About: Greetings! My name is Cassie, and I am a self-proclaimed crazy corgi mom. I have had dogs of my own for 14 years (corgis named Camden and Savannah), and cats for over 20 years. I also worked at a veterinary clinic from age 16 to 20 - full disclosure, I was a receptionist, not a vet tech. However, my time there has helped develop my comfort with furry friends of all sizes. I have no fear of any breeds. I have worked with Great Danes, Mastiffs, Rottweilers, Pitt Bulls, GSD, and more. I am a military veteran with a law enforcement background. I know how nerve-wracking inviting a stranger into your home to take care of your loved ones. Trust is earned, and I hold myself to a high standard. My day job has very flexible hours during the summer, so I have plenty of availability during the day to help care for your pets. I have taken care of dogs who needed oral medication and sub-dermal injections. I am also comfortable giving insulin to cats, though not oral medication (unless liquid). I work for ISU, so during the summer, I have a very flexible schedule. As long as I have time to take care of my own dogs (a senior and puppy), I am available to assist folks with their own pets. There are several things I consider when walking dogs: 1) Familiarity of the area for your dog / their anxiety (if any) - If your dog is anxious, I don't want to take them to areas they are not comfortable. This is especially true when they do not know me well yet. I'd rather do several laps near the home than stress them out. 2) Weather - It's hot out there. I will stick to walks on grass whenever possible to ensure their paws are not damaged by hot concrete. On particularly hot days, I would prefer to keep the walk short, followed by play inside. 3) Traffic in the area - Safety first!

About: I’ve taken care of indoor and outdoor dogs/cats I have had multiple pets I am an animal lover and super attentive to details and will make sure your pet has all the needs and love while you’re away. I am great at playing fetch and I am great at making sure your pet is happy before our departure. Not a single worry in the world! Happy healthy fur baby! About: I have been around animals my entire life! I grew up with multiple dogs, a cat, and goats! I currently have a dog named Blaire and 2 cats named Annabelle and Sidney who are my babies. To top off the craziness I also have over 10 reptiles at home who are soiled rotten. I am a full time car salesman at Terre Haute CDJR but I promise I have plenty of time to help care for your babies! Luckily with my job I have plenty of opportunities to leave if I need to so it won’t be an issue when it comes to caring for your pets. Services I Offer: Drop-in Visits: If you're away for a few hours or a few days, I’ll stop by to check on your pets, feed them, clean their litter box, and give them extra cuddles. I always stick to the established routines your pets are used to, from feeding times to playtime and naps. I ask you for details about your pet’s favorite activities, spots they like to hang out, and any quirks they may have so I can make sure they're comfortable and happy. I make sure to spend quality time with them, whether it's cuddling, playing, or just being there to keep them company. I understand how unsettling it can be for pets when their owners are away, so I prioritize offering reassurance and comfort. I always keep the house safe and secure for your pets, making sure they’re in a good environment. If there are any specific rules or boundaries you have (like keeping them out of certain rooms or areas), I follow them to the letter. Each pet is unique, so I’ll follow any special care instructions you give me, like specific feeding schedules, medication needs, or any preferences they have. If your pet has any special needs, I’m happy to provide extra attention to make them feel as comfortable as possible. I keep pet parents updated with photos and text updates during my visits. This way, you can rest easy knowing how your pets are doing. I always let you know if there’s anything unusual or important happening while I’m there, but I also want you to enjoy your time away without stress. I clean up after your pets, whether it’s cleaning litter boxes for cats or wiping down paws after walks. I make sure their living space stays clean and tidy, just like you’d expect. I’m there to make sure your pets feel safe, loved, and happy, and to keep your home exactly how you left it!

About: I’ve been caring for dogs, cats, chickens, horses, cows, you name it my entire life. I’ve had small dogs such as chihuahuas and as big as English mastiffs. I’ve dealt with giving dogs medication and bathing for medical reasons. I’m currently working part time for a few hours a day. I will be home 90% of the day to be able to care for your pets! I have a five year old husky mix who is the sweetest baby. She follows me everywhere. She is crate trained and goes out without a leash. I would do whatever was needed to make sure your animal is in a safe environment and well taken care of.

About: I am looking to pet sit a dog/cat on the regular each week. I go to school at Coastal Carolina University, making it hard to find a part time job with my schedule being kind of wacky while only being here for the summer. I own 2 cats and a dog and I’ve had animals all my life. I have always had a huge passion for them. I am actually going to college to become an aquatic vet. Making this my main job while i’m home over the summer is my goal, as well as providing the best care and experience for your pets. About: I've taken care of pets since I was very young, and as an athlete I'm always looking for more excuses to get out of the house, expecially when it involves animals. I'm currently working a very flexible part time job, so it's likely that I'm available most if not the whole day. I mostly work friday nights coaching for my volleyball club, otherwise I'm open! About: I have worked with a variety of dogs of all breeds. I've worked as a trainer, I've worked with families on dog introductions to the family, getting dogs used to other dogs to release tension. Dogs are either friends or family so I believe you treat then as such. Love is all they need to get them to the best friend and dog they can be. We believe in positive reinforcements. Although I'm 25 I received my first dog on my 5th birthday. She was a rescue pitbull she was the best dog ever. Then later adopted a Rottweiler when I was 13. Both dogs bonded immediately and became best friends as well as being my best friends. I will make sure to treat your dog as my best friends as well showering them with love.

About: I have always had a huge appreciaton for dogs. I find it awesome that you can train dogs to help people in the world such as police dogs and service dogs. I love dogs of all different shapes and sizes. I have helped family and friends take care of their dogs while they had errands or were going out of town. I will follow any rules you have to take care of your loving animal. I will accept any dog into my home and take them on walks and make sure they have their potty breaks and make sure they’re being fed according to a schedule you may or may have not set. Caring for pets on a walk is an essential part of being a responsible pet sitter. Walking your pet provides them with excercise and mental stimulation. To ensure that your pet is well taken care of during our walk there are several important steps that I follow. First and foremost, it is crucial to make sure that the pet is properly leashed and under my control at all times. This is not only for the safety of the pet, but others as well as the sitter. Proper leashing depends on the size and weight of your dog. I am mindful of your pets physical needs and limitations. If your dog has medial conditions or is older please consider booking shorter walks. Weather is also an important factor within dog walking. If weather is too severe and I do not think it is safe for your pet … I will ask you to reschedule. Please check the weather before booking. I am mindful of your pets body language, and other cues during our walk. If I am sensing something may be upsetting your pet … I will contact you immediately. No need to provide poop bags … I always bring extra. Caring for pets on a walk involves a combination of proper equipment, consideration of their physical needs, attentiveness to their behavior and respect for the environment. By following these guidelines and taking the time to ensure your pet is happy and safe … I am creating a positive and enjoyable experience for both you and your pet.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and animals since I was 8. Typically I can work with/get along with any breed, I can do anything needed! Many of my neighbors and family members have relied on me to take care of their pets! I just got home for the summer so I have a lot of free time! That makes for plenty of time to care for and spend time with your animals! I am a very pet friendly person, I love getting to meet new animals! About: I love caring for pets! I have had various pets all my life. I enjoy walking dogs, playing fetch, feeding etc. Would love to get to know your pet and provide the extra care/services you are looking for! I do this in my free time on my days off. About: I’ve taken care of dogs for friends and family for the past few years. They always ask me to come back and recommend me to their friends and families. I can dog/house sit on the weekends, walk dogs after 4:30 on week days, and do drop-ins throughout the week. I do work 8-4:30 most days of the week at ISU so I will be able to do these things on weekends or after 4:30. When dog/house sitting I make sure to let the dog(s) in and out when needed, play with them, and keep them fed. When walking dogs i keep them on a leash and bring toys and water for them. When doing drop-ins I make sure to let them out and feed them before leaving.
