No pet yet (still dreaming!), but lucky to care for yours. 🐶 My Dog experience I've taken care of a baby Shiba multiple times, which taught me how much patience and joy puppies bring. In Wageningen, I've done some daycare, boarding (a Teckel for one night, a Labrador for six days), and many walks. For boarding at my place, I prefer house-trained dogs because I live in student accommodation. On walks, I'll need a sturdy leash and snacks if your dog isn't friendly with others, I'll be careful to avoid other dogs too. 🐱 My Cat experience Living with a roommate's two cats for a whole year changed me. I went from not knowing much about cats to truly loving their company every day. I also cared for a friend's three cats during her vacation (feeding, medicine, and cleaning). In Wageningen, I've done multiple home visits. For boarding at my place, your cat can stay in my room or explore the corridor. 💕 My style I give cuddles but also space. I read animal body language carefully and never force interaction. Safety always comes first. I can give medicine if you provide clear instructions (paper or PDF for anything complex). 🏠 House sitting & doggy day care I live in student housing with roommates, but I'm the only one who will care for your pet. My typical day: morning feed, then a long walk plus ball play, then nap. Some dogs need three walks (afternoon and before bed). For cats: litter, grooming, play, and evening feed. Evenings are for movies, pets are very welcome on my bed, even big dogs, for lap time and cuddles. 📸 Updates I never leave pets alone for long periods. I'll send regular photos so you can relax. Since I can't have my own pet yet, I truly look forward to caring for yours. Walks, boarding, sitting, vacation care – whatever works for you. Over: Dag baasjes! Mijn naam is Maria en ik ben een dierenvriend(in) woonachtig in Nijmegen. Sinds mijn studietijd heb ik als hobby en bijbaan het oppassen op en uitlaten van huisdieren. Ik heb zelf een heel lieve, rustige hond. Ik heb vooral ervaring met honden, maar ook met katten en knaagdieren. Ik ben niet bang voor een dier met een gebruiksaanwijzing, zo lang we elkaar dan eerst even goed leren kennen voor het oppassen of uitlaten. Momenteel werk ik veel thuis en daardoor ben ik regelmatig beschikbaar als oppas of uitlater. Ik laat niet graag ‘s avonds uit, maar ik ben wel een ochtendmens. Honden (mits ze goed kunnen opschieten met andere honden) zijn welkom bij oppas bij mij thuis, kattenoppas doe ik liever bij jou thuis. Over: Als hondentrainer in opleiding bied ik meer dan alleen een oppasadres. Met ruim 3 jaar ervaring heb ik gewerkt met honden van allerlei rassen en karakters, waaronder Mechelse herders, Cane Corso’s, American Bullies en honden met gedragsuitdagingen. Rust, duidelijkheid en positieve begeleiding staan bij mij centraal. Door mijn ervaring met twee eigen husky’s weet ik hoe belangrijk beweging, structuur en mentale uitdaging zijn. Veiligheid en het welzijn van jouw hond staan altijd op de eerste plaats. Honden zijn een vast onderdeel van mijn dagelijkse leven. Als hondentrainer in opleiding besteed ik veel tijd aan wandelen, trainen en het bieden van structuur. Ik ben flexibel beschikbaar en kan op vrijwel alle dagen oppassen; alleen op vrijdag ben ik zelf minder aanwezig, maar mijn vriendin is dan thuis. Ik bied het liefst logeeropvang aan, zodat honden zich echt thuis kunnen voelen. Dagelijks maak ik minimaal twee grote wandelingen van ongeveer een uur en daarnaast nog één of twee kortere rondes. Omdat ik direct aan de Rijn woon én regelmatig naar het bos ga, krijgen actieve honden volop beweging en afwisseling. De veiligheid en het welzijn van jouw hond staan altijd op nummer één. Ik woon in een benedenappartement met een grote, volledig omheinde tuin waar honden veilig kunnen spelen. Zelf heb ik twee stabiele, sociale husky’s die goed zijn opgevoed en mij regelmatig helpen tijdens mijn trainingstraject door op een rustige manier met andere honden om te gaan. Indien nodig kunnen honden volledig van elkaar worden gescheiden en ik beschik over meerdere ruime benches om iedere hond een eigen veilige rustplek te geven. Ik heb ervaring met pups, senioren, het toedienen van medicatie en honden die extra begeleiding of structuur nodig hebben. Jouw hond krijgt veel persoonlijke aandacht, voldoende beweging en een rustige, duidelijke begeleiding, zodat hij of zij zich snel op zijn gemak voelt.

Over: I have taken care of many cats and dogs of friends, and have my own dog and 2 cats. They are very friendly and we live 2 minutes from an off leash forest! I am working part-time from home, part-time from the office in Wageningen. Over: I've always been surrounded by cats and dogs. I love puppies but also the older animals because I feel I can create a deeper connection with them. I've recently graduated from Wur. I'm currently doing some part time jobs, and I have a quite flexible schedule. In other words, I can change and organize my schedule to adapt to the needs of the new pet. At my place there is a lil garden and the animal can stay inside. I'm also happy to walk the dog and stay at the owner's place if that's more handy.

Over: My love for animals it is not a secret, so of course my family and friends trusted me to feed, walk or check on their pets everytime they needed, and I did it gladly, because I know a pet it is not just a pet, it is part of the family. Right now I'm still studying and learning the dutch languague, so I have some free time to do whatever I need. This allows me to have some free time for this side job. I need to know certainly if the pets are ok with strangers, because as much as I like to interact with them I am not quallified to work with agresive dogs or cats, so I have to know this first. Then I like to know about their rutine, what they eat and if they have special needs. If I have to walk them I always like to bring them to the Park with their leash and let them sniff the grass, bushes etc. I don't let them interact with other dogs unless the owner request this. When it comes to feed them at your place I always like to give them their food or if the owner request me to play or walk their pet, I do this first so they can do whatever they have to do at the Park.

Over: I am friendly, kind and very good with animals. I have looked after stray animals for all of my life, and I have looked after 2 beautiful cats for more than 7 years. I have been providing animal care on these sorts of platforms since 2025. I am very experienced with difficult and not-so-friendly cats, also with administrating oral medication. I don’t mind when it comes to breed, size, and/or age, all animals are welcome with me. I have a followed a grooming course where I learned how to wash, dry, and style many dog breeds and cats. Of course, we make sure to keep around some treats in the house for our visitors ;) When I am at a client’s house, I make sure to respect the environment that I am in and make sure to keep/leave it clean. Ik begrijp hoe belangrijk het is om vertrouwen rustig op te bouwen, en ik geef elk dier de tijd die het nodig heeft. Hoewel ik geen professionele trainer ben, neem ik het gedrag van elk dier serieus. Ik probeer hun behoeften te begrijpen en reageer altijd rustig en liefdevol. Voor mij is het belangrijk om een warme, veilige en liefdevolle omgeving te creëren waarin het dier zich goed voelt. Ik doe altijd mijn best, zelfs met moeilijkere dieren – verlegen, gevoelige of minder sociale dieren zijn welkom. Ik ontvang ieder dier met liefde, zorg en geduld. Daarom ben ik een klein goedheidsinitiatief begonnen – ik verzamel voer voor honden en katten, dat ik later naar een dierenasiel zal brengen. Als je samen met je huisdier een beetje voer of lekkernijen zou kunnen meenemen, zou dat een prachtige gift zijn voor dieren die nog op hun geluk wachten. 💖🐶🐱 Mijn dagindeling – alle aandacht voor jouw huisdier Ik ben de hele dag thuis, dus ik kan jouw huisdier alle aandacht geven die het nodig heeft. Ongeveer een jaar geleden ben ik naar Nederland verhuisd – ik woon hier alleen met mijn man en mijn geliefde hondje Nika, die ik samen met mij heb meegenomen uit mijn thuisland. Ik heb hier geen vrienden of familie, dus al mijn tijd en zorg kan ik volledig aan dieren besteden. Mijn dagelijkse routine is rustig, ik hoef nergens heen en heb geen andere verplichtingen – jouw dier wordt mijn prioriteit. Ik bied niet alleen constante zorg en toezicht, maar ook veel liefde, tederheid en rust. Als het dier geduld nodig heeft, neem ik daar alle tijd voor. Als het behoefte heeft aan spelen of gezelschap, ben ik er ook volledig voor. Ik begrijp dat het niet makkelijk is om je huisdier aan iemand anders toe te vertrouwen. Daarom doe ik er alles aan om precies die verzorger te zijn die ik zelf ook voor mijn eigen dier zou willen hebben. Ik woon in een gezellig appartement met een afgesloten tuin, waar uw huisdier veilig zowel binnen als buiten kan zijn. Ik zorg met oprechte liefde en veel aandacht voor dieren – thuis woon ik samen met mijn lieve, speelse hond Nika, die vriendelijk is en graag met andere dieren omgaat. Wanneer nodig, wordt Nika in een aparte kamer gehouden zodat uw huisdier zich rustig en zonder stress kan voelen. Ik ben de hele dag thuis, dus ik kan zoveel aandacht en liefde geven als nodig is. Ik zorg er altijd voor dat uw huisdier zich veilig, gelukkig en geliefd voelt – alsof hij deel uitmaakt van mijn eigen familie.

Since I am a dog owner for many years I know how to handle many different situations about dogs. I am a student, so i have quite some time to spend time with your pets. I usually take a walk with the dogs once i wake up around 8, after the walk i feed them (depends on the preferences of the owner) and during the day i take them out again for a walk, spend time with them at home afterwards, play if they like to play, and walk them again before bed. Always make sure that they have enough food as described by the owner and have water in multiple places of my apartment available for them. I dont have animals in my apartment at the moment. I have multiple city parks in a very small walking distance. I prefer to communicate with the owners frequently, since i believe that pets are a part of their family and everyone deserves honesty and clear communication.

Over: Van jongs af aan ben ik gek op honden! Liefst honden waar je lang mee kunt wandelen, rennen en spelen. Energiek. Ik ben via mijn ouders, familie en vrienden veel in aanmerking gekomen met honden. Pas nu ook regelmatig op en loop met een hond voor de organisatie Dierenbuddy. Momenteel zit ik tussen twee banen in en ben ik meer thuis. Ik doe vrijwilligerswerk, maar heb veel uren over. Deze besteedt ik al veel buiten (in het bos). Aangezien ik veel van honden houd hoop ik die twee te kunnen combineren! Ik woon in een appartement op steenworp afstand van een hondenlosloopgebied. Voor een langere wandeling steek ik zo door naar het grote bos Den Treek. Thuis zou een hond ook even kunnen vertoeven, maar we gaan natuurlijk vooral naar buiten.

Mein früherer Hund Raf war ein eher ängstlicher und sensibler Hund, den ich 5 Jahre lang begleitet habe, bis ich ihn 2024 schweren Herzens einschläfern lassen musste. Dadurch habe ich gelernt, wie wichtig Geduld, Ruhe und ein verständnisvoller Umgang gerade bei unsicheren Hunden sind. Heute lebe ich mit Pluto zusammen, der ebenfalls seine Besonderheiten mitbringt und draußen einen Maulkorb trägt. Deshalb kenne ich mich auch mit verantwortungsvollem Handling, klaren Grenzen und dem Lesen von Hundeverhalten gut aus. Mir ist wichtig, dass Hunde sich sicher fühlen und trotzdem liebevoll, konsequent und individuell betreut werden. Und trotz seiner kleinen „Security“-Ausstrahlung ist Pluto zuhause ein absolut verschmuster Charakter 😄 Durch meinen Alltag mit eigenen Katzen und meinem Hund bin ich an feste Routinen und zuverlässige Versorgung gewöhnt. Je nach Schicht bin ich flexibel verfügbar und nehme mir bewusst Zeit für Spaziergänge, Spielen, Füttern und natürlich auch Kuscheleinheiten. Tiere sollen sich bei mir genauso sicher fühlen wie zuhause. Ich achte auf eine ruhige Umgebung, genügend Aufmerksamkeit und einen liebevollen Umgang. No pet yet (still dreaming!), but lucky to care for yours. 🐶 My Dog experience I've taken care of a baby Shiba multiple times, which taught me how much patience and joy puppies bring. In Wageningen, I've done some daycare, boarding (a Teckel for one night, a Labrador for six days), and many walks. For boarding at my place, I prefer house-trained dogs because I live in student accommodation. On walks, I'll need a sturdy leash and snacks if your dog isn't friendly with others, I'll be careful to avoid other dogs too. 🐱 My Cat experience Living with a roommate's two cats for a whole year changed me. I went from not knowing much about cats to truly loving their company every day. I also cared for a friend's three cats during her vacation (feeding, medicine, and cleaning). In Wageningen, I've done multiple home visits. For boarding at my place, your cat can stay in my room or explore the corridor. 💕 My style I give cuddles but also space. I read animal body language carefully and never force interaction. Safety always comes first. I can give medicine if you provide clear instructions (paper or PDF for anything complex). 🏠 House sitting & doggy day care I live in student housing with roommates, but I'm the only one who will care for your pet. My typical day: morning feed, then a long walk plus ball play, then nap. Some dogs need three walks (afternoon and before bed). For cats: litter, grooming, play, and evening feed. Evenings are for movies, pets are very welcome on my bed, even big dogs, for lap time and cuddles. 📸 Updates I never leave pets alone for long periods. I'll send regular photos so you can relax. Over: Dag baasjes! Mijn naam is Maria en ik ben een dierenvriend(in) woonachtig in Nijmegen. Sinds mijn studietijd heb ik als hobby en bijbaan het oppassen op en uitlaten van huisdieren. Ik heb zelf een heel lieve, rustige hond. Ik heb vooral ervaring met honden, maar ook met katten en knaagdieren. Ik ben niet bang voor een dier met een gebruiksaanwijzing, zo lang we elkaar dan eerst even goed leren kennen voor het oppassen of uitlaten. Momenteel werk ik veel thuis en daardoor ben ik regelmatig beschikbaar als oppas of uitlater. Ik laat niet graag ‘s avonds uit, maar ik ben wel een ochtendmens. Honden (mits ze goed kunnen opschieten met andere honden) zijn welkom bij oppas bij mij thuis, kattenoppas doe ik liever bij jou thuis. Ik heb een kleine omheinde tuin en zelf een lieve, rustige hond. Ik pas alleen bij mij thuis op honden die (minimaal) twee uur alleen thuis kunnen zijn.

Over: Als hondentrainer in opleiding bied ik meer dan alleen een oppasadres. Met ruim 3 jaar ervaring heb ik gewerkt met honden van allerlei rassen en karakters, waaronder Mechelse herders, Cane Corso’s, American Bullies en honden met gedragsuitdagingen. Rust, duidelijkheid en positieve begeleiding staan bij mij centraal. Door mijn ervaring met twee eigen husky’s weet ik hoe belangrijk beweging, structuur en mentale uitdaging zijn. Veiligheid en het welzijn van jouw hond staan altijd op de eerste plaats. Honden zijn een vast onderdeel van mijn dagelijkse leven. Als hondentrainer in opleiding besteed ik veel tijd aan wandelen, trainen en het bieden van structuur. Ik ben flexibel beschikbaar en kan op vrijwel alle dagen oppassen; alleen op vrijdag ben ik zelf minder aanwezig, maar mijn vriendin is dan thuis. Ik bied het liefst logeeropvang aan, zodat honden zich echt thuis kunnen voelen. Dagelijks maak ik minimaal twee grote wandelingen van ongeveer een uur en daarnaast nog één of twee kortere rondes. Omdat ik direct aan de Rijn woon én regelmatig naar het bos ga, krijgen actieve honden volop beweging en afwisseling. De veiligheid en het welzijn van jouw hond staan altijd op nummer één. Ik woon in een benedenappartement met een grote, volledig omheinde tuin waar honden veilig kunnen spelen. Zelf heb ik twee stabiele, sociale husky’s die goed zijn opgevoed en mij regelmatig helpen tijdens mijn trainingstraject door op een rustige manier met andere honden om te gaan. Indien nodig kunnen honden volledig van elkaar worden gescheiden en ik beschik over meerdere ruime benches om iedere hond een eigen veilige rustplek te geven. Ik heb ervaring met pups, senioren, het toedienen van medicatie en honden die extra begeleiding of structuur nodig hebben. Jouw hond krijgt veel persoonlijke aandacht, voldoende beweging en een rustige, duidelijke begeleiding, zodat hij of zij zich snel op zijn gemak voelt.

Over: I am friendly, kind and very good with animals. I have looked after stray animals for all of my life, and I have looked after 2 beautiful cats for more than 7 years. I have been providing animal care on these sorts of platforms since 2025. I am very experienced with difficult and not-so-friendly cats, also with administrating oral medication. I don’t mind when it comes to breed, size, and/or age, all animals are welcome with me. I have a followed a grooming course where I learned how to wash, dry, and style many dog breeds and cats.  Hunde gehören seit meiner Kindheit zu meinem Leben. Ich bin mit einem Dackel und einem Pekinesen aufgewachsen. Unser Familienhund (Spaniel) hat uns 15 Jahre lang begleitet.

Ik (deeltijd, sociale sector) woon met mijn drie kinderen (6, 11 en 13 jaar) in een huis met een grote, omheinde tuin in Elten. Een klein dorp in de grensstreek vlak bij bv Zevenaar, Spijk en Babberich en goed bereikbaar via de A12. 

 Onze oppashonden genieten van onze grote tuin (650 m2) met veel bomen, bosjes en schaduwplekken om te ontspannen.

 Bij ons krijgt je hond veel aandacht, beweging en echt gezelschap. We laten een hond hooguit 4 uur alleen thuis. De oppashonden horen volledig bij ons gezin en worden geaaid en er wordt met ze gespeeld (als ze dat willen).

 In de buurt ligt een groot bos waar we heerlijke wandelingen maken: minimaal 3 wandelingen (a 0,5 tot 1 uur) dagelijks. 

 Ik ben opgegroeid met honden en we hebben als gezin jarenlang een spaniel gehad (15 jaar), die helaas vorig jaar is overleden. Honden horen voor mij echt bij het leven, maar op dit moment wil ik me niet vastleggen op een eigen hond. Daarom pas ik met veel plezier op. Schrijf gerust voor vragen of een kennismaking. Ich arbeite Teilzeit und max 4 Stunden am Stück außer Haus. Außerdem habe ich 2 Tage/Woche frei. Es ist durch die Kinder sehr häufig jemand zu Hause. Auf Wunsch betreuen wir Ihren Hund auch einzeln. Ich habe einen großen, eingezäunten Garten mit vielen schattigen Plätzchen. Ihr Hund darf im Wohn- oder Gästezimmer schlafen. In der Nähe ist ein toller Wald.

Over: I’ve always been around dogs and have had my own for as long as I can remember. Friends and family often trust me to look after their dogs, and many of them stay at my home. I’m comfortable with different breeds and personalities, and I always make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for I work from home with a flexible schedule and I make sure to walk the dogs at least three times every day. I also have a backyard where the dogs can play and run around freely. I have a garden at home where dogs can safely play and relax. I also live in a calm area with plenty of parks, perfect for walks. I have a very friendly dog who loves the company of other dogs, so your pet will always feel comfortable and welcome.
