About: I have taken care of pets ever since I was a 14 years old, pet sitting for friends and family. As an adult I went to school to be a Veterinary Technician. I transitioned to working as an Animal Control Officer where I gained knowledge on administrating medication, vaccinations, and understanding animal health. I have worked at Veterinary Clinics and I am an active volunteer at the Animal Shelter. I am insured, I have a great understanding on separation anxiety and how to help with those feelings. I will ensure that your pet receives the best care from me and I will keep you updated along that way. I work in pet care full time. I do daily drop in visits for all pets and dog walking. I also provide boarding services in my own home for dogs. 🐶 I will treat your pets as if they were my own. You will get daily updates and the peace of mind that they are in good hands.

“Julie was wonderful with my dog Lulu. She had a great time, as was welcomed as part of the family.”

“Terry was great with my dog! It was my first time leaving her with someone and Clozee had a great time. She sent pictures during the stay and her dog was friendly and gave Clozee some company. Thank you!”

About: I love my own cats, dogs and reptiles of all ages in my household! I will absolutely love your animals as our own 💕💕 I have been in Montrose for 8 years. I always go home during lunch to let our dogs out. My lunch varies. Either I go home 11-12, 12-1 or 1-2. I usually have holidays off. My dogs are kennel trained. I have a fenced yard with plenty of room to run around. My cats and dogs are friendly and vaccinated. My cats are fixed, our male dogs are not. One of my cats is blind.

“Could not ask for a better experience. Jennifer helped me out by being available last minute for a 6 night stay and was both prompt and flexible. She took such great care of Mantis, who can be a bit of a handful - even gave him a bath which was just so kind. 10/10 would have Mantis stay here again next time we’re coming through Montrose. Wish she were in Denver!”

“Jess takes such good care of LeeLoo, and has always been very graciously flexible with pick up and drop off times for us, to accommodate for unexpected events. We are so lucky to have her help with Loo!”

About: I have grown up with all kinds of pups…border collies, black mouth currs, aussies, heelers…I currently have a pitbull and a golden retriever myself who I love very much. I also have a cat who is my absolute world. I was taught pet responsibility at a very young age, and also showed steers in 4h, which I feel are just very large dogs. I currently work full time, but I do work from home Mondays, Wednesday and Thursday at my home in Delta. Tuesday’s and Fridays, I am in Montrose. The weekends are pretty open for me, but if at all possible, please contact in advance just in case I am busy! I like to give lots of attention to your pets as well as my own. Lots of playtime for my golden (my pit is an old lady, so she just likes to be lazy).

“Laura and Sam were great! They were gracious enough to do a greet and meet with us prior to the stay to make the dogs and us more comfortable. They sent updates and photos/videos that kept us at ease while on our trip. They went above and beyond to take care of our babies. We can’t recommend them enough!”

“Daniella took amazing care of our 1.5 year old Redbone Coonhound, Bonnie!! She contacted us with updates over the weekend while we were away. I can tell Bonnie enjoyed her own vacation! She loved playing with the other dogs and cuddling! Thank you so much, Daniella, for taking such great care of Bonnie!!”

About: I was raised with dogs in the house and always feel like something is missing without a furry friend around. I have sat for dogs of a wide variety! I am open for drop-in visits or dog walking at your house, but cannot bring your dog to mine at this time. I have a lot of free time and love to fill my day up with dog visits! I am a teacher on summer break. Having my own dog that occasionally runs away, I prioritize the comfort and safety of your pets and look forwars to adjusting to their needs!

About: I currently own a 5 year old Rottweiler, and an 8 month old Cane Corso puppy. Before them, growing up I never wanted kids just wanted a petting zoo of fur babies. Unfortunately due to not having a big enough house, my zoo is on hold. But in the meantime, I get to enjoy other puppies and watch them anytime at my convenience. I’m good with watching any dog big or small! Currently I work full time at a hospital 3 days a week. Any other time I’m free! I work 12 hours a day. I have a schedule in about 3 months in advance, so I’m okay to book to your schedule and work something out. When watching other fur babies, I like to ask owners their day to day schedule. That includes what time they wake up, what time they like to be walked at and what time they normally have the zoomies to play. Their daily schedule shouldn’t change only because their owner is gone on vacation.

About: Hello! My name is Hanna and I was raised here in the beautiful mountains of Colorado. I grew up with two wonderful dogs, who I would spend most of my free time hiking, swimming, and mountain bike riding with. I lived in NYC for 8 years which is where I went to college and met my husband. Last year we made the move back home to Paonia where we now have a wonderful house and live with our 6 year old yellow lab named Blue. As a family we love to be outside, whether it's hiking, being at home in the garden, walking the river, or riding bikes. Blue is a very mellow dog who gets along with every dog he meets. He loves playing fetch and swimming so you can often find us out at the river or at the park. Both my husband and I work from home with flexible schedules so will be around and present for your pet. Overall I'm a naturally energetic person who would love to bring my energy and excitement to your pet's life! I work from home and set my own schedule so it's flexible throughout the day allowing me to take walks and be outside whenever I like. Every day I take two, hour long walks - one in the late morning and one the early evening with my dog. Throughout the day we're also outside in the yard where there's grass. I own the home I live in which is right in downtown Paonia. There's a fenced yard with grass and room to play. We're walking distance to 2 parks, as well as the walking path along the river.
