Over: Wij zijn allebei opgegroeid met honden en katten en voelen ons daardoor helemaal thuis tussen dieren. Regelmatig passen wij op huisdieren van familie en vrienden wanneer zij op vakantie zijn, variërend van katten tot honden van verschillende leeftijden en groottes. De hond van mijn ouders logeert daarnaast regelmatig bij ons, waardoor we gewend zijn aan dagelijkse verzorging, wandelingen, spelen en natuurlijk veel aandacht en knuffels. Na een reis van drie maanden door Azië hebben we nog een heerlijke tussenperiode voordat we aan onze nieuwe banen beginnen. Dat betekent: veel tijd, flexibiliteit en aandacht voor jouw huisdier. Zelf dromen we ervan om ooit een hond te nemen. Tot die tijd vinden we het geweldig om via Rover tijd door te brengen met honden en katten en ze een fijne, liefdevolle tijd te bezorgen terwijl hun baasjes weg zijn. We wonen in een rustig appartement in Ede, midden in een van de groenste gebieden van Nederland. De Veluwe ligt praktisch om de hoek, waardoor er volop mogelijkheden zijn voor fijne wandelingen en ontdekkingstochtjes. Natuurlijk stemmen we activiteiten af op de behoeften van jouw huisdier. Daarnaast houden we je graag tussendoor op de hoogte met foto’s en updates, zodat je met een gerust hart weg kunt zijn.

Over: Hoi! Ik ben een grote dierenliefhebber 🐶🐱 en heb mijn hele leven al honden en katten gehad. Nu woon ik samen met twee lieve katten. Ik heb ervaring met het verzorgen en redden van dieren, en heb samengewerkt met dierenasielen en dierenartsen. Ik bied hondenuitlaat- en huisbezoekdiensten aan, altijd met liefde, zorg en verantwoordelijkheid. Over: Hoi, Hi there! I’m Calorta，100% cat and dog person, now doing my PhD at Radboud University. Back to my hometown, I have three cats and one dog. all raised and loved by me since they were tiny babies. My dog is a Shiba, his name is pipi, and I've been caring for him since he was three months old. He was very naughty when he was under 1 year old :) I miss them very much. I’ve volunteered at animal shelters and even hand-fed four newborn kittens until they were old enough to create real chaos! I also help my friends look after their pets and take care of our office dog whenever my colleagues are away. No matter if they are tiny babies, grown-ups, or seniors, clingy, quiet, or full of energy. I’ll always look after them with patience, care, and a lot of love. I’m happy to walk them, play with them, give them a bath, feed them, or cut their nails. And I definitely understand as owners, want to see them in every second, so I'll send a lot photos and videos:) If you need a bit of extra help while you’re away, I can also water your plants, clean the litter box, or help with other small tasks at home，just let me know. I often work from home two days per week, and i'm always free on the weekend. I can spend a lot of time with your pets. Unfortunately, your dog can't come to my house. I always make sure they are well-fed, exercised, and given plenty of attention. I can also help with small additional tasks, such as watering plants or bringing in the mail, if needed.

Over: Van jongs af aan met honden gespeeld en veel gewandeld. Pas regelmatig op de viervoeters van vrienden en kennissen. Geen grotere vrienden in het leven dan deze mooie beestjes! Ik werk en ben dus beperkt beschikbaar, voor mijn vriendin - student- geldt hetzelfde. Oppas of uitlaten dus altijd in overleg. Let op: ik woon op een bovenverdieping met alleen een trap ter beschikking. Geen tuin of balkon beschikbaar. Ik zal geen ander eten geven dan thuis gedaan wordt en ga het liefst veel naar buiten met de beestjes.

Over: I have taken care of pets since I was 10 years old having four dogs of my own. I am an absolute dog lover and can handle anything big or small. Not being able to have my own pets since moving to the Netherlands has been so tough and thought this would be the best idea for me to finally have some furry friends again. I am currently working part time and have Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays & sometimes weekends off. So i'll have plenty of time to get your pup off your hands during your busy week ! I will always have a close eye on your pet whilst you are out and know having had my own dogs what to do in any situation that could occur.

Over: I've always been surrounded by cats and dogs. I love puppies but also the older animals because I feel I can create a deeper connection with them. I've recently graduated from Wur. I'm currently doing some part time jobs, and I have a quite flexible schedule. In other words, I can change and organize my schedule to adapt to the needs of the new pet. At my place there is a lil garden and the animal can stay inside. I'm also happy to walk the dog and stay at the owner's place if that's more handy.

I’m always happy to discuss the expected travel costs with you in advance so everything is clear before confirming the booking. • Dog walking and drop-in visits are available locally around Apeldoorn, where I can easily travel by bike. • I always like to arrange a short meet-and-greet beforehand so we can get to know each other, meet your pet, and make sure we are a great match. For meet-ups outside my local area, I kindly ask that travel expenses are covered. A quick note about Rover’s pricing: Rover may automatically add significant extra charges for additional pets. Well, I can say that we had many dogs in the family over the years, and I’ve always had a way them. Teaching dogs the basics comes easy to me, and I love learning about owners and their dogs. Operating from intuition and trust, I am predictable and consistent, which makes them feel safe. On another note, I am retired and love to be outside in nature and have adventures together. Almost every day I go for a walk in the Dutch forests or sand dunes. Usually some friends will tag along. Everybody loves cruising the country roads in my Tesla model S with free electricity ;) I am not bragging here, but merely expressing my daily gratitude for what it enables us to do. It has a big trunk with a dog fence and room for one huge, or two midsized dogs :) Now, imagine your dog(s) being tended to every day, and being together outside most of the time, coming home with me in our beautiful house with kind and loving people, where they are massaged and cuddled. About multi-day stays: if you want your dog(s) to have a stable rhythm and a peaceful home at night, then that can be arranged. And if you like the idea of us going on a camping trip, then that would be quite the adventure ;) Did I mention I have Apple AirTags (with my phone number on them) to track the dogs? I could even share the dogs' location so you can see where we are ;) I am retired and available a lot, and very flexible. You can call me any day to see if I am available any of the next days. (For multi day plans please contact me some days in advance.) I will give the dog the attention it needs, and help it to feel at ease. Dogs relax with me very quickly and will get all the cuddles they desire! I usually allow dogs on my couch, but if you want me to train them a certain way (like staying on the floor) that is fine too, of course. At my home we do have stairs, but of course I will carry the dog if needed. We have safety fences for babies and dogs on every floor.
