If you want them to have company, I have both cats and dogs that are loving and love new friends. I have a huge back yard that is treated against things like fleas/ticks and it is animal safe. I can provide crates for any size dog if needed. I have tons of dog toys, cat toys, and little pools for cooling down on hot days. I spend a lot of time making interactive fun play times for all my animals. For cats, they also have their own room with calming Sentry plug in to help create a calm environment for them. They will have their own litter boxes, toys, and every comfortable place they can lay in with lots of sunlight. My husband is off in the summers, and I work nights so I am up at night on my days off, in our home your animals have 24 hour care. As far as for care in your own home, I will care for them anyway that you normally do. I offer walks, play time, I can give them pets and hugs, I will do whatever they need to feel comfortable and safe. I can follow any specialized routine your pet may need. I also offer baths and nail trims if requested and it can be completed without stressing the animal too much. I offer these services for both cats and dogs.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
