About: I’ve personally trained my last two Dalmatians, and my current one is in service dog training—so I’m very comfortable working with dogs at different training levels, including puppies. I’ve also volunteered and fostered for the Humane Society, working with dogs from abusive backgrounds. Helping them recover and find loving homes has given me valuable experience with fearful or reactive dogs. I’m also experienced with senior dogs and understand the patience and extra care they may need. For added peace of mind, I have a storm shelter on-site—if there’s a tornado warning, I’ll do everything I can to safely bring your dog in with me. While my profile shows a 2-dog limit, that’s mainly to allow for some overlap during drop-offs and pick-ups. If you have more than two dogs from the same household, I’m happy to accommodate them all. I primarily work part time from home and will be able to give your pet all the attention they may need. I can do just daycare or over night if you need. At my home, your dog will enjoy a secure environment with a 5 to 6-foot-high fenced yard and plenty of supervised playtime. I’m always outside with the dogs—partly because my own diva Dalmatian insists I be there, too! I have two very friendly, high-energy Dalmatians who love to play and are great at tiring out their new friends. I also have two crates available if needed for rest, feeding, or downtime. About: I have always had a way with animals. I have been a pet sitter and caregiver for many years now, allowing me to have the experience to start a Rover Account! About: For the past 30 years, animals have been an important part in my life. I have had horses, dogs, cats, chickens, and other different types of animals over the years. The last 7 years, I have only had dogs for pets, and I care deeply for each of them. I am a responsible pet owner, who couldn't imagine a life without my family of fur babies. I can provide most care on the weekends and Thursday and Friday, but I only can provide walking after 5pm on weekdays. I do come home at lunch, and I let my pets out at lunch everyday. I have a fully fenced backyard, and 3 dogs, one small, one medium, and one large. These dogs get along great, and will be able to play with your dog as well. If crating is needed, it is always an option as well. The dogs are welcome to sit on the sofa with me, and my little one sleeps with me in my bed.

About: Hello! My name is Carrie, please allow me to introduce myself and explain to you why I quit my Monday through Friday 9 to 5 job. The short answer is simply because I love animals and from a very young age I wanted to work with animals and I wanted to help them. My passion has always been about helping animals so I helped anyway I could. I first started out working at a Pet Grooming Salon and there I bathed the animals, it was an awesome learning experience and I loved it! I am a firm believer that things only set in motion when it's time for them to happen, I tried to force my dreams into happening sooner and it never worked but I still wanted to find a way to help, even if it wasn't this big dream I had envisioned. I reached out to ASPCA, I participated in fundraisers for the Bella SPCA Foundation, I have rescued a few cats over the years and I began pet sitting for my family and friends and anyone who I could get my name out to and all the while working at a job that I was good at but it never fed my soul. "There is the most dangerous risk of all, the risk of not doing what you love, on the bet that you can buy yourself the freedom to do it later." This year my dream set in motion and I became in a position where I can focus on a Career working with animals full time. I do have two cats of my own; I have a 13 y/o Tuxedo cat, her name is Peaches Mari and I have a 2 y/o cat named Neko Lilo. I rescued Neko when she was 6 weeks old. Peaches and Neko are polar opposites but they love each other. I will love and care for your pet as much as I do my two cats, they're not "just a pet," they're my family. When I do drop in visits at your home I will feed them and make sure they have plenty of water. I will let them outside to potty or I will walk them; I will clean litter boxes too and I will clean up any messes that are made. You can be comfortable knowing they will receive all the love, attention and care while they're with me and please let me know if your animal has any special needs, out of the normal care, that will need to be met while they're in my care. I have training in CPR/First Aid and I can administer oral medications. I invest 100 percent of my spare time into Rover, I no longer have a 9 to 5 job; so I am available for any drop in visits or walks that you may need. I am very flexible with your schedule. About: I was the sole caregiver of my golden retriever for 13 years. I was also a vet tech in high school before pursuing human medicine. I can medicate if needed! I am free most of the time. I’ve always lived in a multi pet household, and in addition to cats and dogs, I grew up caring for farm animals such as goats, chickens, rabbits, ducks, and quail. I also have experience working with horses and assisting with riding lessons. My passion for animals led me to spend over 8 years working in the veterinary field as both an assistant and receptionist, where I provided direct care to pets. I’m very comfortable administering medications, handling special care needs, performing basic grooming and cleaning, and managing any other tasks required. I truly love animals of all kinds and would be honored to care for your babies as well! As a musician I have lots of availability throughout the day when you might need help. When I am not in evening music rehearsals or out of town on a gig, I am here in OKC and ready to help! We have a fully fenced in backyard and only do supervised outside time which is extremely important during these hot summers! I pride myself on my dog’s training and good behavior but he is also allowed on furniture and the freedom to be a dog. About: My first job was working for a Vet’s clinic at the age of 16. I have always been a pet owner since then and my children and pets are my life! My life shifted to allow me plenty of time to walk your dog for the exercise he/she needs and or potty breaks between the hours of 12 noon and 3pm seven days a week! I have very a sweet tempered, beautiful 4 year old Rough Collie and all of my children are grown now and in college! My dog is very intelligent and strong willed so because of her I have learned how to handle stubborn dogs in just about any situation and still make them happy and compliant. I have had her since she was an 8 week old puppy.
