About: I am a veterinary student and have extensive experience caring for animals in many capacities. I am comfortable working with dogs of all sizes and cats. I have classes during the day most days, but will be able to either drop by in early morning or afternoon/evening! I am more thank happy to work with times as long as I have sufficient notice. I will follow any guideline you set for your animals in order to keep them safe. I will not give them anything unapproved, and I am familiar with signs of distress or illness in animals. This will help me to make sure your pet is doing well in my time watching them.

My husband and I are helicopter parents about our babies who have very specific and different needs including our boy cat who needs to be medicated and is a very picky eater. Lucas sent us very frequent updates on the state of our cat's appetite and how things were going. In the past, we have come home to find our cat has either lost weight or has liquid medication smeared on his fur from medication difficulties. When we came home our boy cat looked the best he's ever looked after such a long stay with a house sitter. We can tell our cats felt very at home and comfortable with Lucas. The house looks great, very clean and exactly how we left it. All and all, among the best rover experiences we've had! About: Hello! I have been taking care of animals for over 13 years. I grew up with two cats and two dogs, and taking care of multiple neighbors animals whenever they were out of town. My partner also works on rover and I have helped him on multiple occasions! I have a very flexible schedule at work, currently only working a part time job. I will always prioritize your pet and making sure they get the best care. Being a pet mom myself, I would give the best care for your pet, just as I would for mine. That includes making sure they are fed and taken outside and played with, etc!

About: I am an animal science major and absolutely adore animals! I grew up with 2 dogs and have taken care of friends dogs and cats over the past year while also house sitting. I am working part time at a horse clinic while also going to class. I have time in between classes to take out, feed or play animals and after work I can attend to them as well. I live in an apartment so I will not be able to do over nights but would love to take your dog on a walk and play with them to meet their exercise needs!

About: I’ve taken care of animals all my life. I have dogs and cats at home, but have also taken care of animals for family members and friends. I have experience in basic care, but also in minor vet care. I have experience in cleaning wounds, replacing bandages, giving shots and medications, and in nail trimming. I’m currently on maternity leave until January so my schedule is wide open and flexible. After my leave ends I will be working full time in Columbia but will still check on your animals 2-3 times a day if asked to. Rates are negotiable. Currently I only offer watching pets at my clients home. This lets your pets maintain a sense of normalcy and calm while you are away. I can feed them and ensure they have clean water, walk them, and play with them so they aren’t lonely.

About: I’ve had my dog Teddy for three years, and my cat Squash for two. I love animals of all kinds and have been asked by family and friends since a young age to help them take care of animals. I’m gentle with touch but firm with my voice, love to train and spoil them, and adore going on walks. I understand how important schedules can be, which is why I like being flexible. I’m very good at making sure that all the necessary tasks are met first when I get into the house, then if I’m allowed to, I usually try and spend a little time with that animal to gain their trust.

About: I’ve loved and taken care of animals my whole life (farm!) I can also administer shots and medications as well as skilled in senior care. I am available full time! I can also work in the evenings or any odd hours you might need. I am available weekends as well. Also please keep in mind I do not charge extra for more than one dog if I am dog sitting in your house, my rate is set and it is that amount for as many animals as you have. About: In a personal and professional setting, I have taken care of lizards, frogs, crabs, shrimp, insects, mice, dogs, cats, deer, chickens, goats, sheep, fish, both native and tropical, and rabbits. About: I grew up in the country surrounded by all types of animals. Pups, cats, bunnies, goats, guinea pigs were all part of my life growing up and giving them a good life meant the world to me. Regardless of the animal it's gonna get a world of enthusiasm and love. I'm currently a full time student but I have time during Wednesday, Fridays and weekends that I would very much like to spend helping take care of pets. I think the best way to keep any pet safe and cared for is to simply be present. That and being mindful of any special needs or wants of the pet.

About: Ever since I was a kid, I’ve always had a pet dog. I’ve always had love and respect for animals, domesticated and wild. I’m comfortable with dogs and cats of all breeds and all sizes. I’m currently working part time on Friday and Saturday afternoon-evenings and Sunday and Monday night shifts. That gives me plenty of time on my free days to play with and care for your pet! I can easily crate your dog or let them out and let them stretch their legs and let them play. I can feed and give them water if need be.

About: I am a registered veterinary technician that is very passionate taking care of animals. I have 20 yrs of experience working in emergency and critical care, caring for dogs and cats that are very sick and need to be cared for. I am very comfortable caring for healthy dogs/cats or pets that need medications or special care. I work full time, but want to work around my schedule to make Rover work! I would not be able to bring your pet to my house due to I have a German shepherd that takes a while to warm up to. I can walk pets, do check ins, but will not be able to stay the night due to having a family. I am able to walk your pet wherever you prefer, let your dog outside and feed your pet, spend playtime with your pet. I am able and willing to medicate your pet as well or anything the pet requires, even if has special care requests.

About: I grew up on a farm where our pets were always family members and treated with love and respect. I have two rescue dogs myself. I am happy to keep my dogs separated from clients. I am fortunate that my parents have a farm and welcome their grand pups in case of overlaps in sittings. My girls do great with most other pets, however I understand every animal has their own personality and comfort zone. I respect and do things on the owner and the pet’s terms.
