About: *I AM BACKPACKING THE NA PALI COAST 8/5-8/12 AND WILL BE WITHOUT SIGNAL AND UNABLE TO RESPOND TO INQUIRIES DURING THIS TIME* I travel off island often and can't have my own puppy family, so I will watch your fur-babies like they are my own! I enjoy the adventure of pup-sitting at homes all over the island. I work remotely so am able to be away from my place for long stretches of time. While I like to explore the local areas I stay in, I will mostly be snuggled up with your fur-babies typing away. I am a veteran with Rover- In fact I have been pet-sitting before Rover existed using Craigslist. I have a huge love for all animals and am very experienced with caring for different types of animals and breeds. I am patient, and gentle with a huge heart for animals. I understand every household has different culture. I always try and mimic all the rules of the home. Pets not allowed on the couch? no problem. Dogs like to sleep in the bed with owners? I am an expert puppy snugger. Perhaps the best. I will try and reinforce all commands and rules so there is a seamless transition upon your return. When dog-sitting in your home I will leave it better than I found it and happily respect boundaries and house rules. * My property is in Hilo but I am open to sitting at homes all over the island. In fact, I love to! I will text picture updates to my clients so they feel comforted that their sweetheart is being loved on. Why I love dog sitting: I had a Golden Retriever rescue for over 15 years till he passed 10 years ago. I travel a lot and didn't think it was fair to get another dog, but have been pet sitting since. I LOVE having dog energy still around... and the friendships I have made with my puppy parents. For my lifestyle it's the best of both worlds! I work remotely so am very flexible with my schedule and love having pets around to love on while exploring new and interesting locations on this beautiful island. My place is in Hilo but am open to doing pet sit stays all around the Big Island. Initial meeting can be done with a zoom call before meet and greet if too far from my area. I can also do house drop in visits if it coordinates with my location at the time needed. Right now I am primarily house sitting since my property does not have a fenced yard. I will match your schedule as best as possible and take care of your place the way you desire.

About: Aloha i'm a dog and people person i like to interact with both. I go college and work part time on Monday and Wednesday between 8am and 2pm. Also i work bite squad part time mostly in the evenings Thursday thru sunday. I can speak Hawaiian and most dogs understand me in both languages. I find it very cool and interesting in training dogs to sit or to get down in hawaiian or English. I am myself around dogs i can be calm and playful at times and most dogs like me. Not all but most. I am sure i can get along with almost anyone's dog as long as they have been trained well in manners and are calm like me. Thanks a lot I work a lot part time plus doing my internship at my college. I'm a full time student worker. I hope how to do more. I took care of dogs by playing with them, taking them on walks and runs back in the day and swim with them I hope that we'll trust each other.

About: I have worked as a Vet Tech for almost 3 years and have been pet sitting for friends and family since 2017. Reliable, trustworthy, and I love animals! 😃 I work from around 7-4 during the week and am off on weekends. I am able to care for your pets even with my full-time job- as long as your pet’s needs are able to be met with me out for most of the day on weekdays. I usually pet sit in the clients home. I make sure that the pet is comforted if they miss their owners and am sure to give them a lot of attention.

About: I’ve done classic pet sitting for a long time, from overnights to day care with dogs and also cats. I am also a cat owner and I live with a dog Excited to care for your pet! About: My dog is my baby. If I could take her every place possible, just know she’d be by my side. She is my family. Let me take your dog out and treat them with as much love and care as I do for my dog💙 I wake up early in the mornings and take my dog out on a walk as well as when I get home from work. We take long walks and stop to take in all that nature has to offer. We often head over to the dog park to play with the other puppers and it’s her favorite time of day. About: Located in Gig Harbor WA. I have a family history of love for animals. My dad had almost every animal as a pet when he was growing up, and his love for them has carried on to me. About: I’ve taken care of my own animals and others since a young age. I’ve pet sat and walked many different dogs. I love all animals overall. I currently am attending college and want a part time job walking dogs. While i’m not in class or doing homework, I have no reason not to spend time with them! I have pet sat for a family friend with a daily routine of feeding playing and giving all my attention to their dog. At home I have a fenced yard with two dogs. However, at the dorm, I don’t have much space to take care of animals outside of walking them.

About: I have trained my two Australian Shepherds to complete nationally in AKC agility. My dog Maggie has been ranked as the number one freshman all American dog in the Winter 2023 agility season. I also have experience with puppies and toy breeds. I have a chihuahua. My family raises AQUA quarter horses, and I have years of farm and ranch experience. I have raised many orphaned kittens and I understand cats. Pet care is my priority. I wake up in the morning interacting with animals and I continue to provide for both cats and dogs throughout the day. I usually feed after the dogs relieve themselves and then I will also feed cats. I then check water dishes and clean up any messes or cat litter. Then I interact with the pets and check their well-being. In the client’s home I follow all of their rules and take photos of their pets. I own my home. I have a fenced yard, and crates.

About: I’ve grown up around 3 labs since my first memories, I was always there to walk, bathe, and love them. I then started professional dog sitting in college in 2018. I’m currently a travel nurse only working 3 days a week during the day, I have a lot of free time but I can’t make the commitment to having my own pet due to how often I switch cities. I always crave walking/ running with a dog as I go on walks/ hikes/ and go to near by parks to exercise. About: My dog of 15 years (lab mix) died a few years ago. I miss her, but travel a few times a year and don't want to leave a dog that long. I have lots of love to give and I love walking with a dog. I have extensive house and dog sitting experience with references. I send owners photos of their happy pups while caring for your pet as if were my own. I work at home (writer and online teacher) so your pet will be by my side during the day and we will take frequent walks together, if your pet likes that.
