About: I have been a cat parent for my whole life in which I have administered medication to them including eye drops, ear drops, liquid & pill oral medication. I have also grown up around dogs as well given that most of my boyfriend and friends are dog parents. I have walked their dogs before and taken care of their cats as well. I can clean litter boxes, food bowls, vomit, etc. I currently am a student at James Madison University, so message me for specific availability during the week. Additionally, I do not have class on Friday, and am mostly available during the morning and mid afternoon. I am willing to come multiple times a day and multiple days a week unless I have a prior engagement. I have an orange tabby cat that is strictly indoors to optimize his safety against potentially harmful animals, insects, and people. I care for my cat and those I have taken care of by respecting the boundaries that their owners have set regarding indoors or outside pets. I clean their food and water bowls every day before I give them food. Also, I will play with them frequently unless they do not want to engage. I believe adhering to the pet's needs as well as their owners is deeply important.

About: I've provided care for cats and dogs ranging from kitten and puppy to senior. I've been walking and doing daily in-home visits for several years, as well as taking care of my own animals. I'm usually avaliable on short notice and can make earlier morning or later evening visits or extended visits during vacations. I'm happy to follow any care instructions you may have, including crating or other special considerations. I'm fine administering meds and also have some experience with wound care.

If there are any changes, she is quick to check in and ask questions. Chris communicates promptly, professionally, and even checks in on our arrival at home. On animals that require medications: One cat takes a morning med and both get evening medicine with food. She even managed to get meds in our other girl who (I forgot) hates taking pills. Chris has also taken care of our large dog when she needed walks / outdoor & play time, and meals. In a time when many expect more and offer less, Chris is a rose among thorns.”
