“I have just moved to the area from 500 miles away and my kitty was used to the same sitter for his entire life, so I was nervous about his being with someone new. Terra was wonderful with him from our first visit and allayed all my fears. She sent regular updates during my week away and when I returned I could tell Captain was a happy camper. Terra is a great communicator so you always know what's going on with your pet when you are away. I am so glad I found her!”

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life, and for the past 15 years I’ve cared for others' dogs and cats of all kinds. From small pups to energetic pit bulls, and from playful kittens to senior pets who need a little extra patience, I treat every animal with the same love and attention I'd give my own. I’m experienced with pets that require specialized care, including administering medicine and supporting unique routines, so you can feel confident your loved ones are in safe hands. My active lifestyle means plenty of energy for walks, playtime, and exercise, while my lifelong passion for animals ensures your pet will always be cared for with compassion and respect Pet care easily fits into my routine—I live in Centreville and work in Easton, which makes me conveniently located for stays or visits within 30 miles of Easton. I’m happy to provide overnight care in your home, and I can also do midday check-ins to make sure your pets are comfortable and cared for while you’re away. I have the flexibility to work from home for half days when needed, which allows me to spend extra time with your pets and keep their routine consistent. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or snuggles, I make sure each visit is more than just a quick stop—it’s quality time focused on your pet’s happiness. I believe pets are happiest and most comfortable in their own home, so I prefer to care for them where they can stick to their normal routine and environment. This helps reduce stress and ensures they feel safe while you’re away. With over 15 years of pet sitting experience, I’ve become very attentive to noticing unusual behavior. I make it a priority to learn what’s “normal” for your pet so I can quickly spot if something seems off, like changes in eating habits, energy, or mood. Communication is important to me, and I’m happy to adjust to your preferences—whether that’s daily photo updates and check-ins or just a quick message if something out of the ordinary comes up. My goal is to give you peace of mind while making sure your pet feels loved and secure.
“Chloe has done a wonderful job taking care of our two cats while we were out of town. The kitties are always healthy and happy when we return, so I am confident that Chloe gave them lots of attention and affection during her visits. She also went above and beyond by watering our Christmas tree, bringing in our packages, and even buying the kitties little toys during her first visit, which they still like to play with. I will definitely be contacting Chloe for our future cat-sitting needs!”
“Clarke was excellent! This is my first time hiring her after my other sitter retired. I had her stay with my cat 3 overnights and 3 day visits for giving mid-day meds. My Ocean girl is 17yrs old and has several health problems. She has multiple meds and needs a careful eye kept on her for behavioral changes. I got updates and photos after every visit which really made a difference on my piece of mind. I could tell she paid attention to details, spent time interacting with Ocean, and was respectful of my home. I gave her a lot of info about Ocean's health and preparing her for the possibility for stressful scenarios like a seizure and how to respond to it. And she took it in stride! She definitely seemed comfortable thinking on her feet. I recommend Clarke for anyone's pet care needs. Thanks so much again, Clarke!”

“Brante cared for our three furbabies (cats) like they were her own! I felt completely at ease leaving my cats for a couple days, knowing they were in good hands! They received lots of extra attention and cuddles 😊”

About: I just recently joined Rover, before I mainly provided my services through word of mouth.I have experience with providing basic medical care for dogs and cats, and training experience including potty training and easing separation anxiety. I have vast experience and knowledge on various breeds and their specific needs, and really just love being able to have the time and availability to be able to provide these services. They say a dog is a man’s best friend, but in my case, a dog has always been a woman’s best friend! I offer dog sitting, walking, training and boarding at my home as well. I am brand new to the app but I do have plenty of references and want to make all owners feel just as comfortable as I want to ensure their pets will feel with me! I currently work a part-time job from my home, so I have a flexible schedule and able to meet any needs your pet may need. I am available everyday, all hours mainly, and can accommodate you and your pets schedule! In my home all pets are welcome. I do have plenty of walking trails and a back yard for pets that stay at my home. I typically will customize the walks, food, bathing etc depending on the needs of the pet and what works best for them and the owner.
About: I've watched and taken care of dogs for many years, mainly family and near by neighbors. I have grew up on a farm which i've taken care of many other animals as well... mainly farm animals and dogs!! I'm currently in college right now, it's mostly online so that's not really an issue. I'm working part time as well, which I have plenty of time to take care of the dogs!! I'm always free on weekends unless otherwise noted!! I have two golden-doodles, which are crate trained. They are allowed to run freely outside but they know where they are and aren't allowed. I keep them on a schedule, meaning with going outside, playing, and feeding.
“Our cats felt very comfortable with Michael, and so did we! He's reliable, kind, and respectful of animals, and also very intuitive with them. Their personalities are very different, but he gave Bagheera plenty of active play and made friends with the very shy Laska. We highly recommend Michael and will use him again. Great Rover cards, by the way!”
