About: About Me: Hi, I’m Shauna, a dedicated dog lover from the Willow Glen neighborhood in Kalispell! I live on a spacious 1.26 acre of land with a securely fenced backyard, ideal for dogs to run, play, and relax. My 8-year-old Chihuahua and my mom’s 10-year-old Yorkie are my furry sidekicks, and I’ve cared for dogs my entire life. My goal is to provide a safe, nurturing home-away-from-home experience for your pup. Inspired by countless hours of César Millan’s Dog Whisperer, I use his positive techniques to encourage balanced behaviors and gently redirect unwanted ones with healthy rules, boundaries and limitations. I’m experienced with dogs’ needs, from managing separation anxiety to maintaining feeding routines to administering medications. My pet-proofed home has no toxic plants, and I offer a cozy space for naps and play. I can send daily photo and video updates to keep you connected. As a background-checked sitter, I prioritize your dog’s safety and happiness. Whether it’s kennel-free dog boarding, walking, or house sitting in Kalispell, I’m here to give your dog tailored care. About: I have always grown up having pets around and am currently the pet mom to my beautiful boy Sulley (a 4 year old Australian shepherd) and Toulouse (an 3 year old) . We are always out and about, going on hikes and walks around Whitefish and would love to be able to add a few doggie (or kitty) friends to our daily routine. We also don’t mind sitting on the couch and being a bum. I know how important it is for you to feel safe leaving your animal with someone and I hope to be that person for you and your pets. I work PRN at Logan Health Behavioral Health so my schedule is pretty flexible and I’m able to give lots of attention and time with each pet I watch. Leaving your pet can be scary so knowing someone is attentive to their needs is important. I want to make sure I keep your animals routine as normal as possible so I always love to hear the basics of what makes your animal happy/their need to the tiny details that only a pet parent knows.

About: I have taken care of many different animals of all ages, sizes, and breeds for over 12 years. Over the years, I have taken care of dogs, cats, horses, guinea pigs, chickens, and ducks. I adore all animals and love taking care of them in the comfort of their own homes. I am happy to administer medications, give the animals as much exercise as they need, and follow their feeding and sleep schedules. I work from home, so I am around to provide love, care, play, exercise, and potty breaks throughout the day when needed. I have many consistent breaks from work throughout the day to hang out with the animals! I am very flexible in my care of pets and will adhere to your specific routines and needs for your pet(s). I am very affectionate toward animals especially if that is what they need to thrive in their environment while their parents are away! I also understand if certain animals require a more hands-off approach and like to just do their own thing while I am around. I take dogs on walks 2x a day (unless other needs are stated and agreed upon) and play with them throughout the day as I work from home. Creating a comfortable environment for your animals is super important to me!

About: I have been pet sitting and housesitting since 2009, along with growing up with dogs, cats, guinea pigs, and chickens. Since then I have watched alpacas, gerbils, birds, chickens, bunnies, cats, dogs, guinea pigs and more! I lived in Australia and New Zealand for a year and housesat for neighbors and friends. I have also done quite a bit of housesitting in CO, CA, WA, and MT, both short and long term. The longest I have sat was 2 years in a rural mountain town in Colorado, making sure pipes didn’t freeze in the winter and evacuating for a forest fire one summer. I have worked with all kinds of behavioral issues, medications, feeding regiments, puppies and elderly dogs on wheels. This past year I housesat my way through Europe, navigating language barriers, cultural norms, and one or two reactive dogs. If you are looking for an experienced pet sitter contact me for more details! I am currently working remotely and reading the prerequisites to get my Doula certification and postpartum accreditation. I am an active outdoor lover and try to take advantage of every season in this beautiful place we call home! I provide a safe and comfortable environment for your pet. I am a very organized and clean person, and do well with medications, feeding regimens, and walks with fun, love, and adventure mixed in!

About: I have trained all of my families pets since I was about 8yrs old. I even went so far as to get a couple of books when I was 9 on how to talk to cats and dogs and read their body language. I've always found animals interesting and feel I can speak and connect with them on a deeper level than humans. I am working part time and will have plenty of time to play with your fur babies. I have learning materials and a plethora of toys of all sorts for cats and dogs to play with. I cannot offer boarding services, but I am available for every other care service. I will give all animals all the love in the world, play with them, and give them treats.(: My favorite thing to do is play with my babies, and I will do the same with yours.

About: I’ve sat many different types of dogs, from those who require round the clock attention - to those are content to chill. Happy to take care of larger or smaller pups! I am ready to work with the client. Through communication we can successfully find a time for re occurring visits, or just one that works for everybody. Depending on the type of dog I usually just adapt to what feels right when walking or visiting. Treats help, and walks are great for getting familiar with eachother.

“Ally checked in on my cat Octavia every couple days while I was out of town. She was very attentive to O's needs and sent lots of pictures! I had a happy cat greet me when I got home!”

About: I grew up surrounded by the lively atmosphere of farms, where I had the pleasure of interacting with a diverse array of animals, including both working and non-working dogs. This upbringing exposed me to a wide range of dog breeds and ages, allowing me to develop skills in training puppies and providing additional care and affection to those in need. Cats have also held a special place in my heart, and my passion for their well-being has led me to volunteer at pet shelters, where I've dedicated my time to walking, grooming, and ensuring the happiness of our furry friends. My belief is that our beloved pets deserve the utmost care and joy in their lives, which is why I'm here to offer my assistance. In caring for my own canine companion, we embark on numerous adventures together, from invigorating hikes and leisurely walks to exhilarating bike rides. His presence accompanies me everywhere, creating cherished memories and strengthening our bond. A profound realization that a single day in our lives equates to a week in a dog's life has deeply influenced my perspective, inspiring me to make a positive impact in the lives of animals. My experience extends to providing senior care for both dogs and cats, encompassing tasks such as administering diabetic medication, changing post-surgery bandages, applying ointments, trimming nails, cleaning ears, grooming, and facilitating medication administration. Furthermore, my training includes dog CPR, ensuring that I am equipped to handle any unexpected situations with proficiency and care. Allow me the privilege of caring for your beloved pets with compassion, expertise, and a genuine love for animals! 🐾 --- Hi there, Thank you so much for taking the time to read my message. I am genuinely excited about the opportunity to assist you and your wonderful companions. Whether it's early mornings, late evenings, or weekends, I can adjust my availability to fit your needs seamlessly. I have extensive experience in pet care, ensuring that your furbabies receive the best possible attention and love. From daily walks and playtime to administering medications and special care for senior pets, I am equipped to handle a wide range of responsibilities. My goal is to make sure your pets are happy, healthy, and well-cared for in your absence. Additionally, I believe in maintaining open communication with pet owners. I will provide regular updates and photos of your pets to give you peace of mind while you are away. I understand that every pet is unique, and I am committed to working closely with you to ensure their specific needs are met. I look forward to the possibility of working with you and providing exceptional care for your beloved pets. Best regards, Chloe Buising --- I care deeply about all animals and understand the importance of providing a safe and loving environment for them. I have about 5 acres with plenty of room for your pets to play and explore. Additionally, I live near a dog park, which I am happy to visit if you feel comfortable with that. I recently experienced the loss of my beloved Doberman, Onyx, who passed away due to cancer. This has only deepened my commitment to ensuring the well-being of animals in my care. Currently, I have a 9-month-old puppy who is very friendly and gets along well with everyone. She is exceptionally sweet and well-trained, making her a great companion for other pets. I look forward to the opportunity to care for your pets and provide them with the same level of love and attention that I give my own. ---

Anya B.
“I recommend Anya without hesitation to anyone looking for a very responsible and loving pet caregiver. We have had Anya stay with our dog a few weeks a year for about 4 years. She is easy to communicate with, follows our wishes and instructions perfectly, gives our pet a lot of attention & love as shown in the pictures she texts while we are away. She is easy to check in with if we are wondering how things are going which is always very reassuring. Our dog is now elderly and Anya was willing to come over before our last trip so we could show her how to put him in his wheelcart for walks and discuss his new routine. She had no concern about taking care of a higher-need dog. In addition to taking great care of our pet she treats our house well, too. It is always cleaner than when we left. Also, she has never canceled caring for our pet so we have been able to relax knowing that she will be there and take care of everything while we are away. If you want a reliable and responsible person to take care of your beloved pets, choose Anya!”

“Madison is a true animal lover. She has watched my pets for me on several occasions and I will continue to use her. My dog and cat both get excited when they see her coming! I believe that in its self is the best 5 star review.”

David R.
“David is reliable and responsible. But he’s also very kind and that translates into someone I would trust my own dogs with 1000%. David is the kind of person you want spending time with your animals, because you know he’s going to treat them right. I would recommend David to anyone, and I already have to some of my own River clients.”
