I am here for your animas needs I work a part time job right now and go to school. I can work around your schedule, weekends or weekdays. We can work together. I only have one indoor cat. About: As mentioned, I work in vet med! I am experienced with all ages, temperaments, breeds, health issues, and needs! I love a couch potato but I also own and love a working breed. I understand the importance of routine & mental stimulation! I spoil my fur children & understand wanting to keep yours happy while you’re away, but also able to trust that they’re safe! I own a dog that is overcoming his reactivity & that has required a lot of training & positive reinforcement work from myself in the presence of triggers—so I understand the difference in reactivity/anxiety vs aggression. I work full time Fridays through Mondays currently, but I have full availability during the week on Tuesdays through Thursdays. I don’t mind early mornings or late nights I would never leave someone’s pet unattended while under my care. I like for pets to have my full attention when I’m there. It’s what I’d expect & would want for my own! I’m very familar with canine & feline body language, anxiety, & aggression, and I know how to appropriately and effectively approach/handle pets whether they’re scared, reactive, or excited!

I have experience building service-style task foundations and higher-level behavior, but I do not certify service animals. I currently care for three Yorkies of my own, ages 6, 4, and 1, which has taught me a lot about patience, routines, playtime, and giving each pet individual attention. I also have experience caring for a senior dog with diabetes, including administering insulin shots and making sure he received the care and attention he needed. I’ve cared for my brother’s Lab, Rex, as well as dogs, cats, and chickens while helping care for my sister’s animals. About: I've taken care of dogs and cats since I was 10 years old, probably younger. I've cared for at least 40 animals in my lifetime, most of which belonged to me. I have been trusted to walk, feed, and bathe pets countless times. I have a pretty relaxed schedule so aside from social obligations, I’m usually free and if I’m not, send me a message anyway, maybe I can work something out.
