I have a doggie and had her for four years and babysat other dogs two years before her. I work from home so my schedule is open to step away and attend to the doggies! What a wonderful experience all around! Jillian is an extremely conscientious, caring, and responsible pet-sitter. She goes the extra mile to make sure she understands your pet's needs (including taking notes) and is very attuned to dog behavior. Our dog is fairly shy, but she took to Jillian right away and clearly felt very comfortable with her. Jillian was kind enough to send along photos of our dog while we were away and kept us abreast of her activities. Additionally, she was very respectful of our home, ensuing it was just as clean (perhaps even cleaner :-) than when we left. Ashley is an ABSOLUTE ANGEL. We were in New England for a 10 day trip, & Hurricane Milton hit, so we could not get home. She bravely stayed in our house with Rocco, protecting him & keeping him & herself safe. She stayed for an additional 3 days after the storm, without any power, & took care of Rocco & our house.
