I plan my days to make sure I can give each pet the attention, exercise, and companionship they need—whether that’s early-morning potty breaks, midday check-ins, or consistent evening routines. On a weekly basis, I dedicate time for longer walks, and special care for senior pets. When pets stay in my home, they become part of the family. I create a calm, safe, and structured environment where they can relax and settle in comfortably. I maintain consistent feeding schedules, provide plenty of playtime and walks, and make sure they always have access to fresh water and cozy resting spots. I pay close attention to their routine, preferences, and any special needs—whether that’s extra potty breaks for puppies or a quiet space for senior pets.

About: **I have 4 years experience fostering and training reactive, aggressive, and fearful dogs. I’ve seen many transform into well-adjusted companions under my care** I have years of experience caring for and tending to older dogs and cats with various health issues like hip dysplasia and incontinence, in addition to puppy and kitten care, too. I am patient and kind even with the highest maintenance puppies. I fostered neglected/previously abused dogs with Carolina Adopt-A-Bulls rescue for over 4 years. I am very experienced with mitigating leash reactivity and caring for heartworm-positive pets throughout their treatment, and I look out for dangerous situations before they happen. I am well versed in canine first aid and wound care. I am also a foster volunteer through the Bloomington Animal Shelter. I do not currently have a foster dog. I am attentive, caring, experienced, and kind. I can’t wait to meet your pets. I am a doctoral student, so I have some flexibility in my schedule. I’m booked up until 6pm on Wednesdays, but have more flexibility the rest of the week. I can take your pup for walks around the neighborhood, campus, or the many parks Bloomington has to offer. I have a comfy dog bed for canine visitors to lounge in while I’m studying.

About: I’ve taken care of cats and dogs my entire life. I’ve always had animals in my household. Neighbors, family, and friends have always trusted me to watch their furry friends while they were away. I work part time at a school from august to may. I have plenty of time every day at home to watch and play with your animals. I have a large fenced in yard for my dogs at home. I live with parents so my dogs have multiple people to let them out and play when needed. In clients homes I let them out often and I am able to walk them and play with them frequently.

About: I have had the pleasure of adopting two special canines. The first a lab/beagle mixed who lived his best years until 17 yo. He was on special diet so I am familiar with restrictions. My current just turned 3 and is a lab/german wired haired pointer mix who is always looking for new friends. She had TPLO surgery last year so I am also comfortable with post-op restrictions!! I work from home daily so I can care for your pet all day!! Whatever your pet needs I can accommodate!! Agreeable to following specific needs if required. Our home is non-smoking and no kiddos!! Fully fenced backyard!! Willing to transport to local dog parks if preferred for daily activity!! Instructions are preferred so we make you pet feel at home!!

About: I’m a college student who loves dogs and is looking for a side gig doing something I actually enjoy. I’m comfortable with all dogs and love playing with them, walking them, and making sure they’re happy while you’re away. I’m reliable, easy to communicate with, and will treat your pet like family! I’m currently working part time and in school but I have mornings and evenings to care for your animals! More than willing to move things around to ensure they get the care they need! I will ensure your animals are safe and feeling comfortable when in my care! If they need a leash, I will use a leash, if there’s a yard then I will still make sure they’re staying safe!

About: I've taken care of pets all of my life. From puppies all the way up to seniors. I love them all. They all need someone to care for them and feel the extra love especially when their normal family is away. I'm currently flexible and can fit pet care into my daily routine. Occasionally, I will pick up an additional job. But that shouldn't interrupt with taking care of what I love to do and that is to take care of fur babies. I would rather take care of your pets in their environment due to the fact that they are most comfortable there. I also have two fur babies of my own. But I feel as if fur babies are normally happy in their own surroundings.

About: I have worked with animals as long as I can remember. I graduated with an Animal sciences degree at one of the only AZA (American Zoological Association) accredited Colleges/Schools in the United States. I have worked with a wide variety of species, including Venomous Reptiles, Fruit Bats, hoof-stock, primates and raptors. After I had children I switched to working with vets and worked for an AAHA accredited practice in Florida as a vet technician. I currently have two Labrador Retrievers. They enjoy long walks and playing in the snow. I am comfortable with all breeds and sizes of animals, including any exotics that may need cared for.
