Hondenopvang in Overbetuwe

Over: I've spent my entire life surrounded by dogs. I've always had a dog at home, and I've dedicated my life to volunteering at animal shelters across Spain. Additionally, I've had the rewarding experience of fostering dogs in my home, providing them with love and care until they find their families. I have a full-time job, but I frequently work from home, making it possible for me to look after the dog during the day. During the weekends I love to be in the nature! I take my dogs out for walks three times a day. They're always by my side at home, and with plenty of space to rest, they'll be comfortable and happy.

Over: Ervaring in de zorg voor dieren – met liefde en oprechte toewijding Ik hou van dieren sinds mijn kindertijd – zolang ik mij kan herinneren, was ik altijd omringd door dieren: honden, katten, vogeltjes, hamsters. Voor hen zorgen was voor mij vanzelfsprekend en belangrijk. Ik gaf elk dier mijn volledige aandacht, warmte en liefde. Ik heb veel persoonlijke ervaring met verschillende soorten dieren – niet alleen in dagelijkse verzorging, maar ook in het begeleiden van dieren die moeten wennen aan een nieuw thuis. Zo hebben we bijvoorbeeld een kat uit het asiel genomen en ik heb hem op een rustige en geduldige manier geholpen zich veilig te voelen in zijn nieuwe omgeving. De kat werd apart gehouden van onze hond Nika zodat hij op zijn gemak kon wennen. Ik woon nu bijna 3 jaar samen met mijn hondje Nika, die ik heb gered uit slechte omstandigheden. Ze is heel lief en vriendelijk, maar ik zorg er altijd voor dat andere dieren zich veilig voelen – indien nodig worden ze apart gehouden, en als het kan laat ik ze op een rustige manier kennis maken. Ik begrijp hoe belangrijk het is om vertrouwen rustig op te bouwen, en ik geef elk dier de tijd die het nodig heeft. Hoewel ik geen professionele trainer ben, neem ik het gedrag van elk dier serieus. Ik probeer hun behoeften te begrijpen en reageer altijd rustig en liefdevol. Voor mij is het belangrijk om een warme, veilige en liefdevolle omgeving te creëren waarin het dier zich goed voelt. Ik doe altijd mijn best, zelfs met moeilijkere dieren – verlegen, gevoelige of minder sociale dieren zijn welkom. Ik ontvang ieder dier met liefde, zorg en geduld. Mijn doel is niet alleen om goed voor het dier te zorgen, maar om het echt gelukkig te maken. Mijn dagindeling – alle aandacht voor jouw huisdier Ik ben de hele dag thuis, dus ik kan jouw huisdier alle aandacht geven die het nodig heeft. Ongeveer een jaar geleden ben ik naar Nederland verhuisd – ik woon hier alleen met mijn man en mijn geliefde hondje Nika, die ik samen met mij heb meegenomen uit mijn thuisland. Ik heb hier geen vrienden of familie, dus al mijn tijd en zorg kan ik volledig aan dieren besteden. Mijn dagelijkse routine is rustig, ik hoef nergens heen en heb geen andere verplichtingen – jouw dier wordt mijn prioriteit. Ik bied niet alleen constante zorg en toezicht, maar ook veel liefde, tederheid en rust. Als het dier geduld nodig heeft, neem ik daar alle tijd voor. Als het behoefte heeft aan spelen of gezelschap, ben ik er ook volledig voor. Ik begrijp dat het niet makkelijk is om je huisdier aan iemand anders toe te vertrouwen. Daarom doe ik er alles aan om precies die verzorger te zijn die ik zelf ook voor mijn eigen dier zou willen hebben. Ik woon in een gezellig appartement met een afgesloten tuin, waar uw huisdier veilig zowel binnen als buiten kan zijn. Ik zorg met oprechte liefde en veel aandacht voor dieren – thuis woon ik samen met mijn lieve, speelse hond Nika, die vriendelijk is en graag met andere dieren omgaat. Wanneer nodig, wordt Nika in een aparte kamer gehouden zodat uw huisdier zich rustig en zonder stress kan voelen. Ik ben de hele dag thuis, dus ik kan zoveel aandacht en liefde geven als nodig is. Ik zorg er altijd voor dat uw huisdier zich veilig, gelukkig en geliefd voelt – alsof hij deel uitmaakt van mijn eigen familie.

Over: Hello everyone！My name is Liu Shuting and I’m 22 years old. I’m a master at Wageningen University. 

 Since I was in junior high school, my family has had two younger brothers, Cookie and Oreo. Therefore, I have more than 8 years of experience in raising dogs. I have taken care of small dogs (such as Teddy and Bichon) and large dogs (such as Golden Retriever and Labrador). 

If you are willing to let me take care of your dog, I will eat with him, play his favorite toys with him, take him for walks, and let him sleep with me (if he wants). 

Of course, I can also help you take care of your cats! My good friend has four cats at home. I often play with her cats, and sometimes I also will help her take care of them, so I also believe that I can take good care of your cats!

Omdat het mijn eerste keer was, mochten we van tevoren langskomen — Jiena was supervriendelijk en nam de tijd om ons kennis te laten maken met haar, het huis en de tuin. Dat gaf meteen een vertrouwd gevoel. Ze hield me de hele dag door op de hoogte met foto’s en video’s, luisterde goed naar mijn wensen en ging liefdevol en geduldig om met mijn puppy van 4,5 maand. Hij voelde zich helemaal op z’n gemak en kwam blij en ontspannen weer thuis. Een oppas zoals je hoopt te vinden — ik raad haar iedereen aan! Amazing sitter! Since it was my first time leaving my puppy, she kindly let us visit the day before. Jiena was super friendly and welcoming — she took the time to show us around the house and garden, which made me feel instantly at ease. Throughout the day, she kept me updated with lots of sweet photos and videos. She really listens to your wishes and takes such loving, patient care of your dog. My 4.5-month-old puppy felt completely at ease and came back home happy and relaxed. Exactly the kind of sitter every dog owner hopes to find — I highly recommend her!”

Over: Since I was young, dogs have always been by my side. One was purchased, and three others were adopted; the current one is 12 years old. I can’t bear to take her on frequent long trips, so she’s being well cared for by my parents now. I’m very experienced in taking care of unfamiliar dogs of all ages. I already have pet-sitting experience here in the Netherlands. Some from another App. The customers I’ve served have all been very satisfied. Dogs have brought so much emotional support to me and my family, helping me through many difficult times. Now that I’m living in the Netherlands and working on my thesis while job hunting and making future plans, which, I admit, can sometimes feel quite depressing. So, I truly hope to have dog companions in my life here. That’s why I’d love to offer my time as a dog sitter. My current schedule is very flexible, and I have plenty of time to be with your puppy, whether it’s for walks, playtime, or just quiet companionship. I live in a studio near the end of a quiet hallway. Even delivery people never ring the bell😂. There’s an elevator in the building, so your doggy won’t need to climb stairs, which is especially good for their joints. After every pet stay, I always clean the space thoroughly and do laundry to keep everything fresh and hygienic. Downstairs, there are plenty of green areas and small parks, including two especially for dogs. Your pet will have a great time here, both indoors and outdoors!

Over: Despite the occasional neighbor dog walks as a kid, I have taken care of my rabbits for several years as a teenager, which taught me about the beauty of sharing your life with animals. As an adult, I have lived with my housemate's pets (both cats and dogs) for several years, providing help to their owners when needed, joining for walks, giving lots of cuddles, and keeping a second eye on the wellbeing of the cuties. Since I live in Wageningen, I have two years of experience taking primary care of the most wonderful cat, who has added so much joy and love to my life. Getting to know her, understanding her needs and boundaries, ways of communication, and typical behaviours have helped me understand and recognize signs of her wellbeing. Unfortunately a year ago, at the age of 14, she had to be put down, after a difficult time of looking after her when she was sick and needed lots of assistance. While I do not have any specific skills, I have learned about the care of pets over the years by living with different cats and dogs. I have learned to maintain a healthy respect towards them, to give them time to get accustomed to me, and prioritize their boundaries over my love for cuddles. I care for the pets in my life, no matter if it's the neighbour's cat that comes to enjoy the sun in my garden, the dog that I walk once a week, or your pet that I might look after. Currently, I am writing my MSc Thesis, so I am very flexible and appreciate the occasional break to take a dog for a walk, or drop-in for feeding a cat/dog. I promise to respect both your pet(s) and your home, to follow your instructions with care, and to be reliable in terms of the service that I provide, as well as communication.

Over: Ik heb altijd al op dieren gepast sinds mijn 16e dat was vaak van familie en vrienden, je kan op mij rekenen dat ik u hond goed uitlaat en ze goed was en ze goed te eten geef en natuurlijk de aandacht die ze nodig hebben daarnaast heb ik zelf een hond gehad die ik heb getraind vanaf pup helaas is zei pas geleden overleden heb op dit moment 1 kitten thuis maar die doet ze eigen ding wel :) om andere te kunnen helpen en ik mijn passie voor honden en katten ook kan voortzetten verder vind ik dit een ideale baan🥰 Momenteel ben ik een huismoeder dus alleen het hondenoppassen doe ik als werk, ben alle dagen beschikbaar behalve het weekend niet en ik luister goed naar de dingen die nodig zijn. Ik heb een rustig huisje geen dieren dus alle aandacht voor jou viervoerter! , ik heb een heel mooi bos om mijn flatje heen waar ik altijd wandel.

Over: For as long as I can remember myself I have loved taking care of animals, and especially dogs. As an owner of two of them in my home country (Greece), I know how to treat pets with utmost care. I have special experience with both small and big dogs, but also with cats, so you can feel safe that no matter what your pet needs, I can create a very gezellig environment for them with lots of games, walks and hugs. I am a student in Radboud Universiteit, so apart from attending my classes, my schedule is flexible. During the weekends I have the most time available, but I would also be very happy to take care of your pet during weekdays! I am currently living in an apartment, in a quiet neighborhood with a dog park very nearby. I love spoiling pets with love, cuddles and compliments. So you can be sure that your pet will be in safe and loving hands!

Over: My love for animals it is not a secret, so of course my family and friends trusted me to feed, walk or check on their pets everytime they needed, and I did it gladly, because I know a pet it is not just a pet, it is part of the family. Right now I'm still studying and learning the dutch languague, so I have some free time to do whatever I need. This allows me to have some free time for this side job. I need to know certainly if the pets are ok with strangers, because as much as I like to interact with them I am not quallified to work with agresive dogs or cats, so I have to know this first. Then I like to know about their rutine, what they eat and if they have special needs. If I have to walk them I always like to bring them to the Park with their leash and let them sniff the grass, bushes etc. I don't let them interact with other dogs unless the owner request this. When it comes to feed them at your place I always like to give them their food or if the owner request me to play or walk their pet, I do this first so they can do whatever they have to do at the Park.
