About: Growing up, my mom was the Eau Claire County Humane Officer, FEMA Animal Emergency Management volunteer coordinator, and general manager of the Chippewa County Humane Association. Throughout my childhood I helped care for thousands of dogs, cat, rabbits, and even a handful of lizards and snakes. I am well versed in animal behavior, safety, and empathy! I am new to the world of personalized in home care, but hope to gain your trust and grow my experience. I am a homeschooling mom of one 6 year old (who LOVES dogs!) and our schedule is very flexible. We have a 3 year old animal friendly Australian Shepherd who we walk daily within our neighborhood, on the interurban trail (5 minute walk away) and run off lease on the beach when there's no one around! My 6 year old is very animal empathetic, and is always learning behavior and cues from our own Aussie. Having a high energy household, I understand the importance of plenty of time spent outside. We live in a large, upper, 2 bedroom apartment and can easily accommodate temporary space for one or two more pets (of the same family). We have a park with an open field for playing ball, and the interurban trail are both a short walk away. We have plenty of green space around our building for shorter potty breaks. I have a large Ruffland crate available for your pets use.

About: Ever since I was little I've always loved dogs! Growing up there were always dogs around and it was so much fun. Fast forward-I am a stay at home mom but was previously a nanny and some of the families had 1 or 2 dogs that I loved playing with, taking on walks, and snuggling. I would stay for 1-2 weeks throughout the year at their house watching their dogs while they were on vacation. From playing fetch, back scratches to belly rubs, breakfast and dinner, and all of the in betweens you'll know your dog(s) is/are in great hands! It's always so much fun walking in the door and having a dog greet you being so happy that you are there! I've done many overnight dogsitting nights as well as popping in once/twice during the day to let them go potty. I do have small children at home so family/child friendly dogs only please :) I stay home with my kids so the day is flexible for potty breaks, drop ins, walks, etc. There are some days where we may be gone for a few hours on an outing. I provide care in my home. Lots of snuggles, play time, and walks (weather dependent). I take care of your pet(s) as if they were my own.

I truly enjoy spending time with animals, making sure they get plenty of exercise, attention, and love. Whether it’s energetic walks, playtime, or simply giving a dog some extra affection, I treat every pup like my own. I’m also comfortable with feeding routines, basic training, and caring for senior dogs or puppies I’m currently working part-time, so I have plenty of flexibility to care for pets. I’m available for morning, afternoon, and evening walks throughout the week. I love being outdoors and can easily adjust my schedule to meet your dog’s needs I provide a safe and loving environment for every dog. Walks are always on a leash, and I pay close attention to their behavior and comfort. At home, I make sure pets have fresh water, a clean space, and plenty of attention. I can also follow any specific instructions you give to keep your dog’s routine consistent.
