About: I’ve taken care of my own personal pets, neighborhood pets, family pets, and when I moved back to Texas four years ago I started working in veterinary clinics as I found my passion as a veterinary technician. I am in school for it as well as it being my job Monday-Friday, so your furbabies will be in safe and loving hands! I am also fear free and cat friendly professional certified. I work 7:30a-5:30p M-Th, so I’m unavailable during those times but am available in the afternoons and weekends to do any basic care you may need, feedings, walking, administering prescriptions or medications. In my own home if your pet is kennel trained, for their own safety at night or while I am gone at work or to the store, they would be safely placed in their kennel to avoid any issues. If they are not kennel trained they will be placed in a separate room without any other animals to avoid any issues. I will be with them as much as possible aside from my work schedule to ensure they are safe and happy, they’ll get their regular walks, feeding schedule and treats with plenty of play time and toys. At your home I will try my best with my work schedule to adhere to the schedule you leave me for your pets walks, feeding routine, etc. to ensure no additional stress is placed on them with you being gone.

I do not work in the summer or during the holidays nor do I work when I have pets that I am caring for. I have a fenced yard with two friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company. The dog stay in the house with me, but we spend a lot of time outside releasing energy.

I just moved to Darlington and my best friends mom told me her 1 cat won't come near me etc...1st day I was here her cat came up to me and let me pet her and she comes out of the room often to get petted. I have had a beagle, german shepherd and 2 lab/rotweiler mixed over the years. I am currently seeking employment so am available everyday/any time until I get a full time job. Can come any day or time if needed. Give them all the love they need, make sure they have food, water and take them on walks/go to bathroom. Play with them as well.

About: Hi I'm Skylar, I have been petsitting since I was 6 with my mom. When I was 12, I started taking care of pets on my own I have cared for many dogs of an array of breeds of all sizes; I have had puppers that had very specific needs (medications, ice water, cuddles 247). And some that only needed some good love and attention while their family was away. I have also cared for many cats and other animals, including Guinea pigs, Flying squires, Rabbits, Fish, Frogs, and Snakes. All pets have different needs, routines, and levels of attention they are used to and comfortable with but no matter the animal, I will be there to take care of their needs and give them as much attention and love as they are comfy with. I will do my very best to keep your loved ones safe and happy and well cared for when you are not able to! I am free weekdays anytime before 5pm, I can also be available for a short drop in anytime after 5pm on weekdays and on weekends. I try to care for my client's pets the way I care for my own.
