About: I have over 35 years of experience caring for dogs, having grown up with them and always been around them. I specialize in taking dogs on long walks and engaging them in play, making sure they get the exercise they need. I've cared for dogs belonging to neighbors, friends, family members, and other clients, which has broadened my experience with different breeds and personalities. I work part-time and care for my elderly father, which gives me a flexible schedule for dog walking and weekend pet sitting. I lead an active lifestyle and love taking dogs on long walks and playing with them to keep them happy and healthy. I provide a safe and comfortable environment for pets at their home. I follow their routines and ensure they feel secure and cared for. Keeping pets safe is my top priority, whether I’m walking them or watching them at home.

About: I know that every pet has their own individual needs, like you or me. I have experience with potty training puppies and senior dogs, and I love them all the same. I am available on short notice any day after 1:30! For earlier I require 48 hours in advance :), but with that being said I love a good morning walk. Just have to plan it!! Because I already prioritize consistency and structure in my schedule, I’m able to show up reliably and give each pet the time and care they deserve. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I follow all care instructions closely—whether that’s feeding schedules, walks, playtime, or medication—so your pet feels comfortable and secure. I also make it a priority to provide companionship and attention, not just the basics, so your pet feels cared for while you’re away. At the same time, I’m very respectful of my client’s home and space. I keep things clean, organized, and treat your home with the same care I would my own. I can also take care of small pets like Rabbits, Hamsters, Guinea pigs, and even Birds. The safety steps I take in advance is always keeping a firm grip on the leash while walking, keeping an eye out on the overall environment that the pet is in, never leaving anything edible out on the counter within a home, making sure the dog is hydrated or fed if needed, and always having my cell phone on me. Communication is key. I am always able to deliver a full written detailed report along with photos to the owner. I understand each pet has their own unique personality and needs. I grew up taking care of multiple dogs within my immediate family. Friends of mine would always ask for me to care for their dogs too. I believe all pets deserve the best care. I will gladly cuddle your pet or give them hugs if they enjoy so. Some activities that I do when I work with dogs is taking them on long energizing walks or runs if they prefer, playing ball in the park, feeding or giving fresh water. It would be a joy to help care for your pet! I have one dog living with me named Bruno , 3 others live with my brother. Usually I get up in the morning and run errands. When I get up I usually walk Bruno in the morning and afternoon if I don’t have any clients. I take very good care of my dog Bruno and will treat your dog the same way. I find it important to have a connection with the dog, so they feel more comfortable and happy. So doing daily walks twice a day, playing with the dog, giving the dog the attention it wants is what I’m really good at. I cannot board right now because of a lot of construction at the house. I can do house sits and drop in visits and walks.

About: I love being part of the Rover community and truly enjoy meeting so many wonderful pet parents and their amazing dogs! When your pup stays with me, they’re treated like a member of our family and cared for with lots of love, patience, and attention. I work just one mile from home and am able to come home during my lunch break, so dogs in my care are never left alone for more than three hours at a time on weekdays. Mornings start with a potty break, breakfast, and some attention before I head to work. I return at lunch for another potty break, playtime, and any midday care needed. After work, I’m home for the evening with plenty of time for walks, dinner, and play. Dogs in my care spend a lot of time outside and enjoying our large yard. I love keeping dogs active with plenty of opportunities to run, explore, and burn off energy in a safe space. On weekends, school breaks, and throughout the summer, I am home most or all of the day, allowing for even more frequent potty breaks, outdoor time, and one-on-one attention. This setup works especially well for puppies, high-energy dogs, senior pets, and dogs who thrive with lots of human companionship. I will do whatever you request and/or are comfortable with as the owner, leaving the pet out during the day or crating. Whatever you think is best! I've even had dogs on a scheduled nap time :) open communication here is important! I will ALWAYS send photos. I’m happy to follow whatever routine you feel most comfortable with—whether that means free roaming during the day, crating, or a structured schedule. I’ve even cared for dogs who thrive on scheduled nap times! Clear, open communication is very important to me, and I always make sure to keep owners updated with photos and messages.

Why I love dog sitting I am a passionate animal lover who only wants the best for them. Being able to care for them while their owners are away and seeing how happy they are after a stay puts a smile on my face. My experience administering medication I administer medication for my dog on a daily basis, as well as friend/family's dogs whenever needed. I’ve given insulin shots, vaccines, oral medication, as well as topical medication. I spend most of my time taking care of animals throughout the day as it is my passion, not to mention I have a decent amount of pets myself. I do also take care of my elderly grandmother so I split my time up accordingly. The pets in my home all get treated equally and as one of my own and they always feel right at home! I wake up and the first thing I do is let the dogs out for their morning bathroom break. They all typically go out into my fenced in yard together as one big group. I prepare their breakfasts while they're all outside and then feed them once they are let back into the house. They spend the day with me around the house where they play with each other and where I play games with them. They go on 2-3 walks per day (if the owners allow me to take them for walks) and get plenty of exercise throughout the day. They're fed their dinner between 6pm and 7pm, get their last potty break at about 9pm and then we are done for the day!

About: I have had large dogs my entire life and over the past ten years have also had cats. I have raised Newfoundlands, Bernese mountain dogs, and Manx cats. I have also taken care of many different breeds of dogs and cats for friends and family. Bijons, King Charles Cavalier, Labs, Goldens, St Bernard’s, Ragdolls, Siamese. You name it, I’ve seen them before. Big, small, young, old I am comfortable with any pet breed. I am a young lawyer who does pet sitting on the side as I love animals. I work full time during the week with floating remote days giving me potential flexibility during the week. I am off on the weekends but can stop to take care of pups or cats on my way home from work during the week and anytime on the weekends. My own property had a fenced in yard. My cats are indoor cats. We feed our pets in the morning and dinner time. Depending on your needs I am flexible to your pets needs. I am a Lawyer full time and this is a side job for me as I love animals.
