About: I lived and worked one year on an Alpaca farm caring for them and great Pyranese puppies. I have year and half of volunteering at Sammie friend shelter with the dogs. Friends have paid me to pet sit overnight. I use to have 10 goats. I would milk them and make cheese. Also would do goat packing trips. I joined a traveling horse caravan in gautamala Taken riding and natural horseman lessons. Have trained friends dogs. Been a dog owner of four dogs . I will be doing boarding in my house with younger kids so unfortunately, if you’re a get dog does not get along with kids I cannot have them bored with me at this time. I have my kids part through the week and do massage when it comes up. My schedule is very Flexible and open to find time to go on adventures and walks I care for them by walking and letting them hang with me in the house or backyard. Pets are my equals and deserve as much care as we do.

About: People often say I have a way with animals. They always seem drawn to me immediately, even when they are wary of others. I feel honored that animals feel this way about me because I feel the same about them! I have cared for many dogs of all sizes as well as owned cats. I have volunteered at a dog rescue in Thailand that has many disabled dogs as well as fostered cats/kittens here at home. I am an empty nester and would love to care for your four legged family members while you are away. Although I will never replace you, I can provide love and safety until you return (and probably some treats and adventures too!) I'm currently not working and can dedicate my time to pet/house sitting and care. As you can see from my photo gallery, I love all animals and have volunteered at a dog rescue in Thailand, fostered kittens at home, and have seen very cool animals in the wild and at animal rescues/sanctuaries around the world. (I always vet them to make sure they are ethical and doing legit work) I have a large fenced yard and indoor space for cats or dogs. We have plenty of shade and are also willing to take pets with us on outings. I live with my husband and son and they also love and respect animals. As far as caring for pets at someone else's home, I can stay at your house or check in as often as needed. I will play with them, feed them, bathe them, take them places (if requested) and give them love. I know they miss their people and its not the same without you, but I do my best to make them feel safe and comfortable.

About: Been a current proud owner of nine goats, four cats and two dogs. I've had experience in the veterinary field, worked with care for livestock and house pets. I am currently available to provide 24/7 pet care on the weekends. During the week I am working part time at a day care in Nevada City, with shifts consisting from 5 to 8 hours. I want to clarify during our visit if you need care at the 2-hour, 4-hour, or 6-hour interval beyond the overnight stay of 7 pm to 7am. For best prevention, talking about the details with the owner and ground rules produces the best results. Topics will include where the pet feels most comfortable such a calm spaces or crating procedures. I make sure to go over emergency contacts and preferred clinics. Also, I keep a clean environment that ensures the safety of pets for food handling.

He likes to be brushed and gets treats of course before the brushing 3/4 times a week! I think hygiene is very important when living with animals. We are still working on Phoenix's leash comfortability. But I am willing to fit walks with your dogs into my daily routine if you will have me! I have been missing walking, playing, training, and giving dogs treats ever since becoming a cat mom. I am a very organized and clean person. I vacuum twice a week or more with having a cat, and a rug that he loves to play on. I clean Phoenix's water and food bowls twice a week or more so as to not have any build-up or potential for mold/fungus/bugs. Cleaning his litter box every couple of days is a necessity for me as well as disinfecting the box every other week or more, depending on the week :).

My ideal Rover experience: Have company for a long walks around town, getting lots of puppy kisses, knowing that I'm the highlight of their lonely day (second to your return) and to be able to love them like one of my own. I have experience with high (aka never ending) energy dogs, the nervous and timid type, the lazy and unmotivated, puppies that need reminding of their manners, and those that are slower than they used to be.
