We have always used cage free, free play boarding facilities in NC - so this made me a bit nervous. From the start Shanna was absolutely great with explaining the process, reassuring, and during the meet & greet Aurora felt right at home. Aurora usually returns back a little stressed from any boarding experience but she was in such a happy and excited mood when we picked her up. Her home and backyard is very clean and tidy. Her dogs are friendly as well. Anna sent pictures throughout the stay which really put my mind at ease!”

“Jill and Liz were great, I’d give them 10stars if I can. They worked within our range to board our 3 small dogs for overnight. Jill made sure the pets can explore and get accustomed to the place so my dogs get comfortable before we left. She set up my babies own spot as they have other dogs. We were very worried that they have other dogs in the home plus boarding too at the time because my dogs are aggressive towards other dogs and especially our little chihuahua who can’t be walked in the park because of this reason. To my family’s amazement, the day we picked them up, my dogs are mingling with 3 huge dogs—calmly!!! And my chihuahua was even standing under legs of another tall dog like they had a good time in general! None were aggressive and they all get along!!! Just for that experience for my dogs and the fact they were able to do that, is such a good plus!!! Thank you Jill and Liz!! Highly recommended multiple times over!!!”
