About: I have spent many overnights at homes while providing pet care. The durations of these stays have been up to a week. I do very well with following clear directions for feeding, medications, as well as other pet care needs. This includes affection and playing— I absolutely love dogs and cats! I am a teacher, which of course is a very busy job. However, I do not work over the summer, which means I have lots of flexibility in these months. I am also available during most weekends! I care for pets in my clients’ homes by following instructions regarding feeding, medications, going outside, as well as anything else that may be necessary! When owners are gone, I recognize it is best for the pets to keep their routines as consistent as possible! I respect any rules clients may have for their pets (e.g. where around they house they are allowed, any dietary limitations, and any necessary precautions to take so that the pets stay safe!)

About: I’ve grown up with dogs and have been caring for them since I was a young girl. They’ve always been a part of my family, so I’m comfortable with everything from dog walking to pet sitting, feeding, and even bathing. Whether it's playing with puppies or giving extra attention to senior dogs, I want to make sure each pet feels comfortable and loved. My schedule is pretty flexible! During the week, I’m available after 5 pm, mostly for dog walks. On weekends, I’m free all day and can help with dog walking, pet sitting, house sitting, or whatever your pet needs. We had a few rotations of sitters to cover the several weeks we were gone (family and a neighbor), and Valerie was definitely the most experienced of them all. Our one cat takes a pill daily, and while he takes it just fine for his mom, he wasn't taking it for the sitters. Valerie came up with safe, creative ways to get him to take his pill. She also left wonderfully detailed check-in notes and was very communicative. We'd highly recommend her if you want peace of mind that someone experienced and compassionate is taking care of your fur children!”

About: Hello, I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, and turtles. For the past four years, I’ve mostly been house-sitting/taking care of a good neighbor/friend turtle who I love dearly. I’ve put her to bed and cleaned her cage, along with feeding her while sitting with her for 3+ hours most days. About: I’ve always lived in a pet-household. Friends continuously ask me to take care of their pets. I can walk, feed, clean litter, play with, and whatever other needs your pet may have. I work in a school setting, so I am typically free most weekends, all weekend long. I work until about 4:30 weekday, but would be free afterwards to care for pets if needed. I have two cats of my own, and I treat other people’s pets how I would want mine to be taken care of. I have no problem cleaning up pet messes that can occur in the home.
