“Evelyn went above and beyond for my girl! It was a bit of a trek from her home and she made the trip 3 days in a row! She even asked the hotel staff to change my linens when she noticed a spill! If I’m ever in the area again I absolutely will use her! Thanks Evelyn!!”
2. Larry Y.
“Larry is a great person and has done a great job taking care of my dog while I've been away. He is professional and caring and my dog Cody absolutly loves him and his kids which accompany him on walks. I would aboslutly recommend him to anyone needed their pet taken care of.”
3. Jillian L.
“Jillian is amazing!!! She cared for my boys Oscar and Major, Monday-Friday afternoons for around 7 years. She was very flexible and reliable, especially with my changing work schedule. The dogs absolutely loved playing fetch, going on walks and all time they spent with her. She has been my saving grace while I work long hours and during the numerous trips I have taken out to Colorado to visit my son. We miss her very much!!”

I enjoy being active with my own dog and those that I am watching including hiking, swimming, and walking. I have a big car to transport animals to and from any destination, as well.
5. Cindy F.
“Cindy has been caring for animals for as long as I’ve known her(~27 years), specifically cats and dogs. You can be assured your pet will get her full attention and she will love them as her own.”
6. Samuel P.
About: I’ve had over 5 dogs growing up in Florida. Before I moved I helped take care of my sisters 3 fur babies. I’m new to Vermont, new to the professional side of pet care but I’m quick to learn. My full time job as a paramedic means I’m gone for long stretches but when I do have time off I have multiple days in between shifts that I can care for your pet with. I have a very large floor plan in my apartment where your dog/cat can explore and play while maintaining safety. I also have a very large yard for our door activities. I have trained dogs in the past and I am very quick to learn your routine so no training lessons or sessions has been missed.
7. Zac T.
“Zac is extremely attentive and caring to Max, he walked him regularly for years, and only stopped because of a move. Zac took Max from a single walk type of dog to walking in a pack and then bringing him to an open dog park scenario where he helped Max thrive with other dogs. It was great seeing how Zac brought so much out in Max and he is definitely better for having Zac's influence in his life. Max is one of the most important things in my life and I am very particular in who I trust for his care and Zac is definitely one of those people!”
8. Rachel M.
“Rachel took the best care of my 16.5 year old cat, Zoe. My cat now needs daily medication and it was the first time I left town since she started the meds and Rachel made me feel so comfortable knowing that Zoe was in great hands! And to my delighted surprise, Rachel even hung out with Zoe and let her go out to sunbathe in her favorite sunny spot ouside. Zoe appreciated that so much! I 100000000% recommend!!”
9. Hannah C.
“Hannah is the best when it comes to taking care of my favorite thing in the world. She follows all guidelines and as a pet parent, we have some outlandish requests such as not too many treats, and a walk that's at least 30 minutes. Hannah was always on time and went the extra mile to make sure things went smoothly. The cold never bothered her and she would take the time to meet your pet before the first outing. She understands the body languages of animals, and my dog suffered from separation anxiety as well as not loving other dogs. Hannah would continue the training I was using and made sure to provide a quality experience for all. I would trust Hannah with my dog's life and know that she is in the best hands.”
10. Jade M.
“Jade was great! She watched our dog while we were staying at the Woodstock Inn. We went out for dinner and didn't want him to bark and disturb other guests. She arrived on time, took him for a walk, and was flexible with staying a bit longer when I dinner ran later than expected. I would highly recommend Jade.”
11. Haley C.
“Haley is a natural caretaker, an animal lover, and an extremely friendly professional. She is patient, well-rounded, and a very responsible person. Animals are our babies and if you want them to be cared for as such, trust Haley with your pet. She communicates and invests her time with your fur babies. We have two high-maintenance dogs at home and when Haley cares for them over long weekends, I feel so relaxed knowing they are receiving the love they deserve. :)”
12. Thomas W.
“Tom has been helping me take care of my dog since I adopted him. He helps with walks, drop-ins, and the occasional overnight if I have to go out of town to see family. He has helped with at-home training as well as leash-walking, as it seems my dog never had that prior to adoption! Tom has been absolutely great to work with and I will definitely be continuing to work with him going forward. He's the type of person you want caring for your pets - he treats them as his own in every case.”

Taking care of others’ pets is something I hold near to my heart, because I would want someone like me to look after my pets. I’m an elementary teacher trying to make ends meet. I am sure to spend quality time with your pet while you’re away. You can be sure your pet will have the best care with me (: I am able to get to your pet on time. About: Since I was little, animals have always been my passion. Watching your animals would be a dream come true for me. I have two animals. I have a cat and a leopard gecko that I take care of everyday. I had a family pug that recently passed away due to a rare form of GI disease which I also took care of for 11 years! I would love to have the opportunity to take care of other peoples animals everyday and enjoy it. Animals have always helped me through very tough times especially through anxiety, stress, and depression which I go through a lot in my life. They always know how to make me feel better which is an amazing feeling. I tend to keep your pets happy and safe whenever I am with them :) I’m currently working full time at Riverside Vet Care as a Vet Tech! :) I have two days off which changes throughout the week but I also have some time after work where I’m pretty flexible as well! Communication is very important to me regarding the animals! I’m in the process of moving at the moment but that soon will change. I always make sure my animals are taken care of including feeding and making sure they are active. That includes clients animals as well, they are my number one priority :)

“Maggie is fantastic! It’s so obvious that she loves animals and what else can you ask for from a pet sitter? She is a very smart and caring young woman and caters to our pets needs. We could not be happier with Maggie and we plan to hire her for all of our future pet sitting needs. Thanks Maggie!”

About: I believe I have the characteristics of a caring, trustworthy, responsible human-being. I love dogs/cats and their ability to light someone’s day up. I owned a pug that was 16 years I have watched and taken care of her for my whole life. I currently own a labradoodle who is about 1.5 years old!My uncle, my grandparents, and my neighbors are all the people, that I have dog sit before. I have handled up to three dogs at once, this should speak volume to my responsiblity as a dog sitter. I am a full-time rehab technician at Rutland Regional Medical Center. Weekends I am available and some hours during the weekdays. I love dogs/cats, and really any animals! Thank you for your time and consideration. Pet care is something I do every single day. I work full-time at a hospital, however still find time to take care of my puppy Ollie! We go for walks in the morning and always make time for him. This is something I love to do and would love to do it for other dogs! I have about acre of land and have about a 50 foot lease that is secured to a post that allows my dog to roam freely but most importantly safely. I recently trained my dog and can understand the frustration and patience it can take. So I am happy to adhere to any type of training while visiting with your dog.

About: I've had pets all of my life including many dogs. I currently care for both my own dog and cat. I'm no stranger to reactive dogs as mine tends to have very high energy when he sees another dog. I've taken care of many friends dogs and cats. When I was younger I volunteered at an animal shelter washing all the dogs. I am a huge lover of all animals and care for them as if they were my own. I am available early mornings, late afternoon and night time. I have full day availability Tuesday and Wednesday. I am a ski instructor so it is possible I will have some days more open than others if there are no classes available that day. I can work weekends and holidays. I am very respectful of other owners wishes. I will even cook meals for pets (I do for my own) if the owners request it. As an pet owner myself I know how terrifying it can be to leave your pets with sitters (I wrote a 4 page note last time I went away for an extended time). I will care for your home and fur babies with love and respect. I am open to house sitting if I am able to have my own dog with me as well. We would have to have the dogs meet. I would not leave the dogs alone together either.
