About: Working through Rover has really opened me up to working with animals that I’ve never cared for before. Great experiences. 🐾 ALL PAWS WELCOME! Book today 😃 Im not currently working at the moment so I am looking forward to having an open schedule for your pets’ needs :) I’m pretty open to any special requests per pet, per owner. Thank you and I look forward to meeting your fur babies! This all varies of course but I’m always going to adapt to your pets needs. About: I’ve loved and cared for dogs since I was a child and animals have always been a big part of my life. I currently have 2 Yorkies in my home and 4 Dobermans on my property, so I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes, ages and personalities. I’ve also fostered dogs, which has deepened my patience, attentiveness, and ability to help dogs feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I offer walks, drop-ins, boarding and sitting, and I have experience with puppies, senior dogs, shy pups, crate training, puppy routines, medication and helping dogs feel safe and settled. I work from home, so your dog will get plenty of love, attention, cuddles, playtime and consistent care throughout the day. My home has a fully fenced yard, plus two separate fenced areas just for small dogs and large dogs, so I can provide a safe and comfortable setup based on your pup’s needs. I’m calm, patient, reliable and attentive, and I truly care for every dog like they matter because they do! Friends and family know me as a wonderful dog caretaker and with 5 dogs of my own, loving and managing dogs is simply part of who I am. If you’re a nervous pet parent, no worries here! Your baby will be cared for with love, patience and the attention they need. I’ll send at least one update daily and I’m always happy to answer questions or texts when you reach out. My schedule is flexible since I work from home, so I’m able to give your pup plenty of attention throughout the day. I’m available for boarding most weekdays and weekends, with regular potty breaks, playtime, and walks built into the routine. About: Always had one or more dogs around in the family for as long as I can remember. I’ve always enjoyed being around them and while I currently don’t have a dog of my own, I figured offering my time to spend with others dogs would be a great way to spend my time. I’ve also had experience working at a local pet store for a few years where daily cleaning of puppy cages and feeding was required as well as administering parvo shots to customer’s dogs and advising them on proper food choices. Typically busy between 10am-12pm during the weekday but can make exceptions if needed to take care of your pets during that time. Other than that, pretty much have time to check in or provide playtime and walks between 8am-8pm Doing a meet and greet with pets before spending extended amounts of time with them to not only get to know the animal but also address any concerns that you may have as well.

About: Hi, my name is Jenn! I've grown up around animals my entire life. When I am not pet sitting, I foster both cats and dogs, which has given me experience working with senior pets, puppies, kittens, and animals that need extra patience and support. I believe pet care goes beyond basic needs. I take the time to ensure pets feel safe, mentally stimulated, and comfortable. Whether that means positive reinforcement training, enriching play, and giving them extra affection. I also love baking homemade healthy snacks for pets and enjoy learning new ways to ensure your pet is happy. For the next three months, my schedule is flexible. I am available to board pets during the weekdays and weekends. I can accommodate various schedules for people who are vacationing or need a dog walker. I strive to create a calm and fun environment for your pet. Currently, there are no children in my home which allows for a quieter more relaxed setting for pets who may need extra comfort or routine. In my home, I have plenty of space for your pet's needs. I have one dog and two cats that are friendly with other dogs and cats. However, I can also accommodate an additional room or a separate area for your pet. Simply share your preference, and I can accommodate it.

Frequently asked questions about Rover

As of August 2026, there are 679 sitters on Rover offering Dog Walking across Notarb. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.

Whether you want a solo or group walk depends on your dog's personality. Solo walks can be beneficial for dog parents with reactive dogs, puppies, or dogs who are anxious around unfamiliar animals. Many dog walkers on Rover offer private, one-on-one walking services.

Group walks are a good fit for social dogs who enjoy structured walks. If your dog prefers the energy of a group stroll, ask your dog walker about group walks in your Notarb. Since all dog walkers are local, they may have a neighborhood dog who is a good walking companion to yours.

For dog walking services, you can request a report card update with specifics about your dog’s walk. Report cards require photos and can include a map of the walking route , total walk time, poop and pee breaks, and distance traveled, so you know exactly where your dog has been walking in Notarb.

Got specific details you'd like the dog walker to include? Message them in the app before your dog’s walk begins.

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

Every walker on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

Yes, you can find walkers who have experience with handling special pet needs in Notarb. On Rover:

  • 90% of walkers can help with special care needs
  • 95% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 95% can help with daily exercise

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
