“We had about 2 weeks to plan a last minute trip and the most worrisome part was wondering if we would be able to find pet care for our 2 cats and 2 dogs. They're all older and get stressed out more easily than they did when they were younger. (And need lots of potty breaks) Thank goodness we found Melanie! She took great care of everyone! Everyone was happy and relaxed when we got home.”

“At the last minute we needed someone to provide care for our flock of chickens and parrots every day for two weeks. No small ask as we have a lot of birds and each has a different diet or routine. Nancy was able to both meet our time commitment and take on so many different species of parrot that were new to her. She went above and beyond putting out seed for the wild birds in our yard too! We had daily updates and could easily see that our birds were well cared for and she was making friends with our lovebirds who enjoyed time on her shoulder along with some treats. Upon our return we were not surprised to see every birdy happy and healthy and extra steps taken to make our transition home easy, clean dishes, swept floors in the aviary and more. We are so thankful we found Nancy and a bonus that she's nearby.”

She is a mature and trustworthy person who I felt secure with having her stay at our house while caring for our dogs. I liked that she sent photos of our 4-legged kids doing activities and having fun. It was a relief for my husband and I to be able to leave knowing that our dogs could be home in their secure environment. They did not have to be in a new place or kenneled in a confined space.
