“We could not have had a better experience with Stephen watching our yellow lab, Odie, while we were away on vacation. From the moment we confirmed the reservation, Stephen was incredibly meticulous and thoughtful in his planning. He wanted to meet ahead of time to go over every detail, and we actually met twice before we left because he truly wanted to make sure everything was covered. That level of care and professionalism immediately put us at ease. While we were away, Stephen sent us updates and pictures every single morning. Not once did we feel anxious or worried about Odie being away from us because Stephen gave us complete reassurance the entire time. We always knew Odie was in great hands. Stephen is kind, gentle, professional, and clearly loves dogs. You can see it in the way he communicates with them and with their owners. He treated Odie with so much patience and care, and it meant the world to us to know our dog was being loved and cared for while we were gone. I truly could not recommend Stephen more highly. Whether you are considering having him stay in your home or boarding your dog with him, you absolutely cannot go wrong. Your dog will be loved, cared for, and treated like family, and you will love Stephen just as much as your dog does.”

About: My journey began when I worked for the Humane League in Lancaster. From there, I started caring for friends' and families' pets over the years, as well as my own. I have owned both cats and dogs; currently, I have a Great Dane/Labrador Mix and a mini dachshund. My experience caring for dogs includes bathing, ear cleaning, teething brushing, walks, fetch, feeding, medication administration, and just hanging out! All breeds WELCOME, both BIG and small! I do work full-time, but I am available during the week, early mornings, evenings, and nights. Since I do not work weekends, I have open availability. I do not work holidays, and am available during those times as well. I look forward to caring for your fur babies! Pet parents can trust that I will follow whatever instructions are provided to me. My professional job is in Human Resources, so I understand the importance of following the rules, and I believe in caring for a pet the same way I would want mine cared for.

About: Hey there! My name is Emily and I am a recent grad who has moved back to the area. I have always been an animal lover, and during grad school, I was able to broaden my animal care experiences! I am a dog mom to a German Shepherd named Gemma. She is a rescue and dog-reactive (but loves all people!), so I have extensive experience with walking and handling reactive dogs! Rest assured, when I care for your pets, Gemma will NOT be present. I was an avid foster and volunteer while in grad school for organizations such as Big Paws of the Ozarks, Fayetteville Animal Services, and Best Friends Resource Center. We have had fosters of a variety of ages and breeds. Additionally, I spent most of my Saturdays at the local farmers market with an adoptable shelter pup working on socialization and leash skills with fellow volunteers. Lastly, before moving, I was also a part-time employee at a pet resort that offered daycare, boarding, and grooming services. Hereto, I was able to care for even more dogs (and even some cats!). In your home, whether it be for a walk, check-in, or housesitting, I am happy to follow any rules that you have in mind! Since I am used to walking a reactive dog, I am extremely observant on walks for anything that might trigger a reaction.

About: I'm 55 so I have years of experience with dogs but love all animals. I have taken care of neighborhood dogs along with my mom's dog during her illness. I'm home most days and are very flexible to your needs I'm home most days and can be flexible to help out when needed. I'm able to pet sit, go for walks, feeding, and overnight stays if needed I have years of experience with dogs and will take great care of your pet as if they where my own! I've used Rover for my own pet sitting while on vacation etc.

About: I have loved dogs since adopting my rescue dog when I was a child. Ever since then I have learned a lot about being a pet owner! I can walk, bathe, play with, feed, and love on your sweet fur babies! I am also able to administer medicine if needed & I am open to learning any special care your pet may need! I was previously a veterinary assistant for 2 years, and have a bachelors in Animal Science. I have taken care of many of my neighbors animals, including cats and dogs all sizes. I can change litter and love on cats as well! I am able to go on long walks and I love to be outside and active with pets. I also love fetch! I have a flexible schedule most days and reliable transportation every day. I can’t wait to meet your pups!! I work full time, but have flexible mornings Tuesday and Thursday, and shortened days Wednesday and Fridays. My weekends are typically open and I am happy to do overnight stays. I don’t accept pets in my home, due to living in an apartment. I am happy to come to your home where your fur baby already feels safe and comfortable!

About: Hi I'm Dani! I have been passionate about animals my whole life and even went vegetarian when I was 12. I love all kinds of animals even the creepy and scaly kind. I have had experience with bunnies, cats, dogs, fish, goats, and chickens. In childhood I had some brief experience with horses as well. I currently have two inside cats, one barn cat, two chickens, and six goats! Pet care is part of my daily life and routine as my cat is always by my side when I am home. Usually I will help take our dogs out when needed or feed the goats etc. I will love and treat your animals with the upmost respect. It's important to me to also not cross any boundaries that would make your animals uncomfortable.

About: i work at an animal rescue as a animal care behavior specialist. I’ve also worked with animals for every job i’ve had since i was 16. I’ve also dog/cat sat for the past four years as well i’m currently working full time and have off on sundays and monday. On the days i work, i work 9-5:30 sometimes getting done earlier on occasion. I currently have a whole separate room to separate cats from my own. I work in animal welfare and know how important sanitization is a well.
