About: I have hands-on veterinary medicine experience, including working in an overnight animal emergency hospital, so I'm comfortable caring for pets with medical needs and recognizing when something may require veterinary attention. I'm experienced with medications, senior pets, anxious pets, and animals who need extra patience and individualized care. I also understand how important it is to maintain each pet's normal routine while their family is away. Caring for animals is a big part of my everyday life, so I’m very comfortable building my schedule around their needs. I prioritize keeping pets on their normal routines with regular meals, potty breaks, exercise, playtime, companionship, and medication when needed. My goal is to make their time away from their family feel as comfortable and stress-free as possible. When house sitting, I keep pets in the comfort of their own home and maintain their normal routines as closely as possible. I provide regular potty breaks, walks, meals, playtime, companionship, and medications when needed. I take the time to learn each pet's personality, preferences, and boundaries so they receive individualized care rather than a one-size-fits-all routine. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
