About: I’ve had pets my whole life, growing up we had birds, cats, chinchillas, dogs, fish, iguanas, and hamsters. As an adult I’ve cared for a dog everyday. I have a Shih Tzu, his name is Mr. Harley. I understand animals all have their own needs; whether it’s a puppy who needs lots of attention, love, and playtime, a senior or sick baby that needs love, rest, attention, and medications. Dietary needs are also important. I cook for Mr. Harley he eat a health diet of fresh veggies and protein. I work from home most of the time Monday to Friday. My schedule is very flexible. I make my own schedule which allows me the time to care for pets. At home here I have a nice size back yard. We have a privacy fence that wraps around back yard. This is great for exercise, potty breaks, and safety. My pet eats on a schedule twice a day and has a routine with his meds. Inside the house we have hard surface floors, but we have rugs laid out for balance and mobility. I try and give them everything they need.

About: I've had dogs for as long as I remember. I currently have 5 dogs that live with my parents in Southern Indiana. They are dogs of all types of breeds and sizes, most of which we raised from puppies. The most recent dog, was found in the woods behind their house and I spent hours picking ticks off of him. I just moved to this area and I already miss my dogs so much. I truly love dogs and will take great care of yours! I currently don't have a traditional job so I am free pretty much anytime to look after your pups and give them the care they deserve! I am really good with dogs of all sizes. I will be available for daily feedings, walks, and will have the time to play a long as they wish.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all ages! From a miniature chihuahua to large hunting breeds! Every dog is treated with love, patience and respect. I can do walks anytime on weekdays! I don’t do in my house sitting or overnight sitting. Just let me know in advance for walks! I prefer in the dogs home where they feel most comfortable! I will follow all of the instructions given to me for the pets care.

Pet care has been in my daily routine since childhood, with myself having two senior Great Danes. About: **If you're new to Rover here's my promo code for $20 off your first request SAMANK93051** Animals make the world a better place. I love being able to work with animals so much. They just make my day brighter. I couldn't imagine life without them. Being able to work with animals every day is a dream come true. Not only do I enjoy doing this so much for myself but my 2 kids and my husband love doing along my side. We all make a wonderful team taking care of fur babies. Your fur baby will always be treated as if they were our own baby in our care. While you are away we will gladly take over on loving on them! I have had the pleasure of working for Rover for 3 years now. Working for Rover I have been around all kinds of fur babies from huge to tiny, from picky eaters to will eat anything lol. Working for Rover has given me the experience to know what to expect when caring for a baby since I've done it so much. I also have been caring for pets of my own for 9 years now. But have grown up around all kinds of animals. My first born son is a Doberman Pincher and he is a pretty big boy. He is the best dog ever! He's is like my shadow and follows me everywhere I go. He's great around other dogs. He will sniff like crazy but after that he just wants to play and go get his blankey. We live in an apartment and getting exercise isn't as easy as it is with families with a yard. But can't let that stop us. I make sure my baby gets the exercise and outside time he wants and needs. So I have made it my duty to help dogs who have the same or different obstacles in their way of enjoying there natural desire to be outside and to get the exercise they need to stay healthy. I am a huge dog lover and will go above and beyond to make sure a dog is happy, seeing them happy makes me happy. My dog has always been there for me and made me happy when I needed him, the least I can do is be there for all animals who need my help in making life more healthy and fun! I am available any day or time during the week and weekends. This is my only job and I am pretty flexible and willing to work with drop off and pick up times. I don't have a yard because I live in an apartment. But I can't let that stop me, I take my dog out to walk and play probably more than I should because we dont have a yard. He is a big boy and exercise is very important for him to stay healthy. So we go for long walks and I have a little yard outside my patio for emergency potty breaks. I also live right by the floor wall so we tend to walk it a lot my dog absolutely loves going up it. I am currently not working any other job so your doggy will be my main focus. I am available any time during the week and weekends just give me a shout and we will make something work. I live in an apartment so I walk my boy to go potty, play, or walk. I have a yard in front of my patio if we have a potty emergency. It is not fenced in so I will NOT have your baby off leash ever. I also can easily crate your baby in my XL crate if need be. E

I've seen first hand the dedication and love that she's poured into her own personal fur babies throughout the years that I've known her. Risa is capable of tending to a wide variety of pets, no matter the age or the state of health they are in. She's responsible, a quick reactor to circumstances that may arise, and her communication skills with owners are impeccable. Risa has a way with gaining the trust of animals that would instantly put ones mind at ease.”

I happen to have to travel shortly after getting my puppy and was worried I wouldn't be able to find anyone trustworthy enough to take care of him but I did!! He was very polite and was very careful about following my instructions for taking care of my puppy and even let me visit his apartment so I would feel comfortable and confident about letting him take care of my puppy. When I got my puppy back, none of his training was messed up and he was healthy and well taken care of. I would highly recommend Jacob to anyone looking for someone to take care of their puppy/dog but are very particular about how everything is done.”

Colleen M.
“Miss Colleen is so great with my dog. He's very high maintenance and isn't socialized with other animals and needs special care for walks and extra attention. She's helped with my pup on four extended trips. She can easily handle him and has built a strong loving relationship with him. He gets so excited when she comes to watch him. Even if I have a long workday, she's been able to help by going over and taking him on walks to get his energy out. I will never use anyone else again. Highly recommend her, she's a natural with animals.”

“Sarah was a life saver! I had to find a sitter for Gracie, my Cavalier last minute. Sarah stayed with Gracie for a week at my house and took excellent care of her. She played lots with Bowie and was even groomed just how I like her. :) I was so happy and am relieved that whenever I'm away I'll have an awesome place for Gracie to go to - and a new groomer too!”
