Pet Sitting in Mount Union

About: I’ve had dogs all of my life. My family has almost always had 2 dogs. I’ve had two puppies so far that i’ve trained and raised from about 8-10 weeks. I am currently in college at the moment in State College but I live at home in Petersburg. I only have classes Monday thru Thursday and my last class of the day ends at 12:15 or 2:05 every day. I have most evenings open from then on. I do have a part time job that I usually work 4-5 days a week . I do not have a fenced in yard but I live in the country so I don’t have many neighbors or roads to worry about. My puppy stays in a kennel during the day as he still likes to chew and my older dog does not go in a crate. They both have plenty of toys to play with and a big yard to run around in.

About: I have always had dogs growing up and I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. I have had plenty of experience from taking care of my own pets and pet sitting for others over the years. I am currently a Senior at Penn State. My classes are mostly in the morning and afternoon but I have long breaks throughout the day to dog walk and check in with pets. I truly care about animals and want to make sure that they are well taken care of and as comfortable as possible. I am also happy to perform any special requirements that your pet needs. About: I have taken care of animals since I was a kid. I love taking care of them. I can care for all types and sizes. I would treat your animal like they are my own. I do plan on going in to a vet tech program very soon. So I would be able to give care if needed. I currently do not work. So I have plenty of type to take care of your animals. I tend to wake up pretty early, so I would be able to let your animals out early in the morning. I can care for your pet in the way that feels the most comfortable to you. If you would rather them stay out of crates and me play with them or if you want them in a crate. It is all up to you and I will treat them however you want me to.

I’m available in the evenings from 2-7. I’m pretty flexible on what I can help out with and I can have a set schedule. I talk to the pet owner. They give me a plan to follow and they tell me what is needed. I meet the pet and follow the list

I am down to do just about anything for an animal whether that is feeding, walking, playing, giving medicine, bathing, you name it and I am there. My love for dogs is what drove me to be on this site. I could not think of a better job to have. I can not wait to see your furry friend! Thank you for considering me for the job! I have the most time mornings and evenings to do extracurricular activities with the fur babies. My husband also helps out and will go on walks mid day when he gets off of work. I live in a house with a backyard for your fur baby to walk, run, potty and play. Plenty of space for your pet to roam!

About: Hi! My name is Hailey. I recently graduated from Grove City College. I am 23 years old, married, and love all kinds of pets! I have 2 dogs currently, but have had dogs of all sizes, guinea pigs, gerbils, fish, lizards, flying squirrels, and even rats! I dog sit for many family friends. I am energetic, friendly, and very responsible. I make sure your pet is my number one priority when you choose to book my services! I currently have a very flexible schedule and will be able to take care of your pet whenever you need or would like me to! I take my dogs on walks, hikes, runs, and swims. About: I have been around dogs all my life. I love them to death. Recently I got my own puppy and he is a well behaved cutie. I am also dabbling into dog training (read books, watch YouTube videos) and have been able to train my dog successfully. If you leave your pet in my care, they will be well taken care of! I work full time, remotely. I take my own dog out several times in a day and play fetch for long hours. I love running with my dog, and playing tug. On weekends, we sometimes go on hikes. I have plenty of time on my hands to take care of some more fur babies. I keep an eye on my pet all the time. I have a well-behaved English Shepherd, who is a great influence himself if you have young pups in need for behavior training. My apartment has an unfenced yard, and I live JUST 1 min away from our community dog park.

About: I have always been surrounded by dogs of various sizes and have never met one I don’t immediately love. I truly believe dogs deserve the world, and I would love to get to know yours! I am a full time college student in Lancaster, PA, so I am hoping to find a small side job at home during the summer. This means that my hours are very flexible. I can assure you that your pet will always have my full attention. I’m the kind of person to go somewhere and ask if there’s going to be a dog I can befriend. At college, I make frequent visits to the nearby dog park and play with them.

We had a friend staying at the house to care for Harley overnight but had Samantha stop in 2x per day to play with Harley and give him potty breaks while he was working. She kept me informed of everything and sent pics of her boys playing fetch and exercising him. It set my mind at ease knowing he was being cared for and that he was happy. I was able to enjoy my vacation and not worry that he was sad, lonely or bored. Harley loves kids and I'm sure he will miss playing with the boys and Samantha every day!”

About: My motto is that it's my responsibility to make sure that each dog under my care is HAPPY and SAFE. Every day that I'm with your pup, I keep that motto at the forefront of my mind. I know how important dogs are to our lives, so it's my duty to make sure that your pup gets to experience the same kind of love and care that they're used to at home. I'm a huge dog lover, so making pups as happy as I can, just comes second nature for me! When taking on a new client, I typically like to schedule a meet-and-greet. It's a great way to make sure that we're all a good fit for one another, which is so important to me. Likewise, it gives us the opportunity to chat face-to-face about your pup and your care expectations. No one knows your dog better than you do, so it's always great to chat with owners in person about what makes their pup tick! Finally, I just love meeting new dogs! I like to get down on their level to show them that I'm a welcome presence here to make friends, and I'm sure we'll be best buddies in no time at all. I know how difficult it is to be away from your best friend, so communication is the name of my game. I'll make sure to send plenty of regular updates with accompanying pictures so you can see just how much fun your pup and I are having! I’m hoping to make Rover a full-time career! That’s how much I love animals! I’m very flexible with all your pet caring needs so if there’s anything I can help with, please let me know! Although I'm unable to watch your pups at my home, I'll make sure they're safe at yours! I make sure I understand the pups needs, routine, and any specific care instructions provided by you, the owner. This includes feeding, providing fresh water, ensuring their environment is safe and clean, exercising them, and administering medications or treatments if required.

About: I've been house sitting for friends and family since I was 12. It allowed me to supplement my income and work with the animals that I have loved since a young age. I was a vet tech in high school and during the first few summers in college, gaining small animal medicine and husbandry experience. In addition, I worked at a two different doggy day cares throughout my graduate and undergrad degrees, gaining a lot more experience with dogs and a little bit of dog training. Both of these degrees are also in animal science. I love pets of all kinds and have looked after everything from horses to dogs and cats, to birds. I am new to the area as a recent Penn State hire and don’t have established contacts for dog sitting like I did in the areas that I lived for my degrees. I work full-time but have a fair amount of flexibility to work remotely up to 3 or 4 days a week. If you have a stable wifi connection I will be more available to spend time with your pups although there may still be some days I need to be gone for work for up to 8 hours. I am willing to stay with your pets overnight if that is your preference. I will not be boarding dogs as my landlord does not allow pets. I am respectful of your home and space and treat your pets as I would my own!
