I’m comfortable administering medication when needed, keeping routines consistent, and making sure your pet feels safe, loved, and thoroughly spoiled (in the best way). What sets me apart? I currently work part time: Monday, Tuesday and Friday. I’m at work from 10am-4pm with a lunch break from noon-1pm, so plenty of time to check in on your furry loves. Whether I’m feeding, walking, playing, or administering medication, I follow your instructions closely to make sure your pet feels comfortable and secure. I spend quality time with them so they’re not just cared for—they feel loved and relaxed in your absence.

“Michele responded quickly to my initial request. She came to my house to meet the cats and talk to me, which made me feel comfortable that they would be well taken care of. She sent me frequent pictures and videos, showing the cats playing and having a good time. I suspect they enjoyed their time with her more than the day to day they spend with me. She even informed me that one of my cats likes to participate in yoga. After 9 years, this was new information. When I came home the house was clean and cats were happy. About: I’ve taken care of and loved animals my whole life. About 14 years ago though I went through the training myself to get my own dog trained and certified as a medical alert service animal and canine good citizen. I’ve continued my training journey ever since. 13 years ago I began my own dog daycare, walk and train in Fort Bragg Ca. 12 years ago we moved to Stockton Ca. where Good News Dogs thrived for 7 years. Specializing in pack walks, working dog exercise programs, balanced behavior tactics, safe socialization, basic obedience, boundary training and human pack leadership skills. About: I love animals (people too) and they love me! My favorite job was working for a veterinarian. So what could be a more fun job than dog sitting and walking? I've had dogs all my life. I understand that they need lots of love and exercise. I’m the one my family and friends call when they need a sitter for their pets. I have a small rescue dog. She warms up to other dogs quickly. We take daily walks and if appropriate 2-4 mile hikes (depending on dog’s fitness levels and desire). I know basic first aid from my days working at the vet's. I'm very loving and reliable and your precious dog will be cared for like my own. I’ve been on rover since 2/22 and have met so many incredible pups. I’ve recently begun to live full time in my rv so no more boarding. I am available for dog/house sitting as well as dog walking. I walk my dog every day so the more the merrier. I’m retired so I can make my own schedule. Would love to share my time with your pup I’ve had a lot of experience dog sitting. I treat your pup like my own. I’m very good at reading a dog and we usually bond quickly.

About: I have experience with cats, dogs, chicken, etc! I grew up doing a ton of pet and house sitting all over Ukiah and Redwood Valley Growing up. Big and small animals alike! I am currently working part time as a substitute teacher so I have lots availability for both long and short term pet sitting opportunities now that summer is coming up I love taking pets on walks, playing with them, taking them to the park etc if allowed. I take pride in leaving clients houses the way they were before I arrived.

About: I have always had dogs in my life, I grew up on a ranch with an assortment of different breeds and sizes. I have two pups of my own, Goose is our Mastiff/St. Bernard puppy and Lady is my German Shepherd. They are both rescues, super energetic (but they also will leave other dogs alone if the dog doesn’t want to play), they love every dog under the sun. Growing up I have always had the joy of watching friends, family, and neighbors furry friends. When dogs stay with me you can expect they will have a great time, they have a giant yard/pool to run and play on and in, we also go on hikes in the forest or to the Lake, frequent trips to the park, and of course they will love to explore all that Mendocino County has to offer. What can I say, I love dogs and enjoy spending everyday taking care of them :) I hope to be the dog sitter for you I am a stay at home mom with my two kids, so it is very rare the pups are ever left alone. The only time I leave the house is to pick up my son from preschool 10 min down the road. Our back yard is completely fenced and I have two very friendly dogs that they will get to play with. I treat all dogs like my own so they always get the best care possible.

About: I’ve been fostering and doing overnights with shelter dogs and puppies for over 3 years, and have 15+ years of experience taking care of friend’s and family’s pets. I have my own 10-year old pup and my family has 3 more dogs at home. I got on here because I could use more puppy love in my life and have a genuine love for animals. I am also am a traveler and know how difficult it is to find a reliable and safe person to watch my pup, so I’d love to be that resource for others. I also have experience with cats, rats, fish, chickens, and horses. I will love your pet as if it was my own and send you pupdates. :) I work remotely for myself and am very active and so I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule for visiting or walking your pup during the day and even staying the night if needed. I do travel to do speaking engagements (and for the fun of it) but I will keep my schedule updated and clearly communicate my availability, as needed. We have a safe, very tall fenced in yard on the outskirts of town. I promise to love your dog as my own and treat your home with care and attention. I have high integrity and attention to the needs of your pup. I am able to accommodate special requests and am very attentive to the needs of our furry family members.

About: I've taken care of dogs of all ages for as long as I can remember. Friends family and neighbors have relied on me to walk, feed, and bathe their pets I currently am off at 6 everyday which gives plenty of time to be active/ have fun and run. Im also free in the mornings for the early risers I have one furry friend to keep your pet company along with all the toys and a crate if needed. Nothing left out that they aren't supposed to get into

About: I’ve taken care of community members animals. I work at a vet clinic. I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life. I’ve worked with small and large animals. I am currently an undergraduate student at university of Idaho obtaining my bachelors in Pre-Vet. I am in Mendocino County until the month of August I care for animals based on their body language. Most of the time I can tell if Animals are not gonna get along. If the animals get along I will let them play together if they do not I will crate one at a time.

About: I have an adorable cat who I love so very much where I live currently I can’t have a dog so I want to combine my love for taking walks with my love for dogs/animals. I work weekends, but my weekdays are free! I had a dog my entire life aside from moving to California I trained my German Shepherd and learned techniques for proper walking. I know how stressed animals get when they are alone they also are very aware of time so if they know someone is coming everyday at a certain time they are happier! I would be so honored to take care of your pets knowing how important a pet is in every family. I’m willing to help with grooming, For dogs and cats I’ve been giving my cat a bath since he was a baby and he actually enjoys it. As a proud pet parent myself—most recently to a beautiful French Bulldog—I know how to provide attentive, loving care. I currently work remotely and have a flexible schedule. I am able to provide attentive care given my schedule and love to go outdoors as well. I will come to your home! I have a home safe and comfortable pets but prefer to go to the home and space they're most comfortable in.

About: I've been a animal person all my life and currently have an Australian Shepard. I also have experience taking care of wide range animalsbut most of my experience lies in small to medium-sized dogs/cats, I'm super patient and love playing with hyper animals, I've also helped take care of tons of cute kittens and puppies! As a student with a flexible schedule and an early riser, I have ample availability for dog walking, drop-in visits, and house sitting. I am also available for pet care during most holidays. As a responsible and caring dog walker, safety and trust are my top priorities. I am patient and attentive, and I will make sure that your furry friend is well-fed, hydrated, and receives the right amount of playtime. If you need any dog waste picked up in your yard while you're away or plants watered, I'm more than willing to take care of that too.

About: I have many years experience in caring for client pets and farm animals! I have house-sat at many homes for dogs of many breeds, cats, goats, sheep, chickens, rabbits, and more. I volunteer at the animal shelter in my free time and enjoy walking and caring for the animals there. I work remotely from my laptop, so I am very flexible and can work from your home as long as there is reliable wifi. I generally make my own daily schedule so I can fit in feedings, walks, medications, etc with your pet's routine schedule. For house-sits, I always take thorough notes from the owners, and happily check in as often or seldom as requested to ensure the owners are comfortable with their pet's experience while they are away.

About: I’ve been a dedicated dog person for my entire life. I’ve trained dogs to become truffle hunters and carnivore trackers but I don’t discriminate - I love ALL the dogs just the way they are. I’ve been a proud dog mom and recently lost my beloved pup, so am looking to fill that hole with other people’s dogs on a part time basis for a while, and to try out living in different areas of Mendocino County as I settle in here. I’m a full time Development Director for a local marine science non-profit with a good work-from-home and dog friendly policy. Your pet would be my companion full time, if they are able to accompany me during meetings and time at the office. I can work from your home if there is high speed internet on a full time basis, as well. I have a crate at my home and my place where I live is fully fenced in and good for dogs. My car is set up for a dog, and I am vigilant about giving your pup plenty of exercise and keeping them fulfilled and cared for with a full time watchful eye.
