About: Hi, I’m Abby! Animals have always been a significant part of my life. I started – MyPetFriendsICT – as my very own local pet-sitting and homemade treat company in 2023 to help raise money for my competition dance team and colorguard activities, in addition to allowing me to pay my way for a nine-day educational trip to London & Paris, during my Senior year at Maize South High School. I was able to I graduated from Maize South High School in May 2025, and I am now an incoming freshman member of the ESU Marching Hornets Colorguard. I am excited to offer my pet care services that ensure your furry friends are well cared for while you are away. My affordable rates already include Rover’s fees, so you know exactly what you’ll pay before you book—making it a win-win for both of us! No care is too short, and no vacation is too long! Whether you need a quick 15-minute drop-in for a potty break, a longer 30-45-minute visit for exercise and companionship, or overnight stays, I’m here to help. With six+ years of pet sitting experience in Wichita and Sedgwick County, I look forward to continuing that service in Emporia and Lyon County while attending Emporia State University these next four years. Growing up with multiple dogs instilled a deep love for canine companionship. I also have a strong affection for other animals, including cats, birds, hamsters, guinea pigs, fish, and reptiles. Currently, I have three dogs aged 5 to 13, all requiring daily medications, so I understand the importance of providing extra care. I am responsible and detail-oriented. I am experienced in caring for dogs of all ages—from playful puppies to senior dogs who need a bit of special attention. I will provide a loving and nurturing environment for your pets, whether for a day or an extended period. Your furry friends will feel right at home with me, allowing them to stay in the comfort of their own space—there is no need for a kennel! Most importantly, I love animals and can’t wait to meet yours! It's essential to maintain your pets' personalized schedules to help reduce stress and keep them safe, happy, and ready to cuddle when you return home. As a full-time student, I prioritize keeping my class and practice schedule up-to-date alongside my pet-sitting availability, ensuring you know when I’m available well in advance. I strive to be as flexible as your schedule requires. Living on campus, I genuinely enjoy taking quick breaks from my studies to care for your furry family members. Not only is it beneficial for their mental health, but it also brings me joy and relaxation! Your pet's care will always adhere to your requests and instructions! As a full-time ESU student living on campus, I can only care for your pets in your home, but I promise to leave it just as I found it. I have experience staying in clients’ homes overnight for periods of up to several weeks, always ensuring I clean up after myself and your pets. I will care for your pet and keep them as safe as you would. I’ll love them as if they were my own, providing plenty of affection and attention. Additionally, I will follow any training, diet, or other instructions you leave for me. My goal is to make your life easier while prioritizing normalcy and maintaining your pets' routines.

“Brinley was absolutely wonderful. She followed instructions, was punctual for visits, sent photos, and communicated the whole time we were gone. We will be asking her to help us in the future!”

“Sally was awesome! I booked with short notice but she still made time to come for a meet and greet and ask lots of questions. She did drop in visits for our two cats and provided play and snuggles. She even made friends with our cat that isn’t a fan of most people! We got updates with pictures and videos from each visit. She took great care of Minerva and Tonks!”

About: I’ve worked in a vet clinic in a variety of positions to kennels, boarding attendant, and even vet assistanting. I’ve learned each pet as their own specific needs to being handled and taken care of. I currently work full-time at a full service vet clinic as a vet assistant. As well as a part-time online college student studying veterinary nursing and biological sciences. I like to let the owners know their companion will be treated like my own. I like taking my time to learn what the pet specifically needs and enjoys, to provide top tier care.

About: I have taken care of both dogs and cats all of my life. I adore both of these animals and have a great bond with them. I am fresh out of college, so I'm pretty available. This is perfect for me because I can work when I can and where I can. I feed my animals of a scheduled basis and feed them portions based on the vets recommendation. I have a gated backyard where I let my dogs play and use the restroom.

“Shadow and Jasmine were well taken care of while I was gone. They were well taken care of and it gave me peace of mind knowing they were happy. Seeing the pictures were great. Will use her service again”
