“What a fun day Newman had!! Natasha was great and spent extra time with him..so appreciative!”

2. Alexandra S.
“I believe Alex would be a great fit for this job, she is a very caring and passionate person especially when it comes to animals. She always talks about how she wants to German Shepard an and she will always tell me about her experiences with animals even if it was just saying hi to a strolling poodle.”

3. Amanda J.

“Great service for Persia. Look forward to scheduling more walks and possibly boarding in the future. Amanda was very knowledgeable and helpful since I was a first time user of Rover. Persia enjoyed her walks and looks forward to seeing her again.”

4. Jasmine P.
About: I’ve had dogs in my family and in my home all my life. Puppies and old dogs, big and small breeds. I’ve dog sat for family members and have always had a dog with me. i currently make my own work schedule doing deliveries like doordash so i always have time to stop and take care of your furry friends. Id like to come to my clients home being that i have a dog that doesn’t do well with new dogs in his home. But im fine with walking them or letting them out if you have a fenced yard. I can feed them and do just about anything else they might need.

5. Brandan D.

“Brandan was great at communicating with me and making sure Merle got the walk she needed! I cannot thank him enough!”

6. Angela S.
“Angela cared for my elderly mother and my pets. While I took a vacation. Angela is a very kind, conscious, loving, responsible person, and an excellent caregiver. I would highly recommend her.”

7. Lensey J.
“Lensey has some of the most spoiled and most loved animals herself. She frequently took care of my animals when I would go out of town. My dogs absolutely LOVED her. Wanna go to Aunt Lenseys’s house became the new excitement phrase instead of treat or go for a ride. She took the best care of both of my two, who are pretty selective of who they trust. She treats each animal like they are her own and spoils them with all the love and care they need.”

8. Shanna W.

“Shanna is so great with my pup. She genuinely cares and Phoebe loves spending time with her. I am so great full I have someone I can trust to take care of my girl.”

9. Sasha S.
About: March 2024 Update: Currently attending my third year of college at UC. I have had pets since I was a little girl and have been on rover since 2021 with many clients. My work experience includes training from veterinary clinics; I'd be able to spot any problems as well as take extra good care of your pets and their health. My current internship days include Wednesdays 8-4, Friday nights, and all day Saturday. Other than that, I am completely free unless otherwise. I can always work around my schedule as needed. I don't mind going to a clients home nearby when I am free. I'll follow any instructions the owner gives me as well as just generally being playful and making sure they are safe, fed and comfortable

10. Kylemarie B.

About: I've taken care of all variety of pets since I was a child. I have also personally had a variety of pets ranging from dogs and cats, to snakes, lizards, ferrets, rabbits, rats, hedgehogs, chinchillas, (multiple) fish (salt and freshwater) and a lot of different critters in between. I am very knowledgeable in all life stages and a variety of health conditions. I love all critters large and small. I'm pretty flexible as far as availability for all of the services I provide. All services I provide are outside my home environment as I currently have senior pets residing in my residence that need special care as well as are very old and not so much the hair these days days but more the tortoise. I appreciate your understanding. Available anytime with proper notice and am very flexible as far as the service I do provide even as far as late at night for those who work the graveyard shift. Even though your work schedule may not be of the norm, your babies still need care and love while your away. Caring, loving and most of all knowledgeable on a variety of pets. I personally feel fuzzies, feathered or scaly babies all have their own personality and needs. One must just need to be able to read and understand the difference in the way all animals communicate these thoughts, ideas, and feelings. Other than doctor appointments and health care needs, I am free almost any time day and night. As I also understand fur baby parents have all sorts of schedule's they need addressed to have care for their critters. I prefer as much information that can be given on how you prefer your furries to be cared for, or how they are accustomed to be cared for. As well as I wish for an emergency phone number list including vets and and other important phone numbers I may possibly need. Though hopefully will not. Pet care is my daily routine lol. Personally all of my little zoo all come before I do. I have always been this way even when I was very young. Daily routine starts with walks and then what I like to call "foodication" for my older ones and breakfast for the others. Play time is a must, or for my snuggle bugs just a bunch of belly rubs and loves all through the day then dinner for some and "foodication" for the others and then off to bed. Rinse wash repeat lol. In my household it just has been meshed into to my everyday routine. It is not nor has it ever been "fit" into my day, it is just part of my day! I currently only care for my fur babies at my home. I do not provide any services that include boarding at my house due to the ages of some of my critters.

11. Madison M.
About: Hi there! I absolutely love animals and enjoy taking care of them. I’ve been watching/taking care of dogs/cats for around 10 years and I love it! I also worked on a few thoroughbred farms for 4 year since I just love being around animals (no matter how big or small! 😊) I just moved to the area from Montana, but lived in Lexington, KY for most of my life! Since I just moved to the area, and I’m currently applying to jobs, my schedule is very flexible right now! I would love to utilize this time to create relationships with potential new clients in the area! I absolutely love taking care of your fur babies! Their schedule is totally accustomed to your needs and wants as their owners! If you create a schedule for them, that would be wonderful and allow me to take care of your fur babies as you would yourselves!

12. Carli M.

“Hannah has been employed with Petsense for over a year and has shown her loving care for the customers dogs that come into our groom shop! She enjoys playing and making the dog comfortable and providing the service the customer expects. Hannah is passionate, caring, and would make an excellent choice to take care of your pet, walk your pet, or house sit with your pet.”

14. Alex N.
“Alex would be a great caregiver for any pet you have! She has taken care of my baby Sydney many times! She keeps her well fed, takes her out regularly and anytime an accident may occur she handles it like a true professional and handles it with no hesitation!”

15. Tori W.
“Tori took such good care of our dog, Gus! She went well beyond what I could have imagined for caring for him while we were away on numerous occasions. She took him for walks, cuddled him, made sure he was fed and had water and was prompt in taking him outside. Tori, is reliable, trustworthy, and one of the sweetest people I know. I would gladly have her care for Gus, anytime that we are away! It was nice to be able to enjoy our vacation without worrying about whether or not our dog was being well cared for.”

16. Samantha C.
About: Animal lover and nurse! I'm very active and would love to take you best friend out for a walk or doggy park! I have a husky myself who is calm and just hangs out and love running around with me all day. Your best friend is sure to have some fun in the sun! My scheduling is very flexible and I can work with multiple dogs and help with extra tasks such as meds if instructed on how to give and if needed while during the stay. Can't wait to meet that pup of yours! I have a flexible scheduke and typically only work 3 or 4 days a week. I am used to working weird hours so if you need a early or late night drop in I am your gal!

17. Chelsie R.
“She’s, loving, caring, patient, hardworking. Spoils and loves her dogs. She would do anything for any animal if she could, definitely is a loving person”

18. William H.
“William did so well walking my dog Luna and sitting her off and on over the last month or so. She always comes back happy and fed, and no need to use the bathroom when I get home from work letting me have more play time with her in the house instead of walking out in the sun after my long shift. Head pats were given.”

19. Stephanie R.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs and other pets ever since I was small. I have dog sat for family and friends on multiple occasions and have a good deal of experience walking, feeding, and bathing dogs. I am a part time worker with a flexible schedule. I am available during the day until 3 most days. And completely free about three days out of the week. I am almost always available to pet sit, and would be more than happy to care for your pet. While house sitting and looking after your pet I will not only keep your home neat, I will also keep your dog entertained and happy.

20. Mara W.
“Mara is an extremely loving and conscientious pet caregiver. She worked for several years for Away From Home, a kennel affiliated with a vets office, in taking care of dogs and cats in Suffolk, VA. Her supervisor always praised her for her care for the animals and her strong sense of responsibility and reliability. She took many biology classes in college and has a dog and cat of her own. I would recommend Mara unconditionally!”
