Over: My family had a beagle when I was in elementary school, and I grew up with the beagle until the end of his life. But I still love cats and dogs. So when I could afford to raise my own pets, I got a border collie and a Ragdoll cat. I would make fresh food for them. I walked the dogs once a day in the morning and once in the evening, and I played with them at home. I gave them regular deworming, vaccinations, and checkups. Learned a lot about the scientific way of raising pets. I'm currently finishing up my masters and looking for a job. And have a part time job online. So on weekdays I have plenty of time to take care of pets. On weekends I will go out to exercise, but can be flexible with my schedule to adjust to pet time. I have a small garden surrounded by a fence where the dogs can play and sunbathe without fear of running out. In addition, there is the option of caging or moving around the whole room as the pet director wishes.

Over: "Since I was little, I've always had pets—dogs and many cats. I'm an animal lover, all kinds, like rabbits, chickens, and ducks. I have knowledge about their care and I love doing it I just moved to the Netherlands. I have lived in Argentina, Italy, and Spain. I'm interested in doing this, and I also have a remote job It depends on the animal. For cats, I clean their litter box, give them water, and feed them. For dogs, if they do their business outside, it's not a problem; we'll go for walks. I also don't have any issues with rabbits.

Over: Since 2018, I’ve completed 50 petsits in various countries around the world, ranging from weekend stays to long-term sits lasting up to a year. Most of my experience has been with cats, though I’ve also cared for dogs. I’ve previously had pets of my own, including cats, rabbits, stick-bugs, and fish, and I even spent a year studying to become an animal caretaker when I was younger. Because I work remotely, I’m home most of the time, which allows me to give plenty of attention to the pets. My top priority is making sure they feel comfortable and safe, and I’m always patient and attentive to their individual needs. It depends of the pets of course, but with dogs I go in the morning for a walk, during lunch again and in the evening also (or more or less when needed). With cats I prefer to start the day with a coffee and some cuddles, I like to have some company when I'm working and ready for cuddles in the evening. Always with all respect for the pets and house. I always let the pets get used to have me around and let them come to me when they feel ready. For me it is important that the pets feel safe and comfortable.

Over: I can do really good and addictive massage to cats and dogs! Will make them relaxing and entertaining :) my composed and observant energy will make the cuties feel safe and understood. I’m working from home 4days per week from 9-5, so I’m very flexible and fully accompanied with the pet, also have enough time before/after work to play with them :) I live by myself and it’s a decent size that the pet can stay very comfortable, also my living area is quite and full of forests, very good for taking them out for exploring

Over: I have been in love with dogs since I was 12 but I could never have mine so I love to take care of lovely dogs. I trust them more than humans. I will be quite flexible in the summer. Mainly not available on weekends and won't be in Amsterdam from the middle of a guest till the 5th of September I can not host the dog in my place but I am open to taking care of them in their places one of my best I is a vet so I always try to update myself in conversation with him.

Over: A loving and patient household. I have had lots of experience with all types of animal care and I love being active but also love a cute snuggly pet I am mostly home and plan home days when I'm doggy sitting, so the pet will never be alone. I am also very flexible with my schedules so provide the best care for a dogs needs With dogs I take walks depending on the schedule the dog is used to and the care differs greatly based on what the dog needs in that moment of that day. For both dogs and cats we ensure a save and peaceful environment.

Over: Ik wil al zover ik mij kan herinneren graag een hond, ik liet vanaf dat ik 6 jaar oud was al de hond van de buren uit. Alleen is dit wegens co ouderschap in Amsterdam en Het Gooi niet mogelijk om zelf een hond te nemen, om toch met honden te kunnen zijn lijkt mij Rover de ideale oplossing. Ik heb al sinds mijn geboorte katten, ondanks dat ik hier allergisch voor ben. Ik studeer momenteel dus afhankelijk van mijn rooster ben ik best wel vaak beschikbaar om honden uit te laten, ik loop bijna dagelijks minimaal 10.000 stappen voor mijn gezondheid dus dit is alleen maar extra leuk om niet alleen te doen (met een huisdier) Ik heb al veel ervaring met verschillende honden uit te laten van vrienden, familie en kennissen dus ik begrijp dat elke hond anders is en kan hier ook goed op aan passen

Routines to potty breaks and feeding times are important followed by love and general care. I tend to be vigilant like I would for a child. Keeping on top of dietary needs and being sure to “puppy-proof” in a proactive and regulated way is critical. Especially with older animals being sometimes more sensitive or requiring more awareness - I try to communicate in such a way that our fur babies communicate comfortably with me what it is they need always.
