This was Kota’s first time away from us and I felt a bit guilty making him come home! Michelle made sure he had fun and got lots of socializing with other pups she was watching. Swimming in the kiddie pool was definitely a highlight! So much playtime meant afternoon naps where he snored. We will definitely be checking to make sure Michelle can welcome Kota back before we book our next vacation.”

Lucille, however, was a little stressed as she is not used to being around other dogs so she went and found a hiding place. I will definitely book again, and hopefully, in time, Lucille will get more comfortable. This was their first time at this location.”

About: We've had Golden Retrievers since 2005 and LOVE Goldens. We currently have three Goldens - Red (age 6), Max (age 5), and Riley (age 3). We often dog sit for our family and friends that have Goldens and I love it so much, I decided to start a Rover account to do it for others that have Golden family members and need a fun, reliable place for them to go when they travel or need boarding. I'm a self-employed educational psychologist with a flexible schedule. I often work from home and am off over the summer and during school holiday breaks. We have three Golden Retrievers (ages 3, 5,and 6) who get a lot of activity. We have a huge fenced back yard, and a fenced front yard, and play fetch every day out back with the ball thrower. We also go on walks around the neighborhood. We have a doggy door, and the dogs go in and out at their leisure. Our dogs are a major part of our family. They're always with us. They sleep in my bed. Your golden(s) can sleep in my bed or room, too, or in a crate if that's what they're used to. We also have two kids (age 11 and 8), so your dog must be good with kids, as well as with other dogs.

Nick notified us immediately and took detailed notes about Bodhi's condition, updating us frequently while we were away. Bodhi was in great hands, and Nick dealt with the seizure in a calm and experienced manner. Thanks Nick!”

I’ve had different kinds of pets growing from chinchillas to hamsters, guinea pigs, chickens, ducks, turtles, dogs and currently have a 3 furry animals😊 I currently work part time and my schedule varies leaving me with a lot of availability. Please reach out and we can discuss your needs for pet care and make it work😊 I have a fenced yard that is 3 acres for your fur baby to roam freely around the yard and burn lots of energy. I do have 3 kiddos that are good with animals, love to give tons of pets and attention, they are also super respectful and know when to give your pet their space but your pet will be feel right at home. My doggies are on schedules from exercise to meals and I will respect your preferences on care for your pets and follow them to the T.
