“Alexander was wonderful, very good with our dogs and very patient as our little Cooper is a handful. He kept in touch with us and sent pictures. We were very well pleased with his services will definitely use again when needed.”

“Brandy did an amazing job with our 7 month cavapoo! During the 3 night stay, Brandy send updates, photos and videos of Nala! And as a bonus, Nala made a new friend, her dog Aqua! We will be boarding with Brandy on future travels!”
“My doggie loves Monique! She’s absolutely Amazing. She will keep you well informed and personally cared for my dog. Shes my immediate go to when I head out of town. We love her!”

“Justin was great. I had a friend cancel at the last minute and Justin helped me out big time. I had never used Rover before but heard good things about them and am sure glad I did try it. Justin took great care of my 2 dogs. He kept me up to date on them amd always answered my messages in a timely manner. I would recommend Justin to anyone who is looking for someone to watch their dogs. Fantastic. Will definitely book with him again my best trip”

“Sarah was incredible. She kept me up to date with my kitty and was so responsive and helpful at every moment. I never do reviews like this but Sarah absolutely wow’d me with how excellent and involved she was. I implore anyone with an animal to give her some business!”

“Courtney was amazing with my golden doodle Ozzy, she sent pictures during his play date with her dog and expressed how much she loved having Ozzy over. Definitely will be taking Ozzy to Courtney’s for all my vacations. 🤍🐶🦴🐾”

“Arden had such a great time with Ashley and her active family. She kept me updated regularly, helped reinforce some of the things we are working on at home (he’s a 5-month-old puppy), and made sure he got plenty of exercise and time to just be a puppy. She also exposed him to new experiences, which I really appreciated at this stage. I’m definitely a protective dog mom, and I felt completely comfortable having her care for him. I will absolutely be using Ashley again in the future.”

“Not sure where to start. I’ve been very nervous about leaving my 8 month old boxer with anyone. She’s a rescue, she’s skiddish at times, we aren’t sure of her history, whether she’s been hit, yelled at, punished, or abused in any way. We wanted her treated like we treat her; she’s one of our babies. I immediately felt at easy when we met Ally, Chole was at ease, it was so easy for us to leave her with Ally. We knew getting a puppy was going to keep us from our travel plans unless we took her with us because Chole freaks out in her crate if left alone. We now feel that if we want to travel we have found our person. Chole was entertained and got the attention she demands from you. Easy drop off and easy pickup. I’ll definitely recommend and use Ally again!”

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
