantha also took care of my plate and went above and beyond. We look forward to having her care for our pup in the future!!”

About: I grew up on a ranch in Colorado with dogs, cats, horses, cows, pigs and many other animals! I have always had a passion for animals and worked many summers and as an intern for my vet. I currently work full time but I work Monday - Friday from 6am -2:30 pm. I don’t work weekends and have flexibility for short notices. I don’t have a fenced in yard, but I do have a yard that they can be out on a leash. I can also take them for walks, or crate them.
“Perfectly satisfied with how Kayleigh cared for our pup. She made alot of effort and was very responsive to our requests such as a call to get to know her and she drove far from town in the snow to take care of her. Thanks Kayleigh for being so flexible! It was just what we needed to have an enjoyable vacation.”

As of August 2026, there are 82 sitters on Rover offering Cat Sitting across Orondo. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience administering medication or managing dietary requirements. You can also find pet sitters who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and request a Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
