“Angela and her family are such a dog-loving and caring bunch! Echo is so lucky to be with them. Our sincere thanks to Angela, who took pictures and videos of their interaction with Echo! Elaine, Andy and Echo”

“People say they love animals, but not everyone truly does! I believe Kimberly truly loves animals. I feel she treated my puppies like they were hers. I am fairly new to leaving my girls with a sitter, Kimberly put my mind at ease. She sent a lot of updates and pictures, which I really appreciated. I will have Kimberly watch Thelma and Louise anytime I need a sitter again.”

“Our dogs get excited to be dropped off with Rebecca as we pull up to their house and always come home happy. Grateful to have a place I feel they are happy and safe while we travel.”

“I think this will be the easiest 5 star review I’ve ever written. Scott took incredible care of our dog, Tucker. He kept him for several days while we were out of town visiting family. Scott made sure to set up a time for us to visit him and his partner, Kevin, at their home and give Tucker a chance to meet their sweet boy, Nico. They became instant play buddies. Scott asked very detailed questions about Tucker’s habits and tendencies and made sure to write down every detail. Within just a few minutes, we knew we had found the right people to care for our boy. Scott sent us pics and videos throughout our time away. We will definitely be using his services again.”
“Kevin/Holden truly is, I think, a dog whisperer. He's a kind and gentle human whose vibe instantly made my dog (and myself) feel at peace. This was our first sleepover with with Holden and it won't be our last. My dog Ray made fast friends with Chaos and Timeline who are just amazing, welcoming Ray into their home.He also made friends with a few other visitors to the farm. I absolutely would give 100 ⭐ if I could. I have 100‰ peace of mind leaving my boy, Ray. He slept all the way home and through the night when we got home. Wonderful experience. This was my first time leaving him in years and I think this was good for both of us. Thank you. Thank you.”

“Erin and her family were great for our pups. Their confidence in their stay was very comforting. Our babies came home happy, healthy, clean. I have no doubt they were well taken of and received the attention they needed. Will definitely book with her again.”

“David was great with my emotionally needy pup and clearly understood dog dynamics. Seeing Delta and another dog snuggle up together was not something I had expected to see pictures of, but she seemed to do well when left with a stranger for a week.”

“We feel lucky to have Mandy nearby. We have an exuberant 11 month old pup with separation anxiety and he came home in excellent spirits. Mandy sent plenty of pics and video updates as well as suggestions to help with his anxiety”

“Alexis does a fantastic job of taking care of our Abbey. Walks, treats and fun! We can have a wonderful trip without having to worry about our sweet girl while she is with Alexis.”

“Rachel was so great with our dogs! I have two seniors that require medication and she handled it so well. I always appreciate knowing my two seniors are loved and taken care of while I’m traveling. I had zero worries about them while I was away, which is so reassuring. I got regular photos of them having a great time and getting love from her kiddos. They looked like they had a great time!”
“This was our first time booking with Amanda and we are so glad we found her!! It was so comforting knowing Buoy was staying somewhere where she was able to make herself one of the family and lounge comfortably and play with their family dog! Pictures and messages sent by Amanda were also appreciated :) Will definitely be booking with her again!”

“Maren & Jonathon took my elderly dog for a week. Elderly dogs can feel challenging for some people but they were naturals with her. They sent a few updates while I was away and she was happy, healthy and calm when we picked her up. We will definitely try booking again when we need to board our dogs in the future.”
“Pamela was very attentive to Willy’s needs. She kept us informed in our absence. Willy seemed very happy which means he enjoyed his stay with Pamela and her furry friends!”

“Tonya and her family were great with Moxie. She is an anxious girl, and they were patient with her and allowed her to be herself, but also were patient with Mox to come to them. Would definitely have Tonya watch my baby again!”

“Darby is the best. I thought I had booked, but I hadn’t quite done it. Darby accommodated us on basically no notice at all. Our dogs love going to Darby’s and I love feeling 110% unworried about them and knowing they are well cared for.”

Many sitters in WA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
