Madison took great care of our senior cat, Fassy, during a four-day trip away. She was reliable, responsive, engaged, and very capable; in the area of pet care and with miscellaneous household details such as package deliveries. She clearly loves furry friends, and we could tell from the pictures and his responses to her that our big guy loved her back! We highly recommend Madison and wouldn’t hesitate to have her come again!

About: I've taken care of animals since I was young and have enjoyed helping take care of them in different ways. I have also had some pets of my own and currently have two dogs that I have trained myself from when they were puppies. I like taking dogs on walks and playing with them as well. My dogs love to play ball so we do that at least once a day along with a walk or two. I currently do not have a job so I am available most days and times during the week. The only day I'm not usually available is Saturday but I can make that work with enough notice ahead of time. I am very loving and efficient when taking care of animals. I am trustworthy and reliable and treat other's animals as if they were my own. I will have a set schedule of feeding, play time, walks, and rest throughout the day like I do with my own dogs.

About: My love for dogs is unparalleled! I genuinely care for each one as if they were my own. I understand their unique personalities and needs. Im commitment to providing a safe, nurturing environment, I will ensure they receive plenty of exercise, playtime, and love. No one will provide the same level of attention and affection for them as I will, and I take pride in making each dog feel cherished and happy during their time with me 💚 As a student learning spanish, I start my mornings with a walk and breakfast for the dogs, followed by playtime while I catch up on schoolwork. In the afternoon, I take them for another walk, have lunch. Evenings wil include a final walk, dinner for the dogs, and some relaxation time together. At night, I ensure they have a last bathroom break before settling them in for a cozy night. 🥰 Nothing but love and cuddles! I enjoy being around animals, and giving them attention is essential. I’ll ensure their time with me is comfortable while providing you with plenty of pictures and updates to keep you informed and connected.

About: Residential pet and property care is different than sending your animal to a boarding facility or relying on daily check-ins. With boarding, you can't guarantee your pet receives the individual attention they need or maintains their home routine. With quick visits, there's no real security presence or time to notice if something's wrong. As an independent pet and property caretaker, my mission is to provide estate-level care that gives you complete peace of mind—your pets stay comfortable in their own home, and your property is truly looked after, not just checked on. I've been caring for animals since I was 10 years old—yes, 10! What started as a young girl's passion (slight obsession, honestly) turned into 13 years of trusted, professional pet care. I've cared for everything from easy-going family dogs to high-maintenance breeds requiring special medical attention, and for periods ranging from long weekends to month-long stays, including major holidays. What clients tell me sets me apart is my ability to really read animals—I pick up on subtle changes in behavior, body language, and those little cues that tell you something's off before it becomes a problem. I'm not just going through the motions; I genuinely love what I do, and that enthusiasm shows in how I care for your pets and home. Over the years, I've built long-lasting relationships with both pets and their owners because I treat every home like my own and every pet like family. My husband and I work as a team for overnight stays, which means double the attention, playtime, and eyes on your property. I specialize in situations that require extra care and attention: ✓ Special needs and senior pets – blind, deaf, mobility-challenged, or behaviorally complex animals ✓ Complex medication schedules – pills, injections, eye drops, you name it ✓ High-maintenance breeds – Breeds requiring special care, require extensive grooming, intense exercise, and dedicated training. ✓ Extended stays – comfortable caring for your pets for weeks or even months at a time ✓ Holiday care – I don't disappear during Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's when you need help most ✓ Medical monitoring – recognizing early signs of illness, decline, or distress ✓ Multi-pet households – managing different personalities, feeding schedules, and needs ✓ Emergency response – calm under pressure, quick to act if something goes wrong ✓ Anxious or reactive pets – patient, consistent care that helps nervous animals feel secure I maintain your home just as carefully—mail, plants, trash bins, security checks, and that "lived-in" presence that keeps your property safe. You'll receive regular photo and video updates so you can truly relax while you're away. If you're looking for someone who will love and protect your pets (and home) like their own, let's connect. Pet care isn't a side hustle for me—it's my primary focus and passion. My husband and I are entrepreneurs with flexible schedules, which means we can provide the kind of attentive, present care that pets truly need. For overnight stays, we're in your home from evening through the following morning (and throughout the day if needed), so your pets are never alone for extended periods. We don't juggle multiple clients at once or rush between appointments. When we commit to caring for your pets, they have our full attention for the duration of your trip. We're available for extended stays including weekends, holidays, and even month-long commitments. Because we work as a team, your pets benefit from having two consistent caregivers who can coordinate schedules, provide extra play sessions, and ensure someone is always nearby if needed. In Your Home: I've been around animals literally since I was an infant—they've always been my comfort, my joy, and honestly, my obsession. There's something about the presence of animals that just feels like home to me, and that's exactly the energy I bring to your pets and property. As the owner of a young, energetic Miniature Australian Shepherd, I know firsthand what it takes to meet the demands of intelligent, high-energy breeds. I'm devoted to keeping my own dog mentally stimulated, physically tired, and emotionally fulfilled—and I bring that same level of commitment to every pet in my care. Your pets aren't just a job to me; they're loved and treated with the same compassion and attention I give my own. Pet Safety & Care: ✓I follow your routines exactly—feeding times, medication schedules, exercise patterns, and house rules ✓Secure all doors, windows, and gates before letting pets outside (no escape artists on my watch!) ✓Keep toxic plants, foods, and hazards out of reach ✓Monitor pets closely for any changes in behavior, appetite, or health ✓Have your vet information and emergency contacts readily accessible ✓Never introduce your pets to unfamiliar animals or people without permission ✓Provide the mental stimulation and physical activity your pets need to stay happy and healthy Home Security & Cleanliness: ✓Maintain a "lived-in" presence with lights, blinds, and your normal routine ✓Collect mail and packages to avoid signaling an empty home ✓Take trash bins to/from curb on collection days ✓Water plants and maintain your home's appearance ✓Provide regular photo/video updates so you can see everything (and everyone) is doing great ✓I pride myself on attention to detail and cleanliness—you'll come home to a thoroughly cleaned space that exceeds expectations Trust & Respect: I treat your home with the utmost respect—no unauthorized guests ever and I leave your space cleaner than I found it. My husband and I work as a team, which means your pets get double the love and your home gets double the oversight. The best part? When you walk through that door after your trip, your pets will be more giddy than ever to see you—well-exercised, well-loved, and so happy you're home. And you can relax knowing everything was handled with care.

Abby was an excellent cat sitter for Lulu! Usually, Lulu is nervous around strangers, but Abby was the cat whisperer. She spent time loving on Lulu as well as taking care of her needs. Abby sent pictures and videos along with her updates.

From when she came out and did our initial meeting with the animals, I knew she was going to be a great fit on taking care of the animals. Our cats don’t warm up to new people quickly & they were instantly friendly. She did daily check ins on them. Always super thorough, played with the dogs and gave the kitties treats. I think our animals are actually disappointed we did not come home bearing treats after having an awesome pet sitter all week. Haha. I highly recommend Alexandrea. She did great with our crew. We’ve got two dogs and two cats. Age ranges from 1 year to 13 years old. She even did some light cleaning so we didn’t have to come home to hair covered floors.

About: I spent 3 years working at Camp Best Friends in Los Angeles, caring for dogs in a busy boarding environment — from playful puppies to shy seniors. I work a flexible schedule so your pet won't be alone long or have to go without a potty break. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine. I structure my schedule around the pets I’m caring for to ensure they receive consistent attention, exercise, and affection. I’m intentional about morning and evening walks, feeding times, enrichment, and check-ins throughout the day. With three years of experience working at Camp Best Friends in Los Angeles, I’m very comfortable managing multiple pets, maintaining structured schedules, and adapting to different energy levels and needs. I prioritize reliability and clear communication so pet parents feel confident their animals are well cared for. Safety and comfort are always my top priorities. In a client’s home, I respect their routines and follow all care instructions carefully — including feeding schedules, medication needs, exercise preferences, and household rules. I aim to keep pets on their normal routine to reduce stress while their owners are away. In my home, I maintain a calm, clean, and pet-friendly environment. Pets are never left unattended for long periods, and I supervise interactions closely. I’m experienced in reading animal body language, monitoring for signs of stress or illness, and ensuring each pet feels secure and loved. My background at Camp Best Friends gave me hands-on experience with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and special needs — including senior dogs and anxious pets. I understand how important trust is when someone is caring for your animal, and I take that responsibility seriously.

Katelyn took great care of our pups when we were away at a wedding for the weekend. I was initially worried that we wouldn’t be able to find a sitter who would work well with our older dog, who is quite anxious and reactive, but he took very well to her during the meet-and-greet and they got along great! She also put us at ease with regular detailed reports along with photos and videos to let us know our babies were safe and happy. I would definitely recommend Katelyn for pet sitting, and have already re-booked her for our next trip out of town.

Leah is amazing. She’s very communicative and kept us up to date while we were away. She went out of her way to find cat tv channel to entertain our cat and set up the tv to turn off after certain amount of time. I would use Leah’s service again and would recommend her to anyone I know that may need her service.

About: I got my first pet, a hamster, when i was six! I followed up with a Guinea pig. When i turned 11, i got my first cat Patience. All of these pets i fully cared for, and did chores in order to pay for supplies. This is what fueled my love for pets! When i turned 15, i got my first dog. Sadly he passed away from illness, but it was a lesson learned on how to care for special needs dogs. My cat Patience died when i was 20 at the age of 9. That sparked me to get a dog not long after (since my cat never got along with the dog i had, i felt it best to give her a single pet home). Ive spent the last two years training Rollo and learning everything i can about making his time here special! He’s made my love for animals deepen, causing me to want to get further involved in animals as a part of my every day life! I hope to one day become a dog trainer, and specialize in obedient house pets! Im currently working a day job, but have too much time on my hands! I am available weekdays after 4, and all day long on weekends! I care for all animals like they are my own. Pets live shorter lives than us, so its my goal to make their lives the best they can be! I love going on walks with my dog, and playing fetch at the dog park! I always make sure my clients pet gets along well with mine if i plan on having him tag along! Its a great way to socialize the pets, and it gives them something to look forward to!
