“Palma did an amazing job caring for our two Huskies while we were away . She went above and beyond to make sure their needs were met and that they received plenty of love and attention in our absence . Palma communicated with us on a daily basis and provided updates . We would highly recommend Palma and look forward to using her again in the near future .”

“Kiera was amazing! My pets love her and we do, too! She responded quickly to my request and showed up as scheduled for a meet & greet. We got feedback on our pets' status while we were gone and, despite telling us that she had another engagement on the day of our return, we arrived home to find Kiera walking our dog "one last time". Our house was clean, mail and packages were brought in and, best of all, our dog was calm & happy when we arrived home after an extended trip. Thank you, Kiera!”

About: I have always been around animals and pets so, it is very easy to enjoy and care for them.. I have had many experiences with senior ,rescue and pets that need medication or just plenty of attention because they missed their owners. I am available to work around your schedule and your pets schedule. With the prior notice they are the focal point of my responsibility and their heath and happiness is of utmost importance. Your home is always the happiest place for your pets . Just like us they know the routine, they can be at their best knowing you will be returning and it is a less stressful environment.

“Catilyn was awesome! She took care of our 2 senior dogs, gave them meds, and managed things perfectly. She was easy to communicate with and very flexible. We have already rebooked her and are excited for her to come back.”

About: I have loved and cared for all kinds of animals since I was young. Having every animal from cats to dogs, birds and guinea pigs, hamsters, snakes, lizards, turtles, and birds! I have experience training dogs as well as training service dogs. I can care for animals from birth to their senior years. I can safely bathe animals, feed, administer medication, and give souch love to them! I have a very flexible routine that allows me to accommodate the needs of many pet parents! I can make adjustments as needed and am happy to spend time with your loved four legged friend! I keep a clean, safe space for the animals I visit with. Unless otherwise noted, I keep a variety of treats and toys on hand and keep a large gravity water bowl available at all times.

“Amaya was absolutely fantastic. She was communicative, went out of her way to make our animals happy and comfy while we were gone, and left the house clean. We got lots of photos and videos of our pets during our trip, and she paid special attention to make sure one of our animals with some health issues was well taken care of. We will definitely book her again. We are more satisfied with her as a house sitter than any other we have found in our area.”

“I can’t say enough about how wonderful Kurt was. My dog is deaf and blind, and he had to administer a lot of medicine and guide him with walks. He did above and beyond and also advised me and gave me great tips on how to manage my dog, I can’t say enough about him.”

“Becca was lovely! She is so sweet, friendly and I’m glad I booked her to stay with Molly! She’s very knowledgeable about dogs and made sure to ask all the right questions. She sent photos and videos while staying with molly, communicated about how she was doing and made an extra effort to try and get her to eat her supper (not an easy task).”

About: Hello! My preferred names to go by is Max as you might see in my testimonials! I volunteered at an animal sanctuary that had chickens, geese, swans, goats, horses, & alpacas. I have experience in dog sitting & grooming every kind of breed. I took care of ferrets as well! Cute little guys running through tubes. I have a ton of experience cat sitting as well. I even briefly worked at a cat cafe! I also have 2 of my own. Litter boxes don’t scare me! I would never force any kind interactions based off of any of the animals behaviors, unless if they would want that! I’m all about approaching with love, patience, & playfulness! I currently have open availability. I don’t have proper space to board your animals at my house but I don’t mind traveling to yours at all. It all depends on the pet, but I would approach first with a hand sniff & see if they are okay with me petting them. I also think it’s a really great idea to do a practice trial run with the owner there at first so they can meet me & warm up to me!

About: I have and do care for my dog and families dogs over long periods of time; including family friends dogs with medical needs at their own homes overnight I am able to check on animals before and after work shifts, and with ample advance i can arrange my work schedule to meet the needs of dogs routines and their owners I myself have my dog mostly kept indoors, and let outside on a leash within a large backyard. Family friends dogs were watched heavily and let out with supervision, even in large fenced in yards

About: With being surrounded by family and friends who are vet techs & pet clinic staff, I have had experience with dogs & cats for a very long time. I absolutely adore animals and have always wanted to make it my job to go above and beyond and give all the love to fur babies so they feel comfortable while their owner is away. This is professionally my third year. With being an active girl, I love to go on walks, hike, go for drives & listen to music. Pet sitting is very compatible with my personality and routine. When I visit a home or stay with a pet, I make sure to follow every instruction to keep the dog, or cat, in the same routine so the animal is as comfortable as possible. It is important to me to not disrupt the normal for an animal and keep them feeling loved and safe. ♥️

About: I am living on-Island until November and I am happy to care for dogs, cats, or any other pets (i have yet to meet an animal i don’t like!) . I have a flexible schedule and will do my best to accommodate for whatever needs may be present. I am currently not working so for the most part I have an open schedule. I am flexible and willing to work with individuals to best fit their needs. I am not able to care for pets in my own home, but at clients homes I will play with the animal, just spend time with them, feed them if needed, walk them and of course provide lots of love.

“Shannon was fantastic; she was patient and understanding of our pups who are both rescues with struggles of accepting strangers. They seemed to warm up to Shannon nicely, even took treats from her on the initial meeting (big deal for them!). We would definitely book Shannon again for future sittings.”

“Jamie is amazing!!! She is super responsible. We had her house sit and care for our kitties. Both kitties have special needs. One needs oral medication and one has trouble going to the bathroom in the litter box. Jamie not only managed them very well and with kindness, she left our house in great shape and even sorted our mail!!!! We hope she will be available in the future. She will be successful at anything she chooses to do in life. Thank you Jamie!!!”

About: 📍South Kingstown (Matunuck), RI ** Walking routes and house sitting available now!** I have been pet sitting and dog walking for South County for a few years now and truly love caring for people’s pets. I do my best to make the experience like a vacation for your dog. Beach visits, ample playtime and long walks (with the occasional Brickley’s visit) are always included in the stay. I really enjoy watching other people’s dogs and you can trust us me keep them safe. As a bonus, I have experience working as a veterinary technician and medical training in caring for cats. I am only providing house sitting currently because we are building our fence for our backyard. I am more than happy to provide references for some of my clients that I pet sit for. Matt and myself love to bring Fido on a nice hike, or to the run at the beach (which is only 3 mins from us!), whichever they prefer. Keeping a close-eye on behaviors or symptoms that the average person may not notice is a strength of mine. If I am watching your pet you should know that I intend on becoming good friends with them and making sure they feel comfortable & loved while you’re gone. They will be welcome to sleep with us in our bed. I do not book more than two pets at once, so your pet will have Matt and I’s undivided attention.

“Mary stepped in at the last minute when our regular pet sitter had a medical emergency. Her experience and her gentle manner with the dogs gave us confidence right away. Mary also worked closely with another pet sitter to ensure that our dogs were covered for our longer than usual trip. All this at the last minute! Her care and competence made a world of difference to us.”

About: I began pet sitting in the early days of creating and publishing a pet magazine in RI. The experience has given me an education on care, training, heath, and a well rounded perspective and knowledge base which makes me quite comfortable in most situations and pet needs. I’m especially knowledgeable and experienced with shy and leash reactive dogs from both my dogs (all adopted) and years of fostering special needs dogs as well. I love a challenge! I can give meds, lots of cuddles, and a safe environment for all pet personalities. I am a freelance marketer and photographer with a very flexible schedule. Because I mainly work on my computer, I am able to spend as much time with overnights as you need. With years of experience in the pet industry, I've been the trusted choice for friends and neighbors when it comes to pet sitting. My broad knowledge, genuine love for animals, and unwavering commitment ensure that your pets will be treated as if they were my own.
