About: I currently work as an animal caretaker for TTU, and I have worked at a vet clinic as well as a doggy daycare in the past. I have experience with animals of all different shapes, sizes, ages, behaviors, and quirks. I love what I do and I love all the little friends I’ve made along the way. I am able to administer medication, bathe, and whatever else may be needed. I’m more than grateful to have the opportunity to look after people’s loved ones. I work full time at TTU 8a-5p every week day. I am free to drop in before work, during my lunch hour, and anytime after I’m off. My schedule is flexible enough to meet your needs. I understand every animal has their own needs. I am happy to abide by the rules you set in place or the habits of your babies to keep them happy and healthy while in my care.

About: I love walking dogs, playing with dogs, caring for dogs. I have grown up with animals all my life: mostly dogs, cats, and goats. I have trained a handful of my family’s dogs. I will make your dog feel like I’m family. I work for Wag! as well. I have received all great reviews on there. I have babysat and walked many dogs through Wag! This is such a great job because it doesn’t even feel like a job. I get to meet new pups everyday. This is so great for me because I had to leave behind all of my family’s pets at home. Dogs hold a special place in my heart. I would be honored to take care of your pup in any way. I love making new pupper friends.

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life. Have cared for injured and premature animals in the past. From dogs with broken legs, just born kittens and hurt fletchlings. I have an interesting, ever changing work schedule I have to work around, but I am extremely flexible and committed around it, even for hours late at night. I care for all animals with kindness and patience. Will clean up after animals and make sure any changes in schedule/events are reported as soon possible.

About: I have years of experience raising my own dog since she was a puppy and volunteering at animal shelters. This hands-on experience has equipped me to handle various dog temperaments and provide attentive care tailored to each pet’s needs. While I’ve trained my own dog, I understand the patience and dedication it takes to help pets learn and grow. With my active lifestyle, your pet will enjoy plenty of exercise and outdoor adventures with me! As a medical student, my schedule is busier during the day, but I am more available during weekends and evenings. I’ve been raising my dog since she was 4 months old and have experience volunteering at animal shelters, so I am comfortable working with dogs of different temperaments. I also have a cat, which adds to my experience with pets and their unique needs. I live in an apartment with lots of walking trails, providing plenty of opportunities for exercise and exploration. I’m very active, so your dog will enjoy ample outdoor time. I’ve been raising my dog since she was a puppy and have experience volunteering at animal shelters, allowing me to accommodate any specific needs your pets may have. I’m committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment for all animals in my care.

About: I have loved dogs since I was a kid. They are loyal and can bring so much peace and joy to our lives. I lost my soul dog Bruiser several years ago and miss him dearly every day. He had many serious medical issues in his nearly 11 years, therefore I am very proficient at handling special needs pups and dogs. Medication administration, extra love, being extra diligent when it comes to monitoring for any issues and helping them feel safe while in my care. I am patient when it comes to gaining their trust and will not push them to instantly love me since a lot of dogs are not ready for that right away. But I will be persistent in working toward developing that trust so they can feel confident and loved while you are away. I am currently retired from traditional employment, so my schedule is highly flexible! I am available 7 days a week and can work with most any time of day that you are in need of. I am unable to pet sit in my home as I live in an apartment and have two very territorial cats. But I would be happy to pet sit at your home!

About: I have grown up with dogs all my life. I know that dogs require a combination of knowledge, patience, and love. I strive to make sure every pet I encounter gets just that and much more ❤️ I prefer looking after your fur babies on the weekend. This allows me to visit them as many times as needed without any distractions from work or school. I prefer to make frequent stops at the pets home. Feeding, watering, and letting them outside as necessary. And, of course my trip wouldn’t be completed without play time and snuggles 🥰

About: I have been pet sitting going on four years, but I grew up around animals my entire life. I had the pleasure of growing up with Belgian Malinois, so big dogs do not scare me! My pet sitting experience is vast from anxious pet sitting, specifically for fireworks, reactive pet sitting, senior pet sitting, puppy/kitten pet sitting, multi-pet household sitting, pets with disabilities, holiday sitting, and extended stay pet sitting. I also was a feline foster all throughout college, and was able to find loving homes to more than 21 cats, even picked myself up a foster fail along the way. I absolutely hate when I have to leave my animal for any reason, and finding a pet sitter who will love my pet as if she is their own is extremely important to me, so I understand the need for quality pet care you can trust! I believe we have a responsibility to our furry friends to try and provide the best life possible, and with hiring me, I will ensure nothing but the best care for your babies! I am a professor at TTU, which requires me to have to stay local! That also ensures me a flexible schedule for whatever your pet care wants may entail. I am available every day, weekends especially. I absolutely love animals, I have not known a home without a pet of some kind. My care for your pets will be as laid back or hands on as you would prefer. Growing up with animals that required a more hands on approach, meant that my life has catered around the needs of animals, and you can expect that same quality of care to be extended to your animals. In my personal experience, sending pictures of your furry friends to you are the best way to ensure a peace of mind while you are away. I plan to keep detailed logs of my visits, whether that be a walk, or a drop in, and especially on home stays.

I’m an online student so my flexibility and schedule are very open. I will be available to tend and care for your fur babies as needed! “Amy is AWESOME!! She’s been walking my baby Hershee twice a day for the past month or so, and I am SO happy with her services that I’ve booked with her indefinitely! She is super flexible with booking and clearly loves and cares about my baby, which is of paramount importance to me. I come home to a happy (and tired out!) fur baby every day and it takes a lot of stress off of me. Amy has accommodated multiple last minute requests and is always a text away. Would highly, highly recommend!”

Christa S.
“Christa is the best dog person I know. I don’t think she’s met a dog she doesn’t love. We have two, a golden and an old cantankerous Pom. She’s so patient with the Pom and is more than capable of managing both. She has watched the dogs and the house while we’re out of town and is always conscientious and thoughtful, sending regular updates with pictures. She is our first pick any time we need someone to watch the house or the dogs.”

Demi C.
“For years, Demi has walked our Poodles and would live in our home when we went on vacation. Demi followed the dogs meal periods and walking schedules. We trust Demi with access to our home.”

Genesis S.
“You will not find a more caring and loving animal person around. She will take care for them as they are her own. Going above and beyond to make sure they are happy and well taken care of.”

“Briley was wonderful with my dogs. She was attentive and treated them as if they were her own. They absolutely loved her and didn’t want her to leave. I will for sure be using her all the time for my pet care needs.”

Zoe A.
“Zoe is the BEST petsitter (and person) you could ask for! She is one of the only people in the world I would trust with my three fur babies. It is clear that she cares for your pets more than just as a job. When she has taken care of my pups, she has spent more time than asked to make sure they are comfortable, safe, and entertained. My dogs LOVE seeing her, and are ecstatic when she visits. With three rescues, there are sometimes some tricky needs when it comes to crating and feeding. Zoe makes sure to follow each of these and check in if there are ever any questions. In addition, there was one point recently where I took in a litter of 5 pups for a rescue on an emergency basis. Zoe took time out of her day to go to my house, meet the pups, and get them settled in while I was busy at work. She didn't do this for pay, but did it because she wanted to help some pups in need. I had Zoe petsit for me very soon after moving to Lubbock when I didn't know many people. She went beyond expectations, and I am happy to rely on her since. I would not hesitate to recommend Zoe for your petsitting needs.”

“Thank you for walking my girl, Sydney!”

Madeline S.
“She was great! She watched my pups and my home while I was gone, and I can not be more thankful. My one dog has some tummy issues and she followed his medicine routine so well and one day when he didn’t want to take it she asked how we can get the pills in! She was very communicative and made sure everything was great! I know the boys are excited for her next stay and play time with them!”
