About: I am a retired RVT aka animal nurse. I worked at MU for 6 years in their ICU/ECC department and their shelter medicine department. I also have grown up on a farm with many farm animals. So I can provide care for inside and outside animals. I have worked in veterinary clinics since I was 15 years old. I’ve ridden horses for most of life as well. I am well versed in medications and health issues. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out! I am available at anytime to provide love, support, and care to all your furry friends. If you have medications that need to be on a schedule just let me know! I will be happy to keep you informed during my stay to ease your worries. I can provide care based off of your needs and your animal needs. If you have a senior that needs extra support and medications, I know all about the worries related to that. I have many years of experience with working with all ages. I have taken fear training over the years. I work with a German Shepherd Rescue for many years. That has allowed me to learn about hyperactive dogs who need a lot of mental stimulation. I am willing to help give medications even if you are home and need help! Just let me know!

We also have a sweet 3-year-old dog named Storm, who’s been around both dogs and cats her whole life. She’s laid-back, friendly, and used to having furry friends around. On weekends, I enjoy taking dogs on longer walks or play sessions in the yard or at nearby pet-friendly parks (with your permission, of course). When pets stay in my home, I do everything I can to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved, just like they would at home. I start by learning about their routine, habits, and preferences so I can maintain consistency with feeding, potty breaks, sleep, and play. Whether your pet is energetic and loves to run in the yard or prefers to nap in a quiet corner, I adjust my care to meet their individual needs. I have a fully fenced yard where dogs can safely play, explore, and get some fresh air. Inside, pets have free roam of the main living areas, unless you prefer otherwise. I offer plenty of one-on-one attention, including playtime, snuggles, and positive reinforcement. For pets that need a crate, I’m happy to follow your instructions and keep their routine consistent. I work from home, so your pet will never be left alone for long periods. I also have a friendly dog named Storm who’s used to being around both dogs and cats. Cleanliness, safety, and affection are my top priorities. I make sure pets always have access to clean water, follow any dietary or medical needs, and create a calm, welcoming environment where they can feel right at home.

About: Dogs are the key to my heart…I would own my own animal rescue in a heartbeat if I could. I’ve been a pet owner for over 10 years and have been pet sitting for other dogs for about 15 years. Any dog I’ve sat for I treat them as if they were my own and make sure they get the best care possible. I currently work from home full time so I’m able to spend a lot of quality time with your fur baby and provide the care they need and deserve. I have two small children who absolutely love dogs and treat our two dogs (Penny and Cali) as if they are their own siblings. Penny and Cali LOVE to play with other fur friends and would love to meet your furbaby. While we don’t have a fenced in yard, we live on 4 acres and have a large open yard that our dogs love to run around on. I can easily take out your dog(s) on a leash if you aren’t comfortable with our open yard and can even take them on a walk so they get their daily exercise.

We have some needy fur babies with a few medical issues, but she made sure that they took their medication and were cared for!! She was very communicative throughout the entire stay, sent tons of pictures and she took care of our home. We had some trouble with our return flights and she was very flexible and willing to stay an extra night to ensure that our pups were taken care of. We would totally recommend her and we are definitely booking her again!”

I try to provide reliable and compassionate care tailored to each pets needs. From daily walks, playtime, feeding, or just some extra cuddles while your away. I have had puppies and older dogs, so I’m familiar with both and there different needs. I’m an educator that’s off for the summer, so I’m very open and flexible to help you with your pets! I’m available for long or short visits. I can drop in for multiple visits a day or multiple a week, really whatever you need. I am happy to take dogs on walks, or let them out in your yard to run around. I will hang out with them and ensure that get all there duties done and clean up after them if needed. If food or medication is needed I will also be happy to do that. I’m also more than happy to cuddle or play with them to get there zoomies out.

About: I have done checkins, dog sitting, and walks for my neighbors, families, and friends dogs. I have watched and worked with dogs of all sizes. I’ve spent afternoons caring for dogs. I’m adequate at cleaning up any messes dogs may make. I am good for afternoon to evening visits. I work until 4 pm on the week days. I’m free all day on my weekends of Saturday and Sunday. I’m very attentive to how dogs react to me. If they are on the timid side, I try to let them warm up to me. If they are on the playful more energetic side then I will be much more playful. I give the energy and attention to what the dog will need from me.
