About: I grew up caring for animals, dogs, cats, horses, fish, cows, chickens, and a goat, having pets most of my life. My background is in healthcare while in the military. I have been my father's caregiver which allowed me to help foster puppy litters to adult dogs and care for a pack of 8 dogs-4 of which are mine while caring for him. I can now enjoy caring for other's fur babies giving them love and support. I am interested in always learning about animal behavior and all aspects of their care. I have been my father's caregiver but sadly he passed at the age of 94 and would enjoy caring for other's fur babies giving them love and support. I have an open schedule that is veryflexible. I am blessed to have my son's help caring for our dogs, allowing me to provide in-home and overnight care if needed. The number one goal is to adapt personalized routines for your pets so they are happy and healthy.

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats since I was in elementary school. I absolutely love making sure they have the best care! I can't wait to meet your fur babies! About: I got my first pet, a hamster, when i was six! I followed up with a Guinea pig. When i turned 11, i got my first cat Patience. All of these pets i fully cared for, and did chores in order to pay for supplies. This is what fueled my love for pets! When i turned 15, i got my first dog. Sadly he passed away from illness, but it was a lesson learned on how to care for special needs dogs. My cat Patience died when i was 20 at the age of 9. That sparked me to get a dog not long after (since my cat never got along with the dog i had, i felt it best to give her a single pet home). Ive spent the last two years training Rollo and learning everything i can about making his time here special! He’s made my love for animals deepen, causing me to want to get further involved in animals as a part of my every day life! I hope to one day become a dog trainer, and specialize in obedient house pets! Im currently working a day job, but have too much time on my hands! I am available weekdays after 4, and all day long on weekends! I care for all animals like they are my own. Pets live shorter lives than us, so its my goal to make their lives the best they can be! I love going on walks with my dog, and playing fetch at the dog park! I always make sure my clients pet gets along well with mine if i plan on having him tag along! About: I've been rescuing, rehabbing, and fostering animals for over 20 years. I Have 10+ years experience in dog training and 18+ years training horses. “The first time I have had to leave Layla overnight, and my emotions were stirring. I had many great phone conversations with Kelli prior and could tell, she was just like me....she is a dog owner and vet tech and KNOWS how the owner feels to leave their baby. When Layla and I arrived Kelli seemed to have an exact process to acclimate Layla into the home. After a few minutes of sniffing around, I quietly left with a little tear in my eye. Two hours later I got a text update that Layla was slowly acclimating. Four hours later I got a text that Layla was giving Kelli kisses and shortly after received 4 pictures of Layla in her backyard playing with the other dogs looking like she was having a ball. This made me feel so much better and I was able to let go and enjoy my free time. I picked Layla up the next day and she seemed so excited, happy, picking up toys in Kelli's front yard. I got a nice sheet of paper with 4 color pics of Layla having a blast as well as some feedback re: her personality etc. I will "hands down" be bringing Layla back to Kelli anytime I need to go out of town. Even though leaving our animals will always be emotional, I now know she will be in great hands! THANK YOU KELLI!!!”

While we were away, North Idaho experienced "4th Winter" and the temp inside the house dropped a bit low, so she let me know and worked with me to get the pellet stove going to warm up the place.
