“Tambre is an absolute blessing! We were visiting from out of town and Tambre took care of our boy while we explored the area each day. I was a little nervous leaving our boy with other dogs, because he gets anxious at times. But after a meet-and-greet, Tambre said she had no concerns. Tambre sent several pictures throughout the day, every day, and our boy always seemed to be having a great time playing with new friends. Tambre has a special gift for pet-care, and I'm grateful that we found her! This was our first experience with rover.com and leaving a pet with anyone other than family, and Tambre made it amazing. About: For the past 40 years, dogs have been the heart of my home and my greatest joy. I’ve lovingly cared for dogs of all sizes and breeds , from small purebreds like Pekingese to medium and large dogs including Chow Chows, Dobermans, Rottweilers, and various lovable mix breeds. Each dog has brought unique happiness and taught me so much about giving them the care, routine, exercise, and affection they need. I only take one dog at a time so I can give your pup my complete attention. When you leave your furry family member with me, they’ll be treated like my own showered with love in a calm, safe environment in my San Antonio home. Your dog will never be just another guest, they’ll be treated like family. First, I try to know more about your dog , normal schedule, favorite toys, commands, what they fear and what they like. Building trust is going to be essential so my focus would be to create a bond with your pet. Consistency, patience, and love is what’s going to get us there. Your dog will have their potty breaks, morning walk or play time I have a two bedroom condo, one bedroom is mostly used as an office, I also have a large living room with a large balcony with views of large mature trees where we have visits of birds and squirrels.

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of dogs ever since I was young. I have dog sat for neighbors, friends, and family all of my life. We have always had dogs growing up - two chihuahuas. I first handily began learning how to raise, train, and fully take care of a dog on my own about 10 years ago when we adopted a boxer. We now have a 8 year old boxer/lab mix named Nimbo that we love!! Me and my husband love dogs and in our family we have SO many fur nieces and nephews of all different kinds with a wide variety of unique behaviors so I really understand and are prepared to handle all sorts of pet situations. I currently work from home. So I have plenty of time to watch and play with your pups!! I can do boardings throughout the week/weekends. My husband can also help watch dogs that are boarded with us. Our house has a fenced back yard. And the neighborhood is perfect for walking. I have one dog (boxer/lab mix) with all the friendly energy to keep your pet company. My dog is a difficult walker that uses a gentle leader (pulls frequently and he's very strong) so I'm used to that behavior and can easily accommodate. Our house definitely has enough room for more pets. I just ask that you bring a crate and bed for your pet if they need one! If they’re trained well, we don't mind having them out and about :)

About: I've owned to dogs in the spanned of 12 years. Both 100 plus pounds, I've also worked with medium size breeds and toy breeds. I also own exotic and cats. I have worked in the retail industry catering towards animals and have volunteered sitting for farm animals. I'm at the moment working towards a degree in veterinary medicine full time. I do not work so this would be my main source of income. Since I am fully dedicating previously my time to school. Close monitoring and calm approach to any situation or environment are essential when it comes to the care of animals in my possession. Patience and building a bond is also very important and key to building a long lasting relationship with my animals.
