About: What sets me apart from other pet sitters is my extensive hands-on experience with dogs of all ages, breeds, and personalities. I have years of experience working with dogs through professional grooming, breeding, and showing, so I’m comfortable recognizing individual needs and adjusting my care accordingly. I’m especially experienced with puppies and young dogs, including basic manners, crate routines, leash skills, grooming desensitization, and helping them build confidence in new situations. I’m also comfortable caring for senior pets who may need a slower pace, extra patience, frequent potty breaks, or a little more help getting comfortable. Because of my grooming background, I can also help maintain coats, brush pets, clean up after messy adventures, and keep an eye out for changes in their skin, coat, ears, or overall condition. Most importantly, I treat every pet as an individual and focus on making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their family is away. Pet care is already a natural part of my everyday routine. I work with animals regularly through grooming, showing, and caring for my own dogs, so feeding, potty breaks, exercise, grooming, playtime, and one-on-one attention are built into my day. I’m able to plan my schedule around the pets in my care and make sure they receive plenty of attention rather than simply being checked on between other commitments. I care for every pet based on their individual routine, personality, and comfort level. In my home, pets receive plenty of attention, regular potty breaks, feeding according to their normal schedule, playtime, exercise, and a clean, comfortable environment. I can accommodate crates and other routines they are accustomed to. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their normal schedule as closely as possible, including feeding, medications when instructed, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and any special care requests. I also make sure their space stays clean and secure. My goal is to keep pets comfortable, happy, and stress-free while their owners are away.
About: I have taken care of animals professionally since I was 16, but cared for my own since I was 10. Veterinary hospital, grooming parlor, puppy behavior, and house sitter trained. Countless people have depended upon me for the care of their pets I love a busy schedule. I am currently working from home so I have plenty of time for your pets needs. About: I have always had dogs and cats in my life. My first best friend was my dog Sugar, a pug that would travel the world with me and always be down for belly rubs and walks! After Sugar passed away, I got my first cat (Ninja) and once he turned 15 he kept my grandparents company as a professional cuddler. I now have 4 cats, and walk my neighbors dog all the time/dog watch. I love animals and my life wouldn't be the same without them! I'm super energetic and responsible, and i'm happiest when I'm with my furry friends! I'm in college part time and working so my schedule is really flexible, so I figured the best way for me to spend my free time is with other animals!
About: I have owned,trained, and raised over 21 dogs throughout my life. I absolutely love dogs and since my last one passed I need my dog fill! I love all animals and have had a wide variety of Pets in my life. My friends and family often refer to me as a dog whisperer. I have no problem grooming /washing any sort of animal. Since my last dog passed I have been longing to meet as many dogs as I can. About: I grew up with all kinds of different animals-dogs, cats, horses, fish, rabbits, ducks, etc- and love animals. We own our home so we don't have any landlords to answer to or worry about, our house has a fenced yard with 7,500 square feet to play and run. In our home we have three children ( 2, 4 & 6). My kids has been all kinds of animals before. We also have two cats. We are also usually home most holidays if you need care during any of the holiday seasons. The kids and I are home all day most days, give or take a sports activity but those aren't usually very long and are often close to the house. I have a 6 ft tall fenced backyard to play in. Sleeping arrangements are totally separate for my animals and guest animals. There is no unsupervised time between my kids/animals and guests.

walkers on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
