About: I’ve had animals in my life from the beginning. Right now I have 2 dogs, a cat, 2 Guinea pigs, and a fish :) I love caring for them and want to get back into walking, so this is perfect! I'm comfortable administering medication, including injections and promise to love your pet unconditionally while they are in my care. Depending on the needs of your pets they'll enjoy at least one walk a day, potentially a hike, and get plenty of attention throughout their stay with me. Before rescuing my current dog, I trained two Great Pyrenees from 6 months to 3 years for a friend. I'm comfortable with all dogs and cats and hope I can help provide care for you soon! During the school year I work from home 2 days a weeks and in the summer 3 days! This gives me plenty of flexibility to check on your pets as needed. Additionally, I have the flexibility to check during my lunch break if needed when I'm in the office. I have a fenced in backyard and will gate off sections of our home until we know the dog is comfortable in our home and with our dog & cat. About: Animal lover! I was raised with dogs and cats, having them my entire life. I've been pet sitting the for years before companies like Rover even existed! I have been a vegan for 11 years consuming no animal products. Neither do I use or wear anything made from animal products. I consider any animal whether it be a dog, cat or some other type of animal to be a member of the family and should be loved and respected like any other member. Whether your dog/cat wants to walk, play or run, I can be there for him (or her). I can be available for emergency situations if needed. Usually any time any day. As far as I'm concerned it's a dog's/cat's world so we operate on their time! I personally have one cat at the moment. However, I do walk elderly neighbor's dogs for them if needed.
