I am always concerned about Eddie escaping to chase an animal, and they took my concerns seriously and took steps to ensure that wouldn't happen. Their fence setup was great too - the fenced-in yard wraps all the way around the house, so even if a dog slipped out of the house, they would still be in the yard. On top of that, they sent lots of pictures and were so kind to Eddie. He didn't want to leave!”

He LOVED every minute of his time with Briane - we can tell b/c she sent us lots of pics and updates! She was so kind and understanding of our guy’s issues and needs. About: I have taken care of our elderly farm dogs for 2 years and a rambunctious new pup this year who has lots of energy! I have also helped my mom take care of her cats since I was 18. I am currently between jobs so this is perfect . I’m a very active person, I love walking and grounding in nature. It would be great to have some company on these walks! I have a fenced in back yard on a 3 acre land. I have a young dog named Charlie who is our farm dog, he is an excited rambunctious pup that helps protect our chickens, he can be crated if needed.

About: I’ve owned both dogs and cats and have cared for several family members’ pets for over 20 years! I’m a huge animal lover and miss having one of my own. I’m a stay-at-home-mom of 3 kids so I have plenty of time to walk and play! My schedule is extremely flexible and I’m available on weekends. I have an unfenced yard and live 20 feet from the Crozet trail system, right next to Claudius Crozet Park. We don’t have any pets of our own but my three kids (ages 4, 5 & 6) are very active and will play all day with your pet. My sister is a vet at Dominion Animal Hospital so I have immediate access to professional help if needed!

About: I’ve taken care of pretty much all kinds of animals in my life! Dogs, cats, hamsters, fish, chickens… I’m a current dog mom to 4 pups. One of which is a cancer dog, so I’m very familiar with giving medication if need be. We also have a 1 year old puppy + are very refreshed on puppy life! I love any + all animals— they’re my “people”. I currently work mornings- 2pm ish Monday Tuesday and Friday so can come for afternoon walks/visits! I’m available Monday thru Friday. Available some weekends with prior notice if is suits. I have plenty of dog leash walking experience + can keep my eye on your pups! We love to host dogs in our home as it gives us the little bit of love to go around without the need of getting more of our own.
