Over: Ik heb mijn hondje als een maand oude puppy in het bos gevonden en sindsdien zijn we samen. Ze is mijn eerste eigen hond, maar ik krijg regelmatig complimenten over hoe goed ze is opgevoed. Ik heb een jaar de tijd gekomen om haar op te voeden en te trainen, daarna ben ik enkele jaren met haar gaan backpacken. Hierdoor ben ik het gewend om altijd controle over mijn hond te hebben, ongeacht wat voor situatie we in zijn. Ook heb ik regelmatig contact met andere honden of pas ik op andere honden/dieren van vrienden en familie, en heb ik op verschillende boerderijen gewerkt. Ik ben echt een dierenmens en over het algemeen zijn dieren snel en makkelijk met mij in omgang. Momenteel ben ik vrij van verplichtingen en heb ik dus veel tijd en ben ik flexibel qua planning. Ik geef de voorkeur aan langere termijn housesitting. I will take my time to get to know your dog, and to introduce him/her to Kiwi. If necessary this can be done on neutral terrain or a walk. My own dog gets food twice per day, she is okay with other dogs but if necessary they can be kept apart while eating. Normally I walk her one to three times a day, depends on the weather, time, etc. For your dog I will follow the instructions you provide and take care that the dogs will be social to each other, or at best tolerate and respect each other.

I cannot do pet boarding, my accommodation does not allow pets. However, I am very flexible in my schedule and I can both stay at your house or provide visits. Over: Hi! My name is Palm. I am from Thailand and I graduated with a degree in Veterinary Medicine. I am currently studying for my master’s degree in Utrecht. I do not have formal work experience as a dog or cat sitter yet, because this kind of job is not very common in my home country. However, during my veterinary studies, I gained hands-on experience taking care of animals, including walking dogs at the animal hospital, helping with basic care, and observing their behavior and wellbeing. I am definitely a dog person, but I also love cats. Being around dogs and cats always makes me happy, and I feel that animals can heal the heart in such a special way. I am calm, responsible, gentle, and happy to follow each owner’s instructions carefully. I’m currently a master’s student, so my schedule can be quite flexible. On the days I don’t have classes, I’m happy to take care of your pets, whether it’s feeding, walking, playing, or simply keeping them company. Spending time with animals also gives me a lot of positive energy. For now, I mainly offer pet care at the owner’s home or dog walking. I will always follow the owner’s instructions carefully, including feeding routines, walking preferences, medication if needed, and any safety rules.
