About: Raised with animals big and small, I now care for 7 of my own. I’m passionate, patient, and skilled in both puppy training and senior pet care. l’m free everyday after 9am! Any day of the week I will be able to help with any needs that you and your pet will need! I prioritize safety by pet-proofing spaces and closely monitoring pets at all times. I create a calm, clean environment built on trust to keep pets comfortable and secure in any home.

About: I have always loved and been around animals my whole life. My grandparents had a mini farm and I would take care of my brother's dog when he would have to work. This care included walking, feeding, and bathing his dog. I also use to work part-time at Adams Farm Animal Hospital in Greensboro NC as a Kennel Attendant and Veterinary Assistant. I'm currently a full-time college student so I'll have time to take care of your pup whenever I don't have classes. I also work as a Dental Assistant Monday through Friday 8am-4pm. I’m still available during the week but I’m available all day all weekend. Though I stay in an apartment there are a lot of areas for your dog and me to go on long walks. My apartment complex also has a dog park. I can also crate your dog if you would like.

About: Hi! I’m MacKenzie, your pet’s new best friend and part-time squirrel scout. While I might not have a fancy pet-sitting degree, I’ve grown up with dogs and cats, and my own dog (a.k.a. my four-legged child) has taught me plenty—especially about basic training, reactivity, and the art of treating every leaf like it’s a masterpiece. I’m also a pro at giving meds and following care instructions to a T, so your pet’s routine won’t miss a beat. Plus, as an avid hiker, I’m more than happy to take active pups on day hikes for a little extra adventure! I get that every walk is a big deal, every squirrel is a personal nemesis, and if there’s a cat involved, they’re probably running the household. And yes, I’m here for my own steps too, because walking is my therapy! I'm currently in between full-time jobs, so I have ample flexibility for pet care throughout the week—perfect for midday walks, medication administration, or just dropping by to say “hello”! If your pet lives more than 30 minutes from Petersburg, they should be comfortable being home alone for up to 8 hours once I return to full-time work. For now, my schedule is wide open, especially on weekends! Routine is important to me, and it’s no doubt important to your pets! My primary goal is always to limit the amount of change, so feeding and potty break times will be strictly adhered to. If there’s valuable training you’ve worked hard to implement, it won’t go to waste! Don’t be shy about letting me know exactly which cues and commands to use, and any other little personality quirks I should know about.

About: I keep my eyes on pets and I allow them the illusion of freedom in the back yard (on camera). Helps them to feel independent. (Due to their nature I'm unable to board Yorkies (Yorkshire Terriers) and Morkies. Sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for understanding.) I'm at the house almost all day, and I can secure the pet in a cage when I need to run out to run errands. I monitor the pet closely and I walk them at potty time and play catch or tag of war with them in the back yard.

“She took great care of my diabetic cat, Sarah. She needs shots twice a day. Jennifer let me know what her schedule was if there were any minor conflicts where an adjustment might be needed. We have a robot litter box which, of course, malfunctioned while we were out of town. She called and FaceTime with me so we could come up with a solution. (Sometimes those litter boxes seem more trouble than they’re worth???) Came home to a clean house and a happy cat. Thanks Jennifer!!”

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and have always enjoyed simply being in their presence! I adore teaching old and young dogs new tricks and give exceptional care and cater to each individual pet! I also provide additional services such as bathing during the stay! I currently work part time at Ace Hardware. I am looking for a side hustle and have plenty of time to cater to your pet! I have other dogs so I do not offer pets in my home, but I offer exceptional care to dogs in your own home! I can easily put them in a crate as well as feeding them on time and taking them out to potty as needed! I will also spend lots of time with them as I very much enjoy being around animals. I have basic vet knowledge as well and can tell when something is wrong!

About: A dog is truly Mans Best Friend. I do have a kind heart, and I love for animals. I would treat your baby as my own. I have been around animals for the most part of my life. Just this past year two my dogs (Shakee Biton age 15 and Casper Coton de Tulear age 16.5) have crossed over to the rainbow bridge. Snowball (Bichon age 17) is still with me and just loving fife. Snowball loves going for car rides to the local country store for a hotdog. She also loves her daily neighborhood walks. She has 27 sister Hens, tow Roosters and for baby chicks. I administered all oral medications for my animals. I have open availability. I just recently left my job to work for myself. With the experience and love I have for animals I feel that I am where I need to be. I have four acres that is fenced in. If I am providing services in your home I will follow what you want for the care and need of your fur baby.

About: I have been a loving pet owner since the day I was born. Over the years, I have cared for a number of beloved pets, most of which were adopted as strays or from local humane societies. My spouse & I currently have 3 wonderful dogs, 1 cat, 2 mini pigs and 4 chickens (soon to adopt 6 more). I have been through the full life cycle with my loved ones, from training them as puppies to additional care needed as seniors. Every animal I have ever met tends to gravitate to me and I am more than happy to provide attention to every one of them. Hopefully your best friend can become my friend as well. I have recently found myself moving on from my previous employer, of which I dedicated 10 years to as an Operation Manager. As such, I am currently working with a fairly open schedule Mon-Fri to pursue a more fulfilling and enjoyable career path with animals. Our home is fenced for outside play, with an additional fenced area to keep our chickens and pigs separated from our dogs when needed. While not immediately in line with boarding, if the interest is there and a good working relationship is established, I will expand upon services available. Typical care such as feeding, providing water, walking, etc. are all manageable For house visits, any additional services can be reviewed prior to agreement.

About: I have experience working with animals of all breeds/species. I used to work for a boarding/daycare/grooming facility that was also connected to a vets office. I’m familiar with farm animals, dogs, cats, most small pets, and reptiles. I had my own horse for 17 years. Currently I have two German Shepherds who are both 4 years old- so I’m very familiar with working breeds! *I have experience with administering medications and animal first aid* I’m currently a stay at home mom and have full availability. More than likely my son will be with me for drop in visits- but for house sitting, arrangements can be made if necessary! With my two being a working breed we go on a lot of walks, and play a lot of fetch. But they also know how to be couch potatoes! Either way I can follow the lifestyle your pet is used to whether it be cuddles and lounging or going outside to play. I’m all about communication so pictures and daily check ins are something I like to provide!

About: i’ve taken care of dogs since i was 16 and still in high school. No matter the age of the fur baby i will take great care of them i currently work part time so i am still available to meet your fur babies needs. whether it be going on a walk or boarding, i am your girl i have a big fenced in yard with plenty of play room and a big open living room where your pups can run and play all day long

Also I’m I full time mom, I have a 3 year old boy, he is always with me, that’s why I choose this job so I can have the opportunity to work choosing my own schedule. He is a sweet boy. I don’t have a fence at my home, but I always take my dog on a leash outdoors for a potty break and also to have a time for a walk.
