About: Not sure where to start! I have taken care of animals of all shapes and sizes! I have a cat named Lexi. I have owned/cared for large breeds, all breed, cats, horses, goats, the works. I am extremely loving and passionate for taking care of humans and animals. I'm not a certified trainer but I have trained my previous dogs in clicker training, behavioral training, and harness training. I'm not afraid of any animals what so ever. Sunday, Monday, Wednesday I take care of beautiful humans. I thoroughly love my job but also have a deep love for animals also. When I'm not at work, I generally have my 2 year old but my husband helps! I absolutely adore animals of all shapes and sizes (with the exception of spiders and snakes). I am one of the most loving people you will ever meet. I will 100% ensure they are fed, pottied, and loved for before I "leave them". They might get left with extra lovings or maybe a surprise over night if needed. I love hiking. My apartment is equipped with dog care essentials. Even if it's too hot, I'm always okay with playing in the water and having a "weighted blanket" for extra cuddles.

About: I have house sat multiple times for the same families, which included care for both dogs and cats. One family had ill animals that needed special pills and diets, while the other had a puppy who needed walks to remain calm. I follow the instructions of the owners as best I can, and attempt to give the animals as much love and attention as I can offer. I was paid professionally to care for animals when I worked as a personal assistant for three years. I know that it can be hard work to care for animals, but I am willing to put forth the effort for them. I have had and cared for them all of my life, and I look forward to caring for yours! I work full time, but can be flexible with my lunch break. At the least, I could drop in three times a day or stay with them in the evenings. On weekends, if I am petsitting or dropping in, your pup or cat would be my highest priority and my schedule is much more flexible. Petsitting: When staying at a client's home, I keep the area tidy and try to spend more time with the pet than not. When I am not at work, I would be able to walk, play, and cuddle to their heart's content. If I have social plans, I adjust them to the pets needs so they are not left alone for too long. Dogwalking & Drop-Ins: After walking/playing with/checking on your pup, I would ensure they have adequate water and a treat, then give them some time to rest. Once I've ensured they've cooled down, I would let them out once more before topping off their water and leaving them for a nap. During the work weeks, walks would be at noon and after 5pm, but weekends are flexible.

About: I have been a pet-owner since I was ten years old. I used to do campground pet care from age 10-13. I am pretty great at bonding with animals, getting to be their friend, and helping them get the exercise and attention they need! I love animals that come in all shapes and sizes and I am confident that I will be a great companion for your pet in any way that they need. I love to spend time in the park with my own pets, letting them splash in the creek, playing fetch, running with them, and showing them some good old-fashioned love. Our pets are too often overlooked and Rover is a great opportunity to for your pet to get some love too! I’m currently pursuing my online degree in Recreational Tourism Management and using River as an opportunity to make money on the side! My schedule is virtually open! I have 2 cats of my own, and a family dog—a doberman—so boarding in my own home isn’t terribly ideal for me. I am however very flexible with coming to clients’ homes and giving their pets all the attention they need!

About: Hello, my name is Sheldon and I grew up in The Black Hills, South Dakota, with my dog and best friend, Duke! We had the best of times adventuring through the ponderosa pines of the forests, scaling its mountains, hiking it’s trails, kayaking it’s waters, playing, swimming, EATING and just having fun as brothers do! Moving away.. far away to attended college, I haven’t seen Duke in over three years. I miss those times and would love to make new relationships with your pups! I understand that pets are much more than just animals, they are family and should be treated as such, with patience and love! I have experience walking, sitting and boarding dogs with some knowledge on training! Im very excited to meet your puppers! During the winter season I am available at all times. My primary work is seasonal and takes place in the summer as a fisherman in Alaska. When I care for pets at a clients home I treat the pet as if it were my own family and I treat the house as it were my own home. In other words, I practice respect.

About: I've been taking care of all things with 4 legs for over 20. I deeply enjoy the simple joy's of dogs. Hoping to find joy in a job involving something I already love doing. About: I have lived in households with pets my entire life as well as taken care of countless peoples animals while they have been busy or out of town. I go to the dog park just about every day and am well versed in how animals interact with each other and how to make them as comfortable as possible. I am back in the Black Hills until September when school starts up again for me! I am very free and would love to watch some pets of all kinds. About: I grew up with dogs and I currently have a black lab who lives with my husband. I’ve dog sat for friends and family throughout my life. I love to run, walk and be outside in nature. Dogs are definitely considered family to me! I am a travel nurse from South Dakota but currently live in Des Moines. I work night shift so during the day I’m around. My days are generally grouped together but letting pets out or walking are both doable! I can do overnights and watch for periods of time it will just depend on my schedule. I always want to respect the animal and let them come to me to meet and get to know me first. I love to play fetch or with whatever toys they like.
