“Bethany was wonderful with our dog, Charlie while we were away. She kept us regularly updated with messages and photo, which gave us great peace of mind. Charlie was clearly well cared and happy. We would definitely book her again in the future.”

“Literally the most incredible sitter. I had just gotten a little puppy, Elvis, recently and was terrified to leave him with a sitter for the first time. I would trust Sam with my life!!! She sent me so many photos and updates, and followed my list of things to a T. She is so awesome and I will definitely be booking her again. Such a great sitter, and I can tell she’s a great person too!!! And I think my dog loved her too hahah!!”

“Gabriel was so great! I could tell that Lincoln was comfortable at his place. Accommodations and communication was top tier. We’ll definitely use his service again.”

“Couldn’t ask for a better sitter! I don’t have to worry about a thing when my dog stays. They are trustworthy, kind, polite, keeps me consistently updated. Top notch I know Mollie will miss staying when we move away in the future.”

“Kylie was great! She kept in communication with us and sent pictures of how Dolly was doing. We weren’t worried or stressed and could feel like Dolly was in a safe environment. We will definitely use Kylie again!”

“I needed someone last minute to watch my dog Hazel for 8 days! I was already super hesitant because I am used to boarding and have never left my dog somewhere for so long. Nancy was quick to respond and set up and meet and greet. I could tell Hazel immediately felt at home. Nancy sent honest updates and lots of pictures. My dog looked like she was having so much fun, I was almost nervous she wouldn’t want to come back home with me! I can tell Nancy and her husband showed lots of care and love to my dog. I am very happy she had such a safe and loving environment to stay in for her long stay. I highly recommend Nancy to anyone, as I will be contacting her for any future stays my dog may need.”

“We recently booked Adrienne for an overnight for our pup Bear. It's always a little scary making a booking in a different city because you don't really have luxury of a meet and greet. I carefully screened potential candidates and settled on Adrienne as a good fit for Bear based on her profile and reviews. We were extremely pleased with Adrienne! Bear always shows a lot through his body language and he was very comfortable with Adrienne right out of the gate! I told her she's a dog whisperer! The care and love she showed for Bear was and is very appreciated. We hope to travel back to the Indianapolis area in the not too distant future and will definitely try to book Adrienne again. We highly recommend her and most importantly, Bear does too!”

“Allison and Adam are wonderful people and they could not have been more welcoming for Loki. He didn't want to come home and he may be depressed this evening !! He misses his new friends. Thank you very much for taking such good care of our pup!!”

“Gerard always takes such good care of our chocolate Labrador, Emmett. He sends daily photos and/or videos to keep us updated on how Emmett is doing. Highly recommend Gerard if you are looking for a dependable person to watch your pup!”

“Third time Sophie has visited with Joe and his family. He’s my “go to” sitter here and Sophie has a great time I believe. Joe always asks about her current routines, anything we are working on etc. Very easy to work with and communicate with.”

“Dita is super awesome. She watched my two for the weekend, sent me mssgs a couple/few times a day, great with communication. She has a great set up. Got my two a few hours ago, and theyre still tuckered out. Would highly recommended. Two thumbs way up. 👍👍”

“Took very good of our dog while we were away. First time using service though we also are dog sitters, love it—this app is amazing and Steve is top notch!!! Titan was well cared for with no issues.”

About: I am a proud owner of an 11-year-old yellow labrador retriever and a two-year-old cat named Cooper. Growing up my house was always full of animals, including multiple cats and multiple dogs at all times. I have 3 children who are all gentle with animals. My yellow lab is a diabetic so I am familiar with checking glucose and administering insulin. I am currently staying at home with the children and am free almost every day Monday-Friday. I am open to walking dogs, playing with the pets either at my house or yours. We do not have a real fence, as our dog is invisible fence trained. We do have large crates available, plenty of dog toys and treats if applicable to your pet. Our dog is very friendly and spoiled, as yours would be also! Your pet would be treated as a part of our family!
“This was the first time I have had someone watch my two huskies on Rover. Kristan absolutely exceeded my expectations! She was wonderful and took my huskies (who can be a handful) on several walks and sent me cute pictures. I could tell my dogs were very well loved and happy to be there. Kristan was excellent at communicating and giving me updates. 10/10 will definitely book with her again.”

“Cyndi did an amazing job and I felt comfortable leaving my dog with her!! Very nice and I got photos everyday of her! Great communication already planning on booking her for my next trip! She is very caring and I know my dog had a good time!”

“Jess did a great job! Her communication was excellent and she treated our Molly just like she was her own dog. Molly got along great with Jess, her husband, and their cute little dog. It was a great experience, and we hope to use her again soon.”

About: Pets have been part of my life since I was a child. I began working in a dog boarding facility during my high school years and followed the animal track into my college education and became a licensed veterinary technician. I have pet sitting and veterinary working experience with dogs, cats, cattle, chickens, and horses. I worked in a mixed animal veterinary practice as a licensed veterinary technician for 4 years, then moved to an equine only veterinary practice for close to 5 years and currently at an equine veterinary practice employed as a registered veterinary technician. I have a 2 year old spayed golden retriever who travels everywhere with me as well as a 10 year old shorthair female spayed cat who enjoys her days sunbathing in the sunshine. I work full time as a registered veterinary technician; I typically work 4 days a week with one day off and approximately every 4th weekend at the clinic. I have availability in the evenings, days off, and most weekends. My golden girl loves to play and have company and the cat will offer her cuddles as well during in home stays. I constantly observe the pets I care for and make sure they are happy and healthy. I tailor my care for each individual; whether they enjoy multiple walks, adventures, or just want extra cuddles their happiness is my top priority.

97% of sitters in Ogden can provide daily exercise during dog boarding stays. Depending on the sitter, their home environment, and your dog’s needs, this may include walks, outdoor play, indoor enrichment activities, or supervised play with compatible dogs. These activities are not automatically included with every booking, so ask the sitter what a typical day looks like.
During the Meet & Greet, discuss your dog’s usual exercise and play routine, whether they can safely interact with other dogs, and any activities or restrictions the sitter should follow. You can also ask the sitter to send photo and message updates during the stay so you can see how your dog is spending their time.

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee, which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page.
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in IN ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
Adding another pup to the pack? Most sitters and walkers offer a reduced rate for additional dogs. You’ll find these exact rates listed under the "Services" tab on any sitter's profile. Since every dog is unique, final pricing may vary depending on the level of care required.
