Ik pas op in en in de buurt van het centrum en kom graag langs om je kat(ten) aandacht te geven of de hond uit te laten. Zet in je aanvraag daarom alsjeblieft ook waar in Utrecht je ongeveer woont. Bij een bezoek aan katten zorg ik voor de standaard zaken als voer, water en de kattenbak, en op verzoek zijn ook dingen als de post of planten water geven geen probleem. Ik blijf minstens 25 - 30 minuten, en naast de praktische zaken zal ik je kat vooral veel aandacht geven om hun dag te verrijken. Afhankelijk van waar je kat behoefte aan heeft kan dat aandacht en aaien zijn, maar ook flink spelen met een speelhengel, zodat ze lekker afgemat en moe zijn, en voldaan een groot deel van de dag wegslapen. Na elk bezoek stuur ik een update met hoe het gegaan is. Ik heb ervaring met alle kattenkarakters - van de relaxedte zelfverzekerde kat die zich in elke situatie wel redt tot de angstige kat die vooral ruimte en voorspelbaarheid wil. Mijn huidige kat is een schat, maar hij komt uit het asiel met een moeilijk verleden. Ook bied ik hondenuitlaatservice aan. Ik hou van wandelen en ga graag op pad met je hond, om te zorgen dat deze lekker zijn energie kwijt kan. Niets leuker dan met een maatje op pad! Depending on what your cat needs, this could be attention and petting, but also a lot of playing with a toy rod, so that they are nice and tired and contently sleep and doze away the rest of the afternoon. I have experience with all cat characters - from the relaxed, confident cat who can manage himself in almost any situation, to the anxious cat who mainly wants space and peace. My current cat is a sweetheart, but I really had to gain his trust after he came from the animal shelter with a difficult past. I also offer dog walking services. I like going for walks myself and walking with a buddy is much more fun! I like to make sure your dog has a good time and can let out all of his or her energy! I only walk dogs without big behavioural issues. I also use a similar platform as rover for my own cat for holidays and weekends away, so I know from experience how nice it is when you know that your cat or dog gets the right attention when you go away for a few days. It is so great when your cat or dog can just stay in their own environment, with the right type of attention and without the stress of an animal pension. Over: Groot hondenfan van jongs af, helaas is m’n eigen trouwe viervoeter in 2021 overleden en sindsdien pas ik graag op andermans hond. M’n grote favorieten zijn golden retrievers of labradors, maar ook andere honden zijn van harte welkom. Ik woon op loopafstand van het Griftpark dus aan wandelopties geen gebrek :) Op de (mid)dagen waarop ik mijn werk als schoolpscycholoog vanuit huis kan doen, is je beestje van harte welkom bij mij thuis. Ik heb een schoon apartement waar ik in mijn eentje woon op loopafstand van het Griftpark in Utrecht. Je hond mag los bij mij binnen lopen en we kunnen geregeld voor een blokje om gaan of binnen spelen of knuffelen. Zowel los of aan de riem, wat uw voorkeur heeft.

Over: I've had family dogs growing up and was always the one to feed them, walk them or generally take care of them. I got my first dog 11 years ago and it's been the best thing to ever happen to me. We added a second dog almost 10 years ago. My first boy made me a dog owner and my second has made me a dog trainer. I've read lots of dog training books and work with my boys everyday using positive reinforcemen. I love taking them hiking, camping, to the dog park or just to the coffee shop. I'm passionate about making sure they get activity every single day and would love to help other dogs do the same. My younger dog is good at playing with small and medium dogs. Despite their age, they're still very active. We walk 10km a day and play.

I do not have formal work experience as a dog or cat sitter yet, because this kind of job is not very common in my home country. Over: Since I was little I've cared for dogs, both big and small, and their puppy litters and I've also fostered stray puppies we've found and given them a safe home. Currently I have 2 lovely dogs (one Rhodesian ridgeback and 1 local breed) and 3 cats at home back in Tanzania with my parents. I'm a student taking a gap year before i enter university while also redoing some of my examinations, so I have ALOT of extra time on my schedule everyday. While I'm not studying Rover is an opportunity for me to mix my love for animals while keeping myself busy and exploring new areas of Utrecht that I have yet to see ( AND taking cute pets on walks because who wouldn't want that??!) i dont have any pets living with me at the moment since im in a new country but usually at home my pets are very free around the house as they're behaved fairly well and i take my dogs on regular walks and hang out with both my cats and dogs like i would with my own best friend.

Over: Dutch/English I have joined Rover/Cat in a flat because I miss having a cat. I can't have a pet at my place, because my roommates are allergic. I've been at multiple house holds with different cats. Family, friends and family of friends had me as guardian of their cats. I like to make you feel like your pet is in good hands. I do this mainly because I enjoy it and not because I make a living out of it. I really miss having pets around, as my roommates are allergic. At my parents’ home, I have a British Shorthair, so I’m very used to being around cats and their personalities. I currently study at the Hogeschool Utrecht, and alongside my studies I also work in a restaurant, which keeps me quite busy. That’s exactly why I value the presence of a cat so much — it helps me relax and brings a sense of calm to my day. Over: I’ve taken care of dogs pretty much my whole life, as my family has always owned dogs. As an adult, I’ve taken care of two puppies and a senior dog. On this app, I have Dogsitter many dogs, both for short and long periods of time. I love playing with dogs, helping with basic training, and can walk, feed and brush dogs. I’m away from my dog for a few months and miss her so much, so I’d love to get some time with some doggies.
