“Teresa en Coen hebben 10 dagen voor onze kitten en huis gezorgd. Marilou werd verzorgd alsof het hun eigen huisdier was met heel veel liefde. We kregen elke dag een foto of filmpje zodat haar baasje van 4 jaar haar niet hoefde te missen. Ook het huis hebben ze heel netjes achtergelaten.”

Over: As cliche as it sounds, I must admit that from my childhood, I’ve always seen myself as a dog lover. My family’s first adoptee, Tom, became a mischievous best friend of mine and I greatly enjoyed spending over 6 years of my life with him. From then on, we’ve adopted two more dogs, and fostered many more. Based on this, I can surely say that I have dealt with an array of characters and personalities, both ‘complex’ and ‘simpler’ ones, and would love to meet many more! From my skill set, I must say I’ve gotten rather confident in most, if not all, aspects a pet caretaker must possess. From such, I’m particularly good at time management with walks and feedings, as well as lengths of walks and entertainment for the pet. At the moment, I’m a laws student in the Amsterdam area. Although at times my availability may be tight due to the number of assessments our course requires from us, I can safely say that most days I’m free. As for pet care specifically, I see it more as a past time for myself during when I can relax and partake in an activity that I genuinely enjoy - thus, I’m always willing to take up a pet visit or walk. Our dogs have an enclosed, green backyard to play in as well as a nearby park in a pet-friendly area. As a precaution, I always make sure to walk my furry friends in areas that are specifically designated for them. Furthermore, I try keep them away from busy roads, and where that is simply not possible, I keep them under a secure watch at all times.
